I have used Ojon's Volumizing creme, and thought I'd give this a try. Very disappointed! I will stick with the original product in a tube. Poor spray, sticky

Quick Take: lightweight, non-sticky, easy to use, volume
This is the best hairspray that I have come across yet. I have thick, wavy, color treated hair that tends to need a strong hairspray. This is not sticky and holds exceptionally well. You do not need a whole lot. When spraying, spraing in small bursts and lightly bouncing the curls is the best way for volume. The smell is great. It is very strong but pleasent. Almost like wearing a light perfume throughout the day. Definitely creates the volume that it says it does.

Serious Spray with serious a smell !!

Didn't care for this spray almost wanted to return it but, I just don't like doing that. Spray smelled bad and irritated my throat . I may still return it. As for the hold it was okay.

Works Great for Me

Quick Take: easy to use, lightweight, non-sticky, great for holding my style, virtually fragrance free, soft to touch
I have used several low name and high name brands and this one works best for me. I have a lot of hair but it is fine. This spray keeps the style all day without being sticky. Doesn't stick in the humidity either. I buy in bulk when I buy them because I do not want to run out.

I like this spray. I am not a hair spray user in general but this one I like. It doesn't dry my hair but it is a strong hold--stronger than they make it appear.

I ended up returning this because the spray device stopped working. It wasn't very good as a volumizing spray. My hair is very fine and it did not hold as well as other products.

Quick Take: easy to use, lightweight, non-sticky
I got ths for my mom. It adds a really great shine to strands and isn't harsh on the hair. It's a medium hold. It also smells nice in comparison. Does it volumize...I'm not sure since she uses it in combination with other volumizing products.

Quick Take: smelly, ineffective
I did not like this product. Did not see any volume after using, weighed my hair down, and smells so bad I felt the need to wash my hair again, even hours after spraying the smell lingered. Only thing I liked about it was the shine.

- smells awful, my roommates gag every time they enter the bathroom after i use this. after i spray it on all i can smell for the next hour is this spray.

Doesn't spray well

I purchased this product to be sure I wasn't drying out my hair from a hairspray. I have tried it once now and I don't like the spray stream. It does not lightly mist when it is applied. This causes excess product to spray onto my hair. I noticed a white looking film after the application. Not a lot of it but a little bit. It was right on the area I sprayed this product. I feel like I should return it since I liked my salon product better. The scent was o.k. for me. I feel like the main cause for the dislike is due to the nozzle.

Quick Take: ineffective
This is not a great product: the nozzle doesn't work effectively and sprays in streams, rather than a fine mist, which would be preferable for application of product on fine hair in need of volume. Also, the product itself is a bit heavy. It does provide moderate hold, but I will not buy this product again and will continue looking for a truly volumizing finishing spray.

I have used this product for years and loved it until they changed the formula. It in no way works like it used to. It is heavy and sticky which makes it clog up. It now weighs my hair down and never use to. I will be shopping for a different brand. Ojon please please go back to your old formulas. If it isn't broke don't fix it.
