No-Frizz Curls
-05.12.13
Quick Take: easy to use, lightweight
I have thin fine hair and rely on digital perm for body. This cream defines my curls and doesn't feel heavy.

not impressed
-05.01.13
Quick Take: lightweight
have held out on buying in the past; yes the scent is fantastic, but given how much product my curls need, not sure about the price. Well tried it and not impressed. Will be going back to my regular product.

Amazing
-04.30.13
Quick Take: lightweight, non-sticky, easy to use
Yes, it's a little pricey, but it is well worth it, and a little goes a long way. I have naturally curly hair, and I find this product is most consistent in taming my coarse, frizzy curls without weighing them down. I have tried other products as well but this one is by far the best. Just work a dollup or two through damp hair, scrunch and air dry for natural-looking frizz-free curls or diffuse for curlier ringlets. I love it!

Life altering-ly good
-04.22.13
To say that I have difficult hair would such an under statement but this product has really helped to make curls look cute and manageable. It's light-weight and has a pleasant smell. I sincerely would recommend this for anyone with wild curls.

The best for thick frizzy hair
-03.29.13
This is the best product for thick frizzy hair. It keeps it small, and doesn't dry it out. I can keep my hair wavy, by just combing straight and air drying. or curly, by scrunching it then air drying. Highly recommend.

It's Miraculous. Happy and Healthy Curls.
-01.23.13
Quick Take: easy to use, lightweight, non-sticky
For the longest time I used the Diva Curl AnGel religiously, and loved how it held my corkscrew curls in place. Now, I am VERY protective of my curls, and I rarely venture out when it comes to hair products, but I did want to try something different. I have always heard good things about Bumble and Bumble, so I decided to go with B&B's Curl Conscious Calming Creme. It is, in a word, AH-MAY-ZING. It does everything it says it is supposed to. My hair retains its curls ALL DAY without becoming fuzzy, frizzy, or separating, and my hair is so soft toboot. Diva Curl is wonderful, mind you, but my hair would grow fuzzy by the end of the day, and there would be no smooth curls the next morning. With the Calming Creme, I can wake up the next morning, put a little in to calm flyaways, and my hair is good to go. Like I said, miraculous. I am so happy I gave this product a try. All curly haired ladies (and gents) should try it out.

Works for me.
-01.22.13
Quick Take: easy to use, non-sticky
I use it after leave in conditioner. Not scented like most other curly hair products so is perfect for my sensitive skin. Sometimes I apply and go,other times I twist hair and diffuse. Find it has enough "weight" to define the curl. I have very coarse hair and this is one if the only products that can coax the curl out of my hair. If it were less expensive, would be the perfect curly hair product.

Another strike out for curly hair.
-01.15.13
Quick Take: lightweight, non-sticky, smells good.
I've heard all good things about B&B Products so I thought something with this super high price point that promised to "calm" my curly hair would be a good all in one product for my curly hair.
But this made my hair to springy curly without enough hold. It is also full of plastic which is actually drying to my hair.
I'm so sad I have to return this and I have no idea what to swap it with. I have yet to find an all in one product or at least something that actually defines my curls and weighs my hair down and doesn't give me kinky curls and shrinkage! It does smell heavenly but that's not enough to keep such an expensive product that makes my hair look worse.
Now, I'm back to the drawing board and I'm running out of time before I need to return this!

Miracle in a bottle
-01.14.13
Quick Take: easy to use, lightweight, non-sticky
LOVE everything about this except the price, but it's worth every penny. I have had wavy/curly/frizzy hair that I haven't been happy with for years, and after trying all of the BB curl styling products, would have to say this one is my absolute favorite. It's a no-brainer to use (which I need!), you can blowdry with a diffuser or air dry and get great results either way. Minimal frizz, great curl definition and compliments all day. Seriously - compliments roll in when I use this, and my former frizz ball mane is lovely and soft. I love that it isn't sticky or too heavy, it is perfection! I don't apply to my roots, so it doesn't weigh them down or make the top of my hair look greasy - just work it thru my waves and head out the door to work - smiling!

Works great!
-01.02.13
Quick Take: lightweight
I had originally tried the defining creme but the calming creme is much more suited for my VERY CURLY hair. I put four stars because it does seem like i have to use a lot for the best results, sometimes I mix it with water to make it easier to coat more hair.

AH-MAZING!
-12.25.12
This cream is nothing short of a miracle. I used to relax my hair and am letting my natural curls grow out now. Problem is, the first couple of inches would always look dry and frizzy. BB Curl Conscious changed that. It defines curls and makes even my damaged hair look really healthy. Very happy with my purchase and the bottle is worth every penny.

Not for me
-12.24.12
Quick Take: lightweight, non-sticky, did nothing for my curls, innefective
If you have voluminous, frizzy curly hair, this won't help you.
It is just a leave-in creme, but it does nothing against frizz and volume.
I have this for 8 months and I didn't see any change using this even though I had the Straight line from B&b

I think I've finally found 'the one'
-12.23.12
I have very thick, coarse, wavy/curly hair. This gives great, soft curls, without being sticky or greasy. Controls frizz and lasts all day. Great product for my difficult hair.

Great Product
-11.19.12
Quick Take: easy to use, non-sticky
Love it!! When I first purchased the product, my hair stylist talked to me about "twisting" the curls after I put the product in my hair. I've noticed that if I "twist" the curls (wrap sections of hair around my finger to create ringlets) and let my hair air dry, I get a much nicer curl. NO MORE CRUNCHY MOUSSE CURLS!

Not course enough
-11.08.12
Quick Take: easy to use
I'm always looking for products to manage the curls, so I decided to give B&B a try. Sadly their products are to much for my hair. It left it looking and feeling greasy when I only used a quarter sized amount on my medium length hair. I believe this product would be good for very course and thick hair but mine is too soft to use such a heavy product.

This is a very effective product. I have very tight, voluminous curly hair, and this product leaves my curls soft, manageable and well defined. f you want this product to work, and leave you with frizz free hair, it is SO important that you do not touch your hair until it's dry. My hair is down to my mid-back when it's curly and I still only need a dime size. I am very pleased with this product, I will repurchase.

Smoothes the savage fuzz
-10.14.12
Quick Take: smoothing calming frizz fighting
Thoroughly smoothes the frizz and calms my coarse curls. I was a Fekkai devotee until I couldn't find their curl cream any more. I found the Bumble and Bumble curl line in a fit of desperation as my hair got more and more out of control. And this little beauty did the trick and is now my go to.

-10.09.12
Quick Take: lightweight, non-sticky, easy to use, no help for volume
If you really have curly hair that can get frizzy and voluminous, this won't help much. It helped with the frizz but the volume was just the same.

Not for me
-09.27.12
As a curly haired girl with endlessly parched, frizzy locks, I'm always looking for the perfect styling product. I'm currently giving this and B&B's defining curl creme a try, and I am very underwhelmed by my experience so far! I give this product three stars because it did do one of the things it claimed to do very well- it loosened my curls significantly. Unfortunately that's not high on my list of needs, and it completely failed to do anything else. I end up with loose, puffy, slightly heavy curls when I use it. I'm hopeful that the defining creme will be more my cup of tea. I DO think that this product could be great for styling curly hair with heat- it's softening, and helps loosen curl pattern well, which would be great for a pre-blow dry product.
