Don't waste your money
-06.15.12
I have tried many different make up removers and cleansers and this one is not worth the money. Luckily, I tried this as a sample, because it really only removes a very thin layer of makeup when trying to take it off. I never cake on the makeup, and this left a lot of make up left over to try and remove with another cleanser. Not reccomended for anything waterproof.

Great cleansing oil
-03.27.12
Quick Take: deep cleansing
I use this after wearing a full face of makeup and this removes the makeup, dirt and oil without any irritation or clogged pores. I follow with Nars hydrating freshning lotion to make sure my face is clean. I've actually elimated soap from my routine and it's helped my sensitive dry skin during colder winter months. Great prodcut.

Excellent
-07.03.11
This stuff is awesome. It takes no effort to take anything off. I don't even need cotton pads to take off my makeup; I put a dab on my finger, rub it over my eyes gently, let it sit for a few seconds, then take a dry tissue and wipe. It all comes off and it feels less oily than other ones. I also do another dab for the other eye and if I have a heavy lip going, one dab for my lips. This will last forever because I use so little. Really good.

Terrific product.

I love this stuff; I use it as a makeup remover, & it does the job nicely. I do use a cleanser afterwards since my skin is oily. The pump is very convenient and the bottle lasts a long time. Highly recommended!

I use this in the shower and a couple of pumps really takes everything off! Even works without water too! Also makes my skin feel nice and smooth!

Not Effective
-04.19.11
This was not able to remove my water resistant Nars mascara! How ironic is that! Does not emulsify well with water, so it does not do a good job cleaning my face. Very disappointed.

LOVE this product!
-04.03.11
I am so happy to see that Sephora is carrying this Nars product finally!! This is the best product for removing eye makeup - including waterproof mascara. I use it exclusively for my eyes and use a different cleanser for my face. It is definitely worth the price - I have used it every day for over six months and still have some left!

Gentle and Effective
-02.08.11
Quick Take: silky
Soothing treatment. The product recommends 3 pumps (I use one; at most 2 ... on dry skin). The cleansing oil easily dissolves all make-up. I wash off the cleansing oil with water (sometimes with my my face wash too). Got it for Christmas and use everyday. For this cold, dry winter it's a skin calming product. .... I have extremely allergic skin. Gentle & Fragrance-free :-)
(... would give 5 stars if I didn't have to wash it off and it would just wipe off.)

Just mineral oil in a bottle.
-01.31.11
Quick Take: mineral oil.
Bought this,so i could find something that could remove my makeup. It was big splurge considering it was 40$.I swiped it on my face with a cotton balls and it got some of my makeup off. After doing it 5x.The next day I got a serious breakout, which went away as soon as I stopped using it.When I looked at the ingridients,I saw that the first one was mineral oil. This costs 40$ and they use something as cheap as mineral oil....Taking back.
