Quick Take: sexy sexy and sexy
I tend to gravitate towards stronger, spicier scents in the woodsy family, so when I read about this scent I ran out and got it. I LOVE IT. I put a spritz or two in my hair and one at my neck or wrist (depending on my "plans" for the day) and I can still smell it on me the next day. Men LOVE this fragrance and I have also gotten compliments from women. It is a very sexy scent. For reference I also love Euphoria, Burberry Brit, Coach Poppy, and Narcisco Rodriquez.

Quick Take: oriental, warm woodsy scent, patchouli haters beware
I first tried this in a roller-ball version and fell in love with the warm, woodsy scent. Couldn't stop smelling my wrist! Went on to purchase the 1.6 oz bottle of EDP and the body creme. My husband of 25 yrs loves this; he always says I smell nice when I wear this one. I don't notice any floral scents on my skin but there is a soft sweetness underlying the notes of amber and patchouli. This is a very warm scent so I prefer to wear it in the cooler part of the year and wear something lighter in the hot summer months. Maybe they will come out with a body spritz for summer (hint, hint).

Upon first sniff, I was taken aback by this. It was such a strange and unfamiliar sweet and boozy scent. I considered tossing the paper strip, but curiosity kept me from doing so. I found that I could not stop smelling it and I bought the little .5 EDP.
Now, I'm an addict. I absolutely adore this one. One spray is all it takes to last all day. It starts out sweet and boozy (I think the plum plays an enormous role in the initial notes) and then it turns into sweet, smoky, balmy amazingness. Definitely buying the big bottle and will order the solid perfume compact online.

Give it more than few minutes, and you'll love it

When I first tried this on, I was skeptical... it wasn't much like anything I've worn before. Somehow I kept coming back to it, and after about 3 tries, I realized I had fallen in love. It's not a light scent, but it's not intoxicatingly heavy once it dries down. Perfect on the days when you want something more casual and down to earth without smelling overwhelmingly sweet, fruity or floral. Really, don't give it up on first spritz! (Smallest bottle will last you a while, by the way. I used it everyday for almost two seasons, still have half a bottle left!)

I loved this when I first sprayed it on. Then after about 10 minutes the smell changed into something awful and, well, old-ladyish. I'm now spending the afternoon smelling like someone's grandmother because I wasn't smart enough to spray away from my clothing. And, unfortunately, unlike a lot of other fragrances, it doesn't seem to wear off at all.

I have been in search of a mans fragrance that I could get a way with wearing for ever, so I was excited to try this when my Sephora finally started carrying it in store. This scent is awesome! READ the description if you like that you will LOVE this (assuming it works with your body chemistry). This is a warm woodsy scent with NO "old lady" or super sweet note to it.

Quick Take: good value, spicy, smells expensive
My go-to scent is Black Orchid. It is more than I can pay right now, so when I was in Sephora I asked the sales associate what I was spicy like Black Orchid, and she pointed me to Boyfriend. I really like it. It is not quite as heavy and dark as Black Orchid, but sometimes, especially for daytime use, that's a good thing.

This is a very sensual scent, unlike most other perfumes. There are no fruity, floral notes, but instead it smells strongly of musk and vanilla, deep and dark and woodsy. The description of the perfume is just perfect. The lingering scent of a man mixed with a woman's own perfume. I love it! If you get tired of all the overly peppy, girly scents and want something more mysterious, go with this.

I hated this at first; I applied it when I was browsing around Sephora and I thought it was too spicy, too musky, for my tastes. Which baffled me because i usually love spicy scents.
Throughout the day, I continued to smell it. The dry down is a lot less sharp, a lot more pleasant. I ended up falling in love and returning to purchase a bottle. Whether this is because I needed time to get used to a new fragrance (I've been using the same one for years) or because the top notes are very... distinct, I'm not sure. But I'm obsessed.
It lasted a very long time (I first applied in-store at 2pm; when I woke up in the morning I could still smell it) and as weird as I probably looked, I found myself occasionally sniffing my wrists just so I could smell it. It is a VERY strong fragrance at first, but I feel that after about fifteen minutes, it softens a lot. A little goes a long way, so its easy to over-do, but really... isn't the point of perfume to be just detectable enough to entice someone to get closer?

This fragrance is everything I want...lasts just long enough, not too overpowering, just enough to have people ask after being around you for awhile: "hey, what perfume are you wearing? It smells so good." I get compliments on it all the time.
It's mysterious, comforting, and not too lady-like, which I like. So glad I found this! My new go-to fragrance.

I love this fragrance and waited to purchase until my bday so I could get a gift too :-) I had this for 2 days when the roller ball bottle broke in my purse...bummer! So, beware, the rollerball bottle is glass and its thin, so breakage is likely. Not the best design for easy to carry convenience. I will replace it because I love the fragrance so much, but I won't but the roller ball again.

Quick Take: sexy, sultry, delicious
I have no idea who Kate Walsh is, but her perfume is super sexy. I would not have even considered trying this except for the fact that I read a very favorable review in a magazine (not sure-- could have been Elle), comparing it to a Tom Ford fragrance. I'm a huge fan of Tom Ford's gender-bending line, so for $20, it was worth a try. Boyfriend is deeply sultry, a bit naughty, and very delicious-- definitely not a typical celebrity fragrance. The one criticism I have is that it does not last very long. This may be due to the fact that the rollerball dispenses a fairly miserly dose of perfume.

I first saw this perfume in an issue of Cosmo right after its release. After reading the description I knew I had to have it. What girl doesn't love the lingering scent of her man? I was surprised to receive it as a gift from my dad (what a great man!) It was everything I hoped it would be. The scent IS sexy, sultry, sweet, woodsy, everything I love in a scent. It's rich, it's subtle... I'm not one to wear perfume, I usually stick to oils since they last longer but this? It lasts, it lingers, and it smells just as good the next day. Whenever I wear it I can't stop smelling myself! I usually dab it on pulse points, spray a little in my hair, occasionally I'll spray a little on my shirt..I've received a number of compliments and my fiance gave it a thumbs up! It's amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys this sort of scent. I would not, however, recommend it to those who only like very fruity or floral scents.
