Redesign the packaging PLEASE!

Quick Take: effective, poor packaging, frustrating
First off, the good part: this stuff really works to get rid of dandruff! I had been previously using a shampoo and conditioner line (no longer) that suddenly left me one morning realizing for the first time in my life, I had dandruff! It was absolutely out of control - my cosmetologist relative recommended this product to me (and I switched to a different shampoo line, too) and it worked so fast it was amazing. It was honestly just 3 days/washes and this product restored my scalp. The dandruff was totally gone, the insane itchiness went away even with the first wash and so did the redness. The bottle seems to recommend washing your hair twice with it and leaving it on the second go for some time. I followed these directions and felt relief even with the first day of use.
The reason I give this just 4 stars instead of 5 are a few. First off, the bottle is stupidly small for the price. That being said, it did work immediately and so far I haven't needed to use it again after those first few days, but if my problem was more severe and I needed to use it more frequently I would probably go through it rather quickly. If that were the case, honestly I would go and buy a cheap brand I can get in regular retail just for cost effectiveness.
Second though, is the packaging design of this is absolutely AWFUL. It's just a mess trying to negotiate it in the shower. The cap is screw off with no other convenient closure, like bottles where you can just press to snap the lid to open or close the container. You have to juggle twisting it off, pouring it in your hand (and the product is VERY THIN and runny, making spillage so, so easy to do - infuriating for how expensive this stuff is) and try to get the cap back on without dumping it all or dropping it, as the surface of the bottle is quite slippery, too.
Despite how well it's worked (which gets the 4 stars) simply the small size of the bottle, high price, and poor packaging design means I will not be buying this again in the future if needed.

Quick Take: reparative
I've noticed that I had significant dandruff about a year ago and in the mean time have tried a lot of natural solutions - including baking soda shampoos and tea tree oil - to cut down on my scalp's flaking, but nothing worked. I used this ONCE and noticed a huge difference. I've used this shampoo three or four times now over the past two weeks and my dandruff is gone. It's absolutely amazing. I flinched at the price but I don't regret it at all. It's scent it neither lovely nor offensive, but for these results I couldn't care less about the scent. THANK YOU!!

Quick Take: hydrating
It's too bad the bottle is so small! This is the best shampoo for dandruff. I use it about 2 or 3 times per week followed with the Head and Shoulders Dry Scalp Conditioner. It doesn't stink and it makes your hair and scalp feel clean and takes away the itchyness. It was worth the money!

The bottle is very small and at first i thought it was very expensive. (maybe 5 or 6 inches tall?) Then i opened the bottle and this sweet aroma of guava came out.... so i poured a quarter size on my hand and it was kind of watery? I thought "oh great, it's not going to work! ugh!"
I still shampooed, as per the bottle instructions.... welllllllll, low and behold.. it worked!
I have used everything!!!! Tar shampoo, selsun, everything! and nothing has helped especially because i get patches around the hairline, but this got rid of it. I also used to wash my hair every day which causes my hair to dry and is causing my hair to grow slower. I'm in my third day without washing my hair and i have no itchy, flaky or dry scalp!! worth the buy!!!!

I only started having a dandruff issue when I moved to NYC, and this is the absolute BEST there is on the market! Yes, it's such a little bottle, but a little goes a long way since the shampoo lathers up really well. I've been recommending this to friends and family, and those who've tried it, love it!

Scalp became very dry when I moved to NYC during the fall/winter season. I tried many, many different products with no success. This one is by far the most expensive (and such a tiny bottle!), but I use it about once a week and I finally got the dryness under control. Bottle lasts me about 5 months.
Frankly, you can't put a price on getting rid of a dry, itchy scalp.

I LOVE this shampoo. After 1 use, ALL of my dandruff was gone, as well as the itch! I have used it 2-3 times a week, & I haven't seen 1 flake since! I will be re-buying. It's the only product that has worked for me.

Literally, before using this product, I used Head and Shoulders shampoo, LUSH Cosmetics scalp balm, and other products. Ever since I have started using this, my scalp has become less damaged and more moisturized. I have been dealing with winter dandruff my whole life and this was the only product that helped significantly with it. Now, I barely have the urge to itch and there are not as many flakes. I only use it every other day or every two days so I'm not sure about its daily use. I would highly recommend to people who are struggling with dry skin on their scalp :)

Quick Take: won't over moisturize
I've tried many commercial and homeopathy products for my oily, flaky scalp and nothing worked other than this. Went through 2 cans of this and it lasted for a while, but then I tried other products looking for cheaper solutions. I will be going back to this, as it is worth the price.

Good Product...

Overall, I do like this product. When using this product, I noticed little lather and had to use a lot of product on my scalp. It did help somewhat in soothing my itchy scalp. I would only recommend this product to someone who has mild to moderate dry dandruff. I am not sure if this product helps with mild psorasis. Because I still have my psorasis on my scalp. When you become desparate, you will try any product to get some scalp relief.

The seasonal changes and my hair do not get along! I have tried too many remedies not to find one that worked to keep the flakes at bay without drying out my hair. I finally found a match with the Phytheol Anti Dandruff Shampoo!
I've been using it consistently for a few weeks, and my scalp is getting progressively happier. My only complaint? It's so costly for such a small bottle!

Recently, I've tried every "dandruff" product from a general grocery store. Nothing worked for my fine curly blonde hair. After five times of using Phytheol, itching stopped and half of dandruff disappeared. Hopefully, the other half will go away, too.

Let me start by saying LOVE LOVE LOVE this shampoo. I've been using this for about a month now and its just what my dry flaky scalp needed. After the first use my scalp felt so clean and for the first time in years, no itchiness and far less flakes. Continuous use has really given me the results I was looking for. Even after a week of not washing my hair I still saw far less flaky scalp. I'm giving it four stars because of the prize. Wish its a little cheaper as I got about 3 sets of washes from a 3.3oz bottle(3 washes per set). I'm going to have get another bottle soon. Thank you PHYTO
