Quick Take: gradual
I love these pads! They add the perfect amount of color to my oh-so-pale skin. I use sparingly because the color can really build. The color blends perfectly - which is essential as I tend to apply a bit haphazardly - never streaks. You do need to wash your hands afterwards because, as with all self-tanning products, your hands can stain.

Quick Take: long lasting
I'm very fair and used these before I actually applied my Vita Liberata self tanner. The pads did exfoliate and gave my face a noticeable color. So much so, that I needed to use a tanner so the rest of my body matched. The only draw back was the smell like another reviewer stated.

I was so disappointed in this product. I have always had good luck with self tanners and decided to treat myself to a high end product. It gave me an orangey color.

I'm a relatively tanned asian and this just did not work for me. It turned me orange and got patchy in certain areas such as around my mouth and on my chin. I exfoliate a lot and use the Dr gross peeling pads regularly, yet this tanner only made me look... dirty and muddy. Just didn't work for me.

I decided to try these on a whim since I gave up on waiting around for Mother Nature to let spring weather show up and always looking tired/washed out in the face. I really like the original alpha beta peel wipes as they are awesome and had read such good reviews on these. These are super easy to use, but the very first time I used a pad I didn't even notice a change in my skin tone at all. In fact, it hardly looked like I had used it. Then I used one again last night after cleansing and exfoliating my skin I woke up to one side of my face looking flaky and peeling and the other side is smooth and it's splotchy all over my neck even though I did the clean, even swipes sweeping down the neck and jaw line. (FYI I also sleep on bamboo sheets, so it was not the texture of cotton that made one side rough from sleeping) It does give me a fairly decent glow once I put on my make-up, but with the way it applied all over my neck I doubt I'd repurchase again. Shame - other people seemed to have better luck. Also, for the record my skin is fairly pale, but not in the porcelain, sexy pale tone that looks good without a tan. It looked a bit orange as it developed later on in the night. Perhaps my undertones just do not coordinate well with it.

I've been purchasing this product for a couple of years now... I don't like to be without a tan, come summer... These pads work really well and the color is very believable! Only drawback is the scent...

GREATEST PRODUCT IN THE WORLD!!!

Quick Take: long lasting, fantastic, perfect tan color, simple to use
Having always been a sunoholic and living in a warm climate imagine my surprise when I was diagnosed with lupus and told I had to now stay out of the sun. I had tried so many things just to get a little color back in my face without actually hitting the beach or pool again. Nothing looked natural to me at all but that was until I tried this. I actually look "normal" again....I have color on my face and chest and it's the RIGHT color....like I just spent the day outdoors. The best part is it stays on...I actually forget that I used it and take my makeup off at the end of the day and my face even after cleansing it is still the right tan color from a couple of days ago!!! I am using it with the 2 part extra strength peel and I am having no problems at all. If they ever take this product off the market I will just die....it's perfect in every way for me and I don't care how much it costs....trust me I spend more on make up and things to try to achieve this perfect natural color!!!

Natural looking and good for your skin. The best part, it's easy to apply. I usually use 1 pad a week and have been using these for a year now. Many people have asked me what make-up I use because I glow. I let them in on my secret. Some feel this product is expensive but I say it's so worth it!

I received this product as a sample initially and didn't have any use for it, so I let my boyfriend us it (I have Olive skin and he does not). And right away I noticed his complexion was warmer, not to mention he was alot more attractive. lol This product is great, doesn't wipe off on your clothes, you see changes right away and its portable. The only downside of using this product is the smell.

Quick Take: gradual, long lasting
These glow pads are a must-have for pale faced girls like myself. I tend to stay out of the sun because I don't want to get sun spots, fine lines and wrinkles too early in life. But these do the trick in evening out my color with the perfect tan. These are also great to use on your neck and chest to ensure there isn't a stark contrast difference between your face and neck/chest area.

I was a little hesitant to try these but based on the reviews I went ahead & bought a small pkg. And now they're part of my skincare regimen! They leave a subtle light tan/glow & are so easy to swipe on. Also, no weird smell & makes skin soft!

Darker Tan that I Imagined

I was pleased with the color these wipes gave me. It was darker than I thought but in a good way! Although, I may have applied it more heavily in areas (such as my nose and chin) which seemed a bit darker than other areas of my face. Overall, happy with these. SO easy to use!

I spray tan to avoid health issues arising from tanning but I notice the spray tan lasts only a day or two on my face. These towels help me look tan between spray tans and never give me an orange or streaky look. I wish they were cheaper but I'm willing to pay the price since these work so well!
