Best deep conditioner thus far

Quick Take: easy to use, quick results, smells amazing
I have used many deep conditioners, due to the fact that I have very think curly wild hair. This one is by far the best I have used. It smells amazing (like bananas) and it's a thick cream texture. My hair stays shiny and soft for days, and I only ever use a small amount once a week (or tqice if I am going somewhere nice.) It has definitely made a noticeable improvement in my hair as it's now shinier and easier to deal with.

Quick Take: easy to use
i love this masque. even though it's a little pricy, it's worth it for my course curly hair. i use it anytime i plan on flat ironing it. it leaves my hair shiny and soft. definitely a worthwhile purchase!

Quick Take: useless
I was so disappointed by this product :( It doesn't do anything bad, it just doesn't do anything good either. It doesn't feel particularly luxurious or moisturizing when it goes on plus I find I need to use a LOT to make it feel coated on my hair. Afterwards, there is simply no difference in my hair - it's like using a bad, regular conditioner. My BB Super Rich conditioner is far more hydrating.
Deeep is definitely not something I would recommend.

I should have paid better attention and remembered old advice from a stylist. I believe she said the extra protein is good for those who have stripped their hair ie blonds but for my grey covering brunette I need to just add moisture. Mind you the results were not as stiff as Redkin protein I've used in the past but my hair does feel stiffer like the hair shafts are thicker/courser. It is a little smoother and some reduction of frizz. Note I did use a little of my bb super rich conditioner when rinsing to help get my fingers though. The search continues.

I purchased this item, and was so excited to use it! since i have horribly damaged, dry hair. i shampooed and applied it. i waited 20 minutes just like it says. Then i rinsed it out. Horrible, my hair felt so dry and coarse, just how it feels before i apply conditioner. so i had to use my own conditioner, since the treatment didnt work, and when i brushed my hair out it hurt and was breaking. i returned this product. so inconvenient. nothing the packaging promised was true.

Surprised by my dissatisfaction

Quick Take: easy to use, does not repair/renew damaged hair as promised
I have very long hair (lower-back to waist) and I color treat it a couple of times a year. I rarely style it using heat (blow dry or flat iron) but I do color it. My hair, because of it's length, tends to eventually get dry as it gets longer, and becomes more difficult to brush and manage, and I get increased dead ends and split ends because of this.
I thought that a Deep Masque treatment would be wonderful to use on the length of my hair occasionally to help revitialize and strengthen it between visits to the salon for cut/color.
However, no matter how much I used of this product (the first time I used a small amount, then the second time I used a much larger amount thinking perhaps the first time I must've not done it properly) but BOTH times my hair felt worse than it had before I put the treatment in!
It felt like straw, and that was in the shower with my hair still wet while I was rinsing it out. It felt dryer than ever, like straw, and did nothing to ease the brush out afterwards.
Thankfully, Sephora has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, and told me to bring it back so I could try something else. I did just that, and found 2 other Bb products that I do indeed love - but this one just was NOT for me. I do not know if it's overall not able to perform as advertised, or if I just had too much hair (or too much damage at the time) for it to help me out, but this is a product that I wouldn't recommend to anyone else, nor will I buy it again to give it another shot.
I'm just glad that Sephora is such a wonderful store, that I could return it to find something that I DO love, it's just not this!!

Not a miracle product

Quick Take: repairing, inconvenient
I have naturally curly hair and do a lot of heat styling, so I'm always looking for a product to protect my hair from breakage and repair damage. I was blown away when I read that this masque needs to sit on the hair for 20 minutes after shampooing. I haven't found a practical way of working this into my routine yet, since I don't want to take 20-minute showers or hop in the shower, hop out to apply the masque, and hop back in. I tried this once, and the masque got a bit too dry on my hair and was difficult to wash out. I'm also afraid of using too much because of how pricey this product was! I do have to give it kudos because it's prevented split ends, but I've used other deep conditioners that were more convenient and affordable.

Product is a miracle for my hair. I have gone through 3 tubes and am hooked! It took my hair from being extremely itchy to non-itchy.
Cons - you have to sit with it for 20 min and your hair strands are super dry but slap some conditioning masque and voila - your great to go.

Unfortunately this masque did not work for me at all. It made my hair dry and brittle. It felt like there was a strange residue on it after washing it out. I'll be going back to their coco line.

i used it and it didn't feel like it did much. i've tried it abour 5 times now and it hasn't had much of a difference on my hair. i still had to recondition with another conditioner to get that soft feel. i def won't be getting it again

This "mask" is absolutely abysmal. I bought this expecting to have my hair feel deep conditioned, or at least soft if nothing else- NO! I used this and had to re-condition! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I love both the packaging and the amazing smell (banannas!) of this deep treatment, but that is where it ends. It actually dried my hair out more than it already was. I left it on for an hour before rinsing and my dry damaged hair felt even more dry and damaged after. This one will be going back. May be good for someone with thinner hair in need of a good protein treatment.

This mask works very well on my color-treated, flat-ironed, moisture parched hair. My hair is thick, medium-length and I only need to use a dime sized amount. It leaves my hair soft and frizz-free!

I am just not sure it deep conditions at all... I have used it several times and the last few times I really layered it on my hair. Even with a ton, my hair didn't detangle easily in the shower... I left it on for 15 minutes or more and I am pretty sure my hair was exactly the same when it was done. It's fine as a regular conditioner. Its just not very moisturizing as far as I can tell.

Quick Take: bad
I used it for more than the recommended 20 mins, even under a heated cap and my hair did not even feel like it had been conditioned. This does not even detangle. I'll stick with living proof, even if it's expensive it works like a charm.

It did nothing for me. When I put a small amount on my hair at first, I realized that it did nothing. So I put more and more on and my hair did not feel smooth at all. I waited for 15 minutes and my hair was still rough and course. Usually when I put a good conditioner in my hair, it becomes soft and manageable. Terrible product.
