Comes With It's Good and Bad

The first time I used this product, it made my hair feel very weird and stiff. Usually a conditioner makes your hair soft and gives it a good slip but even after putting on a plastic cap and leaving it in my hair for a while, my hair still felt horrible. To be honest the first time I used this conditioner, I didn't notice much of a difference. I gave it a second try because the results are accumulative. This time, I conditioned my hair before using Phyto so that my hair wouldn't feel as stiff as before. After using it a second time, I noticed results and my hair was smoother but the fact that I had to use a conditioner prior to Phyto or else my hair is stiff isn't worth it to me. So the good is it will eventually work after continued use but the bad is you wont like how your hair feels with the conditioner in it. I rather use Phytodefrisant Botanical Hair Relaxing Balm because the results are better with less work!

I went to the store looking for a good hair masque and the sales woman who helped me recommended this one because I have fine hair and it won't weigh it down. I took her word for it and I'm really glad that I did. It's an amazing product. My hair is silky smooth and super soft. Highly recommend it!

it seemed to dry my hair out when i followed the directions. I will try to use conditioner first then the mask to follow. hope for better results

Yes, your hair might feel a little funny while it is in. I use the mask after I shampoo and after rinsing it out I used conditioner. Using a small amount of the mask and conditioner afterwards will solve the problems others are complaining about.
My hair looks great!

This conditioner worked wonder for my hair. It made my hair super soft and really controlled the frizz. The only thing I don't like is the bottles themselves, but a little goes a long way with the Phyto products! It's worth the money!

This is an amazing product, I got a sample and am buying it now. I have thinning, kind of coarse textured hair, and this made it shiny, manageable and silky. The texture of the product is a little odd, which may account for some of the reviews, it isn't slimy like a lot of conditioners. I had no problems rinsing it and my hair was not at all greasy.

I did a keratin treatment on my hair 1.5 years ago and it RUINED my virgin hair. Significant hair loss, followed by new hair growth of the worst frizzy kind. I've spent the past six-months with my once-awesome hair in a bun or covered in hat. A Sephora sales consultant suggested this product and it has been a lifesaver! I hair is once-again soft, supple and mostly frizz-free. I've been a Phyto Defrissant user for 15 years and happy to add Phytolisse to my repertoire.

Quick Take: greasy, not effective
Left my hair incredibly greasy, felt like I hadn't even washed it and just put a bunch of product in it. Didn't leave it in very long and made sure it was all rinsed out. Thankfully just had a sample of it and didn't invest. Wouldn't recommend.

I have curly hair that, when straightened, frizzes in even minimal humidity. Bought this product hoping it would deliver on its 72 hour promise, and it didn't even make it 5 minutes.

I have thick wavy/curly hair. Worked really well while the weather was dry, but today it rained and didn't help with frizziness. Didn't have the issues with heaviness or feeling like sap, seemed to wash out ok for me. I also use phyto shampoo and defrisiant.

I was dubious of this product (sounds too good to be true) but I like Phyto in general so I thought I would give it a try. I have fine, frizzy/curly hair. When I applied it in the shower following the directions I was immediately terrified-while the product was in my hair it felt as if it was coated in sap, and it didn't wash out well at all. I did what I could to rinse, styled my hair as usual and didn't notice much. Three days later I did it again to see if maybe I needed an accumulative effect and wow! My hair blew out faster with the dryer I generally have a hard time achieving a smooth result with (I only use my T3 when I'm in a real rush as I feel it cooks my hair). I used less heat than usual, there were no flyaways or antennae as my stylist calls them, my hair had lots of body and swing. It was fantastic. Lasted all day and I used minimal styling products, just a touch of heat protectant. I like this. By the third day the effect has faded but I only use a little product for it to happen. I'll be curious to see how it works in humid summer weather.
