Quick Take: waterproof, long wearing, smudgable
I really like this. Makes you have that wide open clean look. Natural, doesn't look weird like white does. Use it to touch up and cover strays inbetween brow upkeep. Also smuge into cupids bow.

Great While It Lasts

The formula for this EmphasEyes Inner Rim Brightener eyeliner is just right. It glides on smoothly which is important since our eye area is so sensitive. I do love the brightening affects it gives, but unfortunately it does not stay on for long. It's a great option for a few hours, but expect to re-apply if you want it to go the whole day. I like the product, but will not re-purchase.

Quick Take: waterproof, smudgable, long wearing, wonderful :-)
This product is wonderful. I have very short eyelashes and my eyes tend to look a little closed off. This product instantly opens up my eyes and makes them look bigger and brigher.

So much better than white liner...

We are always told that white liner will make our eyes look bigger but I feel like it always washed my eye color out. For reference, my eyes are a dark shade of green and this brings out the color, widens them, and compliments all eyeshadows. I will definitely re-purchase.

I bought this on a whim. I have very hooded eye lids and have to work to keep my eyes looking big. I use this brightener on my waterline (inner lower eye lid) and it defintily brightens the eye. It needs a touch up after 6-7 hours, but it stays for most of the day. I will say you can find a similar "nude" colored gel liner for less then $10. I didn't know the brand I already had was safe for waterlines until after I bought this product. I like it, but I'm not sure it's worth $19.00. It's a safe bet if you're not sure if your current gel liner is safe for waterlines.

Love this eyeliner so much! I use it on my waterline, it helps brighten up my eyes. It's so creamy but wont smudge at all, it stays on all day, i will definitely repurchase again!

This is one of my favorite beauty tricks - Lining the inside rim of your eyes makes you look like you've gotten WAY more sleep than you may have. Such an amazing, easy to easy product. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I like it. It's only beige color and natural looking. It's also retractable pencil (not wood, only plastic) Be careful not to turn it all the way up or it would be broken and won't get it back all the way down. That's why I gave this 4 stars. So foolish of me. I wastes $19 on it. Otherwise it's definitely easiest and creamiest to glide on the waterline. That's excellent.

Quick Take: brightening, looks natural
This is the only product I've ever been able to use on my waterline that didn't irritate my eyes. The color is natural, and instantly brightens me up as if I'd had a good night's sleep. I have used a white eyeliner for the same effect, and its too harsh- this one, however, is perfect. I love it when products perform exactly the way they claim. I've re-purchased this about three times.

It's effective in what it is supposed to do. Right now, it is subtle for my pale complexion (sans sun). It makes eyes look bigger, which is the effect I was going for (used to do it with liners or shadows).

I adore this stuff. Not only does it make me look more awake (which I desperately need) and I can use it as under eye concealer and it stays on all day. I just set it with powder. I'm really fair so it works well as a spot concealer too!
