What it is:An intensively rich all-over body moisturizer.What it does:This luxurious body cream easily absorbs into the skin, helping to condition, smooth, and soften dry areas.What it is formulated WITHOUT:- Sulfates- Phthalates- GMOs- TriclosanWhat else you need to know:The raw ingredients in the Body Shop's Body Butter range are warmed to a high temperature, and then the product is put into jars and cooled to create a specific structure. The process is similar to making chocolate and achieves a firm consistency. The Community Fair Trade cocoa butter is sourced from the Kuapa Kokoo in Ghana. Cocoa trees are too fragile to climb so farmers use long-handled knives to cut off the pods that contain the cocoa beans, which are rigorously checked to ensure the highest quality. This cream is suitable for normal to dry skin types.

Quick Take: scented, absorbs quickly
This is the best body moisturizer I have ever used. It leaves my dry hands with the right amount of moisture and it's not oily or greasy. It comes with a lot of product and you don't need much so I'm expecting it to last a long time, and the scent is subtle and gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this product!

I was actually trying to buy the coconut scent, but its by far the best moisturizer I have ever used. I don't like the scent that much though.

I am 8 months pregnant and i have used this stuff since the beginning!!! It leaves my skin soft and it helps with my growing belly. I have not itched yet. And i do not have any new strench marks. And my old ones are lightening up. I love this stuff!!

This is the best moisterizer ever. If you look at the ingredient list Cocoa Butter is actually one of the first on the list as opposed to other kinds where Cocoa Butter is one of the last. It's glorious.

No More Dry Skin

I love Body Shop's Body Butter. I have extremely dry skin and regular lotions don't keep my skin hydrated. This is excellent stuff - nice and thick, but goes on very nicely without leaving a white residue. I apply it every morning as soon as I get out of the shower, while my skin is stll a little damp. (I read somewhere that helps your skin absorb it better.) This is a skin care must have!

Really love this stuff. I initially had the Shea butter one, but if was just too perfumey for me (gave me a headache). The cocoa butter is one has a light choco-nutty scent, but not much of one at all and it fades really quickly after applying. I like to use this on my legs after shaving, and it locks in the moisture for at least 2 days. I think this will be especially excellent during the dry winter!

I love this stuff!! It's so moisturizing and it really soaks into your skin, leaving it very soft. I have very dry skin and this works wonders!! I love the smell too. Cocoa butter smells fantastic!! The Body Shop has the best body butters and it's just a matter of preference to which fragrance you like best, because they all work amazing.

Body butter is amazing. I had pretty dry skin for most of my life, always trying the different creams and lotions. None of them having worked until now. Within one week of using the body butter everyday, my skin is no longer dry. It is amazing the differences I saw within a short period of time.

I love Body Shop products.. This body butter is great for normal to really dry skin. Scent is comforting, but not intrusive or overpowering. Great for year-round use-smooth it on feet and put cotton sock on before bed. Soft feet in the a.m.

This stuff smells great, is very moisturizing, and isn't terribly greasy. It leaves my skin moisturized all day with a nice fragrance. Plus it's Body Shop, so you know that it is fair trade, socially responsible, and not too harsh on the environment. What's not to love?!

I'm completely obsessed with this lotion. You know when you've seen girls in shorts or skirts and their skin has that shiny beautiful super moisturized look? this will give that too you. I love the smell too. If you like the scents with vanilla, chocolate, nutty, etc. you'll love this. it won't compete with your perfume just has a beautiful nutty scent.

This body butter is the perfect moisturizer for dry skin. Very rich so a little goes a long way. I also love that it uses community trade ingredients so you know that the purchase is giving back to other parts of the world. It has a definite cocoa butter scent, those not a fan of scent should try the Shea Body Butter instead.
