It does not work for me

I've been using this product for about a month now, and I don't see any change in the area around my eyes. Plus, it smells pretty bad that it makes me not want to wear it.
The rollerball part gives a cooling sensation when it's applied, but I think it's just because it's rollerball.

The size is perfect to carry around and it's easy to apply. But other than that, this product does not work for me. I wouldn't buy it again.

I've been using this product a.m. and p.m. for a little over 2 weeks and have not seen any improvement in my undereye circles or fine lines. It also stings when I apply product #2. I will not be purchasing this again and I continue my quest for an eye cream that delivers results.

Maybe if you are young (I'm 30) this would be an acceptable light eye moisturizer, but aside from feeling kind of nice (as anything cool and liquid would) I didn't notice any benefits.

Quick Take: soothing, lightweight
I have bad dark circles and some wrinkles are beginning to develop under my eyes. I'm only 21 years old! I've tried out many products, but to of no success. I decided to try the Reviver Duo because of the price and its ingredients.
While using this product over a 1 1/2-month period I've changed my diet and made sure I got an adequate amount of sleep (at least 5-hours). My undereyes have quite an made an improvement. It wasn't a drastic change, but a good change nonetheless. I've been using less concealer than before and I love it. -- With eyes products, you can't expect to see a difference instantly (or within a week or two). Especially when your health & diet play a big role. It's like taking diet/weight loss pills. You can't expect to lose weight if you don't also change the way you eat.
I use this in the morning before applying my make-up. It's very lightweight and you can feel your skin tightening slightly with the Revive Gel. The Eye Radiance cream doubles as my moisturizer, so it saves me from using my other eye cream. I haven't felt that stinging sensation as other reviewers have brought up. I have long days at work and school, so this product does really does "combat signs of fatigue". I would definitely recommend this.

Quick Take: brightening
I bought it a week ago and this is the first time i got something from Body Shop for the eyes. The wand is awesome, it really hides the black eyes, especially after long flight back home that I had. The rollerball - well, i'm still adjusting, since the ball is not as big as i'm used to (after using Clinique Serum) and doesn't cool the skin as much as I would like (though i'm storing it in the fridge).

i purchased this in store about a week ago and so far i'm liking it. i've used this product daily and have had no issues with the roller ball clogging or stinging sensation and have started to notice improvements in the dark circles and puffiness (both were mild, so it's not been a dramatic improvement). the $22 is much more budget friendly than some of the other products the sales associate shoed me and so far i'm very pleased.

The roller side really helps open my eyes in the morning, it's very cooling and refreshing. The cream side really has brightened my under eye circles. I've not had any stinging or discomfort, even on the hottest days.

I'm liking this product

I'm 27 (at the time of purchase anyway) and wrinkles aren't something I'm concerned with, if they happen they happen. However I do have a nasty habit of pulling my eyelid taute to apply shadow and liner so I did notice that it was getting looser and looser and it was getting harder to apply stuff. So I decided to try this, as my first eye product. I have to say I'm pretty impressed. I've been using this sporadically (I just can't remember to do it every day) and already my eyelid is much tighter than it was, nearly back to normal. I do have some dark circles under my eyes but I wasn't concerned about those either as they are pretty slight. However I do notice that they are getting better too. There is occasionally a slight tingly stingy sensation when I use the under eye wand but first thing in the morning it actually feels good and its not bad at all. Very slight. The only thing I don't like about this is that the applicator for the rollerball has a slight seam on it that is a little sharp but its not a huge deal either. I do love how it feels on and it's great under makeup. I'll definitly keep using it.

I do like this stuff. I like the roller ball and the little applicator. I got this because it says it works well on dark circles, but I haven't seen much changes in my dark circles. I mostly like this because its light weight and wears well under makeup. I use this in the am.

I bought this product primarily to treat my dark circles. I've been using it twice a day for 3 weeks and haven't noticed much improvement there. However it has certainly smoothed some of the fine lines around my eyes. I still need a moisturizer after applying the two different layers of the product. That can be a little time consuming, especially in the morning when I'm getting ready for work.
