I love, love, love this haircolor. I used Strawberry Blonde after much research...I had gone blonde for several years and was missing my red hair. This color is amazing... does begin a darker shade of red, and then fades to a perfect strawberry blonde. I've had compliments on this color every day and I feel beautiful with it. My hair isnt damaged, the color stays strong, and with the help of the oil it's healthy and shiny. If you're looking for a beautiful red shade, this is absolutely it. (Do a strand test first!!!)

Quick Take: almost perfect
The best color out there for golden blonde...no pink or brassy tones...just a pure, golden blonde. A bit pricey or I would have given it 5 stars if it were even $10 cheaper! My condition was great too.

I have been using this exact same color for over a year...I simply love it! Hairstylists and people at my salon always ask who colors my hair. I have been many shades of red over the years but this is the one that won my heart and the heart of many. Also for some reason my Sephora store is always sold out of this color so I often have to buy it online.

I am a natural redhead who is 30% gray at the front. I colored exactly according to the directions. Left the color on for 35 minutes because of the stubborn grays. I am no longer a strawberry blonde, I have a very dark shade of auburn with bright red highlights. Be prepared for a dramatic change! It isn't bad, just shocking!!!!

I have tried a lot of different hair color, including professional and all of them irritated my skin. Luxeblend not only doesn't irritate my skin but it doesn't make my eyes burn from the fumes and looks great too!

I have been using this hair color for over 2yrs and love the red tone it gives my hair. It is as close to my natural red color I have ever tried. However, on my last order, I notice that Luxeblend has reduced the amount of pequin oil included in the box. Of course, they didn't reduce the price. It will not stop me from using this hair color for now. I will look for something else since I don't like company practices like this stunt.

I love this dye because it isn't harsh, but last time I bought auburn and it was way too dark. I tried strawberry blonde and it was still darker than the shade I wanted! It doesn't match my extensions although the box seems like it would. I'd buy it again though.

I would not buy this again. My color came out an ok auburn color, not very vibrant and my hair was dirty blonde before i dyed it. The real problem with this was it faded in about a week! Not just a little fade either but pretty much all the color was out of my hair in 5 washes. The pequi oil treatment was nice.. it smelled good and made my hair soft. I'm really disappointed in this for the hefty price tag. I've used drugstore dyes with much more vibrant and long lasting results.

I'm a natural redhead and never thought my hair was "strawberry blonde"... this color covers my greys and matches my natural hair color. The first 2-3 days it is a little darker than my natural hair color but after that is looks great for 4 weeks. The only reason I have to color again after 4 weeks is because my roots are grey. I was spending $120 to get my hair colored in a salon every 4 weeks... now I do it in my pjs at home for $30... folks are stocked when I tell them my hair is colored.

My color came out matching the one on the box. I was very pleased with the outcome. A little more red than I usually get (I normally go with light golden blonde color), but for the summer, I decided a little more red was the way to go. It colored all my hair the same color, the gray and the brown came out the same.

This hair color damaged my hair so that it was like dry straw. The color and gray-hair coverage was good though. I have had to deep condition my hair and suspend blow-drying until I can get my hair back in shape.

Quick Take: strawberry blonde, subtle, pequi = good, just do it!, again!, and again!, 'cause this sh#%# won't hurt ya hair
I have medium brown long hair with a tiny bit of gray strands at my temples. I have been dying my hair various shades of red for years so my roots are natural, but the length is not so. I knew I probably should not have bought the strawberry blonde as this is not a product that lifts hair color, but a semi permanent tint to your natural color. I tried it anyway just to see what, if anything would happen. I got a wee bit of shade change, not "good" and not "bad" just a slight hint of reddish perhaps pale auburn. The product was not the eye watering of peroxide ammonia permanent colors, it was a painless, tear free experience. The pequi is a non oily/greasy moisturizing product that I am still dabbing on after I shower--maybe once a week--love it!
If I had lighter brown hair or any shade of blonde and wanted a really nice strawberry RED color, as I don't think this would be a pale color on light hair until it faded and washed out a bit, I would definitely choose the strawberry blonde. Some folks mentioned how dark they thought the color was and the only thing I can come up with is they where looking at the hair dye mixed in the bottle or on their head, which it is dark, but as ALL hair dyes do their thang they change and evolve as the chemicals synthesize to each other and you. Once rinsed away you are left with the true, albeit temporary loveliness of the color your hair has become! So be bold --just a little and enjoy--it is only hair, and psst, the product and all it's accessories are a joy to use.
