Quick Take: lightweight, non-sticky, easy to use
My husband has tried so many products on his hair from low to high end products, but I finally got him to switch to B and B Sumotech. Although a bit pricey, Sumotech has excellent hold without the non-greasy look and feel. Sales associate recommended best way to make this product last longer is to blowdry product prior to use. Great recommendation!

Eliminated permanent separation for nice bangs

If you are transitioning from separating your hair to bangs, you must buy this. After a week of using this every morning and blow-drying my bangs with a small round brush, the "permanent" separation disappeared. It is not oily and will not make your bangs look greasy, unless you put an excessive amount. Use a tiny amount, you will have to try several times to see how much is right for you. On weekends I sometimes go back to separating my hair in the middle, and on Mondays all I have to do is apply Sumotech and the bangs are fixed again.

My boyfriend heard of this through a friend so I go tit for him and he loves it!! it's great and lightweight, some other gels would leave his hair looking hard and flaking but this makes it look natural!

A small jar but it last a long time. You really don't need much. I wear my hair a little spiky on top and this hold my fine hair up all day!! LOVE IT!!

This is prolly the best men's hair product. It's easy to work into my hair and doesn't leave a shine. Not to mention it doesn't even feel like there's anything in my hair. I hate greasy products that weigh my hair down. I have fine hair and this stuff is great all day hold for me. Worth the money!

Yeah I read the instructions. But this stuff is like molded concrete and you'll need a personal assistant to to sit next to you and rub it between their hands until it (if ever) breakds sown to a useable form. I see now there's a SemiSumo. Otherwise, be prepared to look like Camerion Diaz in There's Something About Mary. Only stiffer (the hair, er, um....)

Easy to work into hair. Lasts the whole work day AND happy hour. Mildly fragrant, but I love the smell. I've been using Sumotech for over 3 years and do not foresee switching to another product.

I've gone through so many products trying to find a perfect hold for my pixie-ish cut. Sumotech is wonderful. It is a matte, stiff hold - not crunchy! - that lets you pull out sections of hair to make it 'piece-y'. Sort of like how Sharon Stone and Annette Bening wear their hair when it's short. I love this product. Even though it's a wax, it doesn't leave a 'waxy' feel to the hair. You can style it over and over throughout the day if you need to, without having to reapply product. LOVE it.

I'm giving this 5 starts because I think all of the Bumble and Bumble products are great. But seriously.. I've used all of the different wax products and can't tell the difference between them besides the color of the jar.

This hair product is great. Im s guy and I tend to either use my hair of to the side or up. It holds very well whenever I wanna use it up. Applying a bit of water a light perfect weight for when I want a more messy look. The bottle is small but it last a ling time.

I am a cheapskate, there is no better product for short hair than Sumotech. I strongly dislike the price, but my husband who is totally Marine Corps is finally letting his beautiful hair grow out if I can keep him supplied with Sumotech. I'm sold. Do not let it get hot, it will separate and become something undesireable.

Ive never found a better texture hair product! For a while I tried to find a lower priced replacement, but I've probably wasted more time and money doing that than continuing to use Sumotech. I finally bought another canister and it's like hair product heaven! Creates perfect texture without any weird grease or shine. I have curly hair and I'll use it whether I'm wearing it natural or straight. Can't say enough about how magical it is!

good hold, not too greasy looking

I have short, layered hair. I like to use Sumotech to separate my layers, give my style a little edge, and give my hair some shine. The only problem I have is that I pretty much have to wash my hair the next day when I use this. I do have pretty fine hair, which is worth noting. Overall though, this is a good product that will stay in my regular rotation.
