Didn't seem to help
-04.21.13
I have sensitive, red, dry skin. Thought this may be just what it needed. It had a yellowish tint, went on nice but left skin feeling shiny and didn't do anything for the redness.

Extra moisturizing
-04.19.13
This works well on my face as a night cream, hands when they need a little extra deep moisture, feet, sunburned shoulders, anywhere! It really soaks in, isn't greasy though. I think it is mild enough to be a great baby cream too!

True Redness Relief
-03.31.13
Quick Take: moisturizing, non-greasy
I have extremely sensitive skin and bought this cream to help combat the dryness and redness that tends to crop up during the winter time. I took it with me on a ski trip and it was a hit! We put it on our faces and hands and it provided instant relief without being greasy. A little goes a long way; definitely worth the money.

still in the pink

I bought this on a whim, seeing as it was recommended for the chronically over-rosy. Granted, I was skeptical, but after two weeks of use, I'm not noticing any improvement in my constantly flushed face. It's decent as a moisturizer, albeit thick. It feels like a quality cream, just not what it was advertised for on this site.

Does what it says it will
-03.10.13
Quick Take: moisturizing, redness reducing
I have tried everything for my rosacea and this is one of the best! The results are immediate. I think the yellow tint also helps with coverage. It is somewhat moisturizing but probably not enough if you have dry skin. I just use a little on my cheeks (which is where my skin is dry and red), so I am sure this tube will last a very long time!
Would definitely recommend this product.

Hope it can be more hydrating
-01.19.13
Quick Take: soothing, reduce redness
I have combinational and acne pron skin. This cream helps reduce and sooth the redness caused by acne. The texture is very thick so I always use it right after my toner when my skin is still slightly damped. But besides all the benefit it brings, I hope it can be more hydrating. Therefore I always keep one of this cream in my shelf and use it whenever I need to instead of using it everyday. When I go out (especially in winter) I would use some other moisturizer.

miracle cream
-01.06.13
Quick Take: hydrating, moisturizing, soothing
with harsh, extremely dry and cold winters, my skin is a nightmare, even more so now that I'm in my 40's. My skin was dry and flaky in some areas, normal in others. Within the first day of using this cream, my skin was immediately improved, and and within 3 days was looking like clear healthy skin. I haven't put it down since! Yes, I initially had some sticker shock over the price for this tiny little tube, but it's already 2 months, and I'm not through my first tube yet - and I use it daily! I will DEFINITELY be keeping this in my regimen forever!

It does what it says. Really good at reduce the redness caused by acnes. Works better when you apply a thick layer and stay overnight. However, the result is only that significant for the first time I use it, then it become to be normal, but I still like it.

Miracle Cream
-10.13.12
Quick Take: hydrating, moisturizing
As a makeup artist I constantly try out products. It takes an awful lot to impress me, and yet this is probably the best product I've tried in years.
For some odd unknown reason my skin was going insane and nothing would help...I came to sephora out of desperation, and one girl who has yet to steer me wrong directed me towards this Calendula Balm. At first I thought the price was a rip off for how small the tube is, but you need the smallest amount. My acne cleared up quickly and this cream works amazing year round. Has just enough moisturization and you can put more on if you have dry skin. I will forever buy this and suggest this cream.

Wonder cream!
-09.02.12
Quick Take: hydrating, soothing, calming, anti redness
I can't say enough good things about this cream!!!! I recently had a horrible rash/flare up all over my face because of another face lotion I was using. I suspect it was because of the fragrance. My face became itchy, red and painful to touch, and on top of that I was getting cystic acne around my temple. I stopped using the product, but since then, my skin has just not been the same. Using exfoliators or more drying products just irritates it like crazy and I end up getting red little bumps that just never goes away.
I was desperate and went into sephora to get some help. One of the SA recommended this cream to me, and honestly I was skeptical because I've never even heard about Jurlique before and it's definitely not a brand that people "RAVES" about all the time. Instead of buying the whole tube of cream, I opted getting a sample first. LET ME TELL YOU!! It worked wonders!!!
My skin was left feeling soft, hydrated and most of all, in the morning when I look in the mirror, my face looks smooth, calm and less red!! I was sold right there and then, after finishing my sample, I just had to grab the full size!!!
If you have sensitive skin, even if it's acne prone, give this a try, you won't regret it. Key here is to put a dime sized amount on your fingers first and warm it up and then pad it on your face. Don't put it directly on your face, it's just not the same! trust me!!! I now also add a few drops of the Jurlique balancing face oil in the cream at night to give it some extra hydration, and the two works quite well together.
Hope this helps!

This is a very substantial cream for which a little goes a long way. For the price and thickness, it's a good deal, and it hasn't irritated my skin or caused it to be overly oily. I'd recommend it as a night cream or for those spending a lot of time in very dry places.

Awesome!
-07.13.12
Quick Take: hydrating, moisturizing, anti redness, sensitive skin, calming, soothing, acne
I use this after sun, after hair removal (wax, shave, laser, etc) and it instantly calms my sensitive, sometimes red skin.
Wile on tropical vacation recently, one of my friends was severely chaffed between her legs and I gave her some of this and she said it soothed immediately!!! :)
I have very sensitive skin and sometimes I'll even use this as a moisturizer. It doesn't feel heavy or greasy on my combo skin, in fact even with SPF on top, it absorbs quickly.
Hope this helps!

Helps Redness
-06.16.12
Quick Take: hydrating, moisturizing
I purchased this to help eliminate some of the redness aroudn my nose area. I was sad these are not carried in store, but was happy I could get it online. I love that it's a natural product as well. It does help with the redness. I can tell when I've missed the step in my morning routine.

I use it for dry spots and after sun if my skin feels dried up. It's too heavy to use every day and gives a bit of an oily feel to my combination skin.
I was hoping it would be a good substitution to Naturapathica's Calendula cream which I absolutely love (but it's also twice the price), but it's not. It's only for occasional use for me, I wouldn't use it every day.

Good but not exceptional

I have some redness and didn't really see anything different while using this cream. It did keep my skin hydrated so I'd say it's a good average thick cream.

Love it!

Quick Take: intensive
THis cream is a bit thicker. It has a great scent. I like to use it on the places where I get red (like around the nose and knuckles) because the ingredients are supposed to alleviate redness. I don't really use it over my entire face, but you could. No break outs, very happy with this.

Fabulous!

I've tried a few different creams for red sensitive skin, but this is one of my faves. Seems to calm and sooth red skin. Is quite thick in consistency, but you only need a little pea sized amount, warm on fingers and pat on your skin. Very light delicate smell.

Wonderful!!
-03.02.12
I cannot say enough good things about this cream! I normally have oily/acne-prone skin, but my skin started becoming extremely dry this winter (likely due to a combo of the dry weather and excessive use of retinol/benzoyl peroxide after a bad breakout I had). My skin became very red, flaky, and itchy, but after using this product every night before bed for a week, I could notice considerable improvement in how dry and itchy my skin was. I also liked the fact that this did not exacerbate my acne at all! It's lightweight and absorbs quickly - but I would recommend patting it onto the skin (as per directions) instead of rubbing. It absorbs best when I use it immediately after gently pat-drying my face after cleansing. Wonderful cream overall and would recommend to anyone.
