Quick Take: easy to use, quick results
This product is a bit pricey, however it does work and help. Just have to make sure you rinse your hair well because the first time it felt a bit "heavy". The next time, fine. Due to the other reviews is what made me want to try this. Damaged my hair from coloring & it was suggested I do a conditioning treatment. Some salons do not carry this, why??? Should have it everywhere! The one salon never heard of it, surprised by this. Why keep it a secret? Maybe borrow from a friend first before committing to it. You don't need a lot, just enough to cover your hair. Put a shower cap on and leave it for 10 mins. GREAT!

Quick Take: effective
This helps my over-colored (every 4 weeks), brittle and uncooperative hair get a spa day once a week. I am noticing an improvement in just three treatments.

i am a devout blow dryer, straightener, curler, you name it..i do it to my hair...and it shows. i have tried other masks in the past and although they have worked, it has been for a wash or two and then my hair goes back to normal and my hair looks like its crying like a kid getting its arm twisted on the playground again. this mask is rediculous, my hair immediately just feels "different" once it is washed out, but the real difference is once i start blow drying my hair and torturing it....i started using this product once a week (i use maybe a quarter size for my mid back length hair THATS IT!) and have dialed it back to once a month and even after the second/third time using it i noticed my frizz diminished and now my fly-aways that were always on the crown of my head (mainly singed new baby hairs) arent waving at me anymore and lay down....
i have fairly fine hair, but i have a lot of it so it looks thick, and i have blonde hair...other masks have made my hair really greasy and heavy, like it put build up in my hair...this just seems like some magical conditioner! i have always used b&b gentle shampoo and super rich conditioner, but now i have switched to the mending conditioner....and this routine has done wonders to my hair!!! it is a pricey for the size, but you barely need any and it WORKS.

I had my hair professionally bleached at the ends to make it ombré recently & I had never dyed or bleached my hair so it was a weird experience when my hair went from smooth & silky to coarse & frizzy in a matter of minutes. I immediately searched for a masque & found this one which seemed to be exactly what I needed & it was! The first night I used it I saw immediate results. My hair feels stronger, looks shinier & is no longer frizzy at the ends. I continue to use this once a week & it has never made my hair oily which is huge because I have very fine, oily hair. This product is definitely worth the money & I will definitely be repurchasing.

I was browsing the store for a deep conditioning treatment when the associate pointed me to the Bumble and Bumble mending masque. She told me to use it once a week as a treatment and get softer hair. I have frizzy, color treated, long hair that I wanted to pamper for all the bad things I've done. I do keratin treatments but wanted something conditioning for in-between. This mask made my hair feel soft, but everyone I asked after using it said that they could tell no difference in my hair. I was looking for more frizz control so that's why I gave it 3 stars. I'll keep using it for a while and see if repeated weekly usage changes anything.

Quick Take: easy to use, quick results
I used this product for the first time just last night and it's like I have new hair! I bleach most of my hair so it has become damaged and breaking off especially in the front. 3 of my customers today have said how good my hair looks and it does feel like silk. Exactly what I needed and I recommend this product to anyone with damaged hair! Definitely pricey but worth the money!

Even after 2 treatments I can see the improvement. The hair is much stronger, and not as breakable, after the wash. It helps with split ends, and smoothens the fine hair, as well.

I was leary about trying this product and the price didn't help much, but I am glad I did. I have short, fine, color treated hair. My hair tends to be on the dry side and it doesn't help that I blow dry and flat iron, but this product has made a world of difference. I use a dime size amount,comb through, and leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse. Voila...my hair is soft, silky, and smells great. I can definitely tell a difference in the condition of my hair. My hair stylist asked me what I had been using because even he could tell a difference. I will purchase this product again.

Confession: after a bad perm I went to my local Sephora and said HELP! The super helpful girls there put this stuff in my hands. I've been using it every other day and it has totally helped my poor chemical-damaged hair. I wouldn't call it a miracle but it certainly helps.

I work at a Sephora in New York and have tried everything for my hair, I used to bleach my hair platinum in a salon and it's always been thin, I died it back to it's normal color and still had breakage that was so frustrating and upsetting but this stuff truely saved my hair. I honestly use it almost every day as a conditioner or mix it in with my regular one, it's amazing!!!!!!!!

...from B&B. No real difference in how my hair feels or looks, and have been using it for a couple months. I have used many products in a lower price change with greater results. I think I'm going to stick to B&B's styling products only now, as their shampoo, conditioner, and treatments have left much to be desired for me.

I have long, chemically treated hair, that gets very dry in the cooler months, so I use a mask 1-3 times a week. This product made no difference for my hair. I'll stick with my store brands.

I found this to be very tacky. After I rinsed my hair, my hair felt sticky and it seemed drier than it had before I used the conditioner. I had left it on for the recommended 10 minutes as well. I have long, highlighted, fine blonde hair so perhaps this is not an appropriate conditioner for my hair type.

I've probably spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars trying to find a conditioner that makes my heavily bleached hair soft again. I use the mending masque as a daily conditioner (everywhere but my roots) and it's the only thing that's worked so far. I run out of it fast but I'd rather pay more for hair that looks good than less for conditioner that never gets my hair soft no matter how much I use it! I would imagine for someone without intensely damaged hair, this would be fine for a bi-weekly or weekly treatment. And it smells lovely!
