I purchased this product for the beautiful compact and amazing rose scent. I was surprised to discover that I would also love the product itself. The powder is lightweight and helps control shine well. Perfect compact to keep in your purse for on the go touch ups!

I like the product and it does as it advertises. Unfortunately the size of the item is much smaller than other high end compacts I have and with the price being so expensive I am not sure it is worth the price. Guerlain needs to increase the size if they want to charge the price they are. I would reconsider if that happened

I took the plunge and purchased this powder! I really like the coverage it provides-it is light but complete. The look is certainly matte, but it also has a radiance to it (no sparkles) so it doesn't leave your skin looking dull. I typically only use this powder for touch-ups to control shine in my t-zone throughout the day. The size of the compact is quite small, however this is fine because I keep it in my purse. For me, one application provides about 4 hours of shine-free coverage. I have never had this powder cake-up on me, even with repeated use. The compact comes in a velvet sleeve, which I find really nice and the scent of the powder is like violets. Since I only use this for touch-ups, I think this compact will last me a while. I have a light skin tone and the Teint Beige is the perfect color although I think the Rose would have worked as well.

The powder was kind of sheer and wasn't rich enough to cover my dry skin. I have dry skin and need much hydration but this compact powder is probably ideal for those who have more oily skin. The compact was small and the case was weak like light plastic material. Definitely not for dry skin.

This product is amazing. It is matifying, brightening, smells wonderful and sets makeup. It does not settle into lines or wrinkles. I looked in the mirror this evening after a full day of work and my skin was glowing and looked absolutely gorgeous. I will never be without this.

I'm pretty critical of this product, since it is so much to spend, and I feel it has very little payoff. The smell is amazing, but besides that, it really doesn't do much.

Light powder, non-cakey, goes on smooth - it's perfect for frequent touch-ups throughout the day. It's a little difficult to match your shade due to the limited color choices.
I absolutely love this powder - a definite holy grail for me. I'm Asian with warm tones - I opted for the darkest shade: Teint Dore. (I hate looking like an ashen ghost so I always go with the darker shade)

I wear little face make-up due to my skin, which does not tolerate too much foundation without breaking out. I focus a lot on the quality of my skin and health. This pressed powder is fresh, has a nice matte finish without too much shine. The compact is small and light, easy to put in your bag. My skin is pale and the 01 Teint Rose and it does not give too much color. Just perfect!

Really love it: gives me silky smooth coverage, it's very sheer and light and it reduces shine for a long time.
BUT! I have rather fair color of skin but Teint Rose is too light for me! I looked like a ghost, so I have Teint Beige, it has very natural color.

This powder covers so well with such a smooth feel and wonderful smell. It doesn't last as long as my full work day, but I have not, yet found a powder that has 8 hour staying power:) I love this!

I literally, tap the powder onto the puff once and I am shine free for almost the entire day!! I have a very oily t-zone and hate putting on powder every hour but with this, I just use it once in the morning and I am fine the entire day. It smells so lovely and I love looking at the compact itself because it's so pretty.

I really love this powder. No matter how many times I touch up, it doesn't feel like it cakes on; it just diminishes the shine and makes it matte without looking overly powdered.

This stuff gives the most incredible finish. It absorbs excess oil and diffuses imperfections. The finish is radiant, but there is no sparkles (I think there is a little bit in the regular meteorites). I went from using a full coverage foundation to using a little bit of tinted moisturizer and this powder. Sometimes I don't even need the tinted moisturizer with this stuff. I keep it in my purse and it is fantastic for controlling shine and revamping my make-up in a snap. Especially since there is a mirror and puff in it. Its expensive, especially for how little of it there is, but it is a new staple of mine. I will most certainly be repurchasing. Nothing else compares.
