Quick Take: easy to use
i was really excited about this condtioner. The description of the product is not totally true. I actually feel that it makes my hair even more dry when after using it. The plus side is, it does smell really good. But as far as the claims that it restores, hydrates, and smooths hair, i will disagree. Very disappointed.

My dry hair and chemically damamged ends were dramatically improved with just one use. I paired this with the shampoo and restorative treatment. My hair is incredibly soft, shiny and bouncy.

Quick Take: versatile
I have been using this exclusively for 3 months and love the way it detangles and leave my hair smooth. I use it as shampoo as well - a really great conditioner for the scalp.

I have very dry hair (from over-processing and heat styling). This conditioner definitely isn't rich enough to support that type of hair. It certainly did not "revitalize damaged hair." If you have normal, undamaged hair - this product may be good for you.

Wonderful for fine, dry hair!

This is the best conditioner I've ever found/used for my hair. My hair is very dry from dying, and naturally VERY thin & fine (thanks, mom!). This conditioner has given me the best results I've ever had - it makes my hair look fuller, smoother, and healthier. I tried it first as a sample, and was so pleased with it that I didn't even care about the cost.

Makes my hair feel stronger, more shiny and less frizz. The smell is the only downside but once you wash out the conditioner the smell is gone. I will buy again!

I really had high hopes for this conditioner. It completely drying. I am only thankful it was only a trial siize:(. The shampoo was great, I could feel the change in my hair as soon as I put it in.

Hair has incredible shine and manageability. Easy to rinse out and you don't need too much. My hair was very dry and over processed from highlighting, and this made an immense difference after the first use.

I am a big fan of ojon products. I was so hopeful about this shampoo and conditioner, but I ended up returning it. The smell is great and I felt like it did get my hair clean. But afterwards when my hair dried it was like straw. The ends were very rough and brittle. I do not think it was restorative at all. I am glad I got the small sample sizes with the restorative oil to try out so that when the larger sized ones came I could send them back. I got so excited when I opened the samples that I ordered the larger sizes before I had even tried it, lol.

Nice conditioner but no improvement

Over the last few months I've used an entire 8.5 oz bottle of this along with the shampoo. My hair is the same. For reference, I have long (mid-back) wavy hair that is prone to poofiness. My scalp is dry and flaky in the winter.
While this is a very nice conditioner and my hair was nearly tangle-free every time I got out of the shower, it also isn't more moisturized or smoother. With all the oils I expected my scalp to be less flaky too but it wasn't. (To be fair, this product doesn't claim scalp repair.)
Perhaps it did prevent further damage from the blow drying and flat-ironing as it claims though. My hair certainly isn't worse and I blow-dry and flat-iron 2-3x a week.

Saved My Itchy Wintertime Scalp

While this conditioner is overpriced, after trying many brands, including dry scalp formulas, this is the only one that stopped my scalp from itching and got rid of my brittle hair and fly-aways. I have untreated, fine hair. I rarely blow dry my hair, but use a flat iron or clipless curling iron with heat protectants about 3-4 times a month. My hair is usually healthy and soft, but a dry winter had beaten it up. I was ready to chop my hair off until I found the right conditioner. My husband had a flaky scalp until he started using this conditioner.

Quick Take: extra thick.
This conditioner really works to make your hair soft and silky to the touch. I didn't perceive any particular "bad" odor the way some reviewers commented. As a matter of fact, there is no discernable scent. The conditioner is so thick you only need just a little (about a quarter's size) for the whole head. An excellent buy.

I Love this product. It has done everything it says. My hair is shiney, full of volume and it has brought out the natural color. It also has made my hair very soft. Still have to see about the strenghthening part. Will continue to use for sure.
