I have super long, thick, straight, virgin hair. I was looking for something to soften up my hair without weighing it down or giving it that greasy look. I tried this product out because it was recommended by an employee there at Sephora. It left my hair looking like dreadlocks right after I got out of the shower. It was so tangled I was afraid to brush my hair! Once my hair dried and I was able to brush it I checked out my hair and didn't notice a difference. Needless to say I was disappointed and returned the product. I'm sure it is a great product, but maybe not for natural hair that isn't damaged.

My hair is really fine, dry & frizzy. After using this product I didnt notice much of a diffence. Although I love their curl conscious moose I will not be buying this product again.

This is by far the best thing I have ever put into my hair. I'm in the process of getting rid of bleached ends & after leaving this in my hair (as directed by instructions) I was left with the softest most manageable hair. I would absolutely buy again.

Quick Take: easy to use, quick results
Love this product. My hair is fine, highlighted, and dry. The masque doesn't leave a product residue to weigh down my hair. I use it every shampoo (which isn't every day). My hair feels good even on day 3 after a shampoo. A little pricey, but I don't need a huge amount of product to cover my hair even though it's longish - a tube lasts over 3 months.

Was not impressed. I washed my hair again cause it didn't feel clean at all. I have thick hair and this seem to weigh down my hair :( It did not feel soft and manageable. I am glad I just got a sample.

My hair's been really dry lately so I stopped into my local Sephora and left with a sample. However upon returning home and trying this I hated it. It didn't ruined my hair hence it still getting two stars but it left my hair first feeling gummy and then very corse. I ended up just washing with my normal shampoo to get rid of the feeling.

Great product, use the whole set

Great product, use with the complete set for fabulous winter hair that is hydrated.
Probably only need to use this once a week or so if you use the complete set. Only draw back is the price, but B&B is deff a high quality product.

My hair was damaged from straightening and coloring - first product that actually "healed" my dry/brittle hair and it looks fabulous! Thank you Bumble and bumble for this effective product that really does work on very dry hair

This is a nice once per week conditioner. I like the fact that you only need to leave it on for 10 minutes. My fine,naturally wavy hair is super soft afterwards whereas other leave ins are too heavy. Minus one star because it is pricey.

Quick Take: easy to use, great for very dry hair
No other conditioner is as good as this for my very dry hair. I actually use this product daily. It makes my hair shiny and keeps the dry frizz at bay.

Quick Take: easy to use
I've used this conditioner daily and it hasn't left a build up like most heavy conditioners tend to do. Nearly odorless, rinses out easily. The only downside is the tube it comes in, it is harder to get the product out than it should be. But this is minor, and doesn't effect the end result - easy to brush hair!

Smells great! But didn't really do the trick for my hair. It felt great in my hair while it was wet, but by the time it had dried it didn't leave my hair soft or looking any different. Thank goodness for sample sizes!

Quick Take: easy to use
I really like this masque and use it 1-2 times a week. It makes my hair nice and soft but I wouldn't say it was a life-changing product or anything. I have a feeling that if my hair was as damaged as it was last year, this wouldn't work as well as it does now on my healthy hair.

I have wavy, fine hair that is extremely dry due to the hardness of the water of the area i live in. NOTHING has been able to restore my hair the way this masque has. I keep a back bar size in my shower at all times.

I have been using this every Sunday for the past three weeks and haven't really noticed a difference. I had very damaged hair from changing my hair color from black to light brown and needed a hair rescue. My hair is still very dry and frizzy. I'm going to keep using it in hopes that it's helping bc this kind of damage doesn't get repaired over night...
