Quick Take: good value
I love this line. I have been using the body butters and body washes with the Grapefruit /Vanilla and Vanilla/ PassionFruit as my favorites! I am so disappointed that I have not been able to find the body butters at Sephora for awhile now. I loved the healthy aspect, the moisturizing and amazing scent of the LaVanilla body butter products. I hope they bring them back soon because my skin hasn't been the same since! I enjoy the Bodywash and will continue using that in the meantime!

Quick Take: good value, travel-friendly
This set is a great way to try out the Lavanila Vanilla and Grapefruit. This product is wonderful. I am pregnant and I am very cautious of what products I am putting on my skin. I researched Lavanila and decided to give it a try and I am impressed. Not only is it completely safe and healthy but the fragrance and products are amazing. The smells is good for the older and younger crowd. It last a very long time. The body butter does not leave skin greasy and absorbs quickly. My skin has never been so soft. Today is my first day using the deordorant. Usually I use clinical strength deordorant. I applied this deordorant approx. 5 hours ago and it smells as though I applied it 5 minutes ago. I have already purchased the body wash and candle from the Lavanila website (due to it being out of stock on Sephora and Sephora not selling the candle). AMAZING.

I was worried I wouldn't like this scent. I LOVE IT! It is very different, sweet, and wonderful! The lotion is fantastic too. It's not greasy and my skin feels so soft.

WONDERFUL WAY TO START MY DAY (NICELY PRICED)

Quick Take: travel-friendly, good value, three excellent full sized products
I love this set. I read an article a few years ago which stated that fragrances (of any kind) which included grapefruit were the fragrances that a majority of people in the test group from most youthful and sexy. I like to test things myself, so I experimented. While my tests weren't quite as scientific as those others quoted in the article, I came up with the same conclusion.
Grapefruit notes are often light and uplifting. Add some vanilla to the grapefruit, and now the fragrance is riches and still youthful. Lavanilla added lime and orange to that combination, along with some other fragrant notes, and came up with a scent that's youthful, relatively long lasting, and perfect for everyone, no matter what their age. After having enjoyed and being complimented on Lavanila's Vanilla Grapefruit Eau De Parfum Rollerball and having used The Healthy Deodorant, although in Coconut Vanilla, it seemed that the I Love Lavanila Vanilla Grapefruit set would be a good choice for me, since I needed a new Healthy Deodorant and wanted to try the Lavanila Body Butter in Vanilla Grapefruit. The I Love LaVanila Vanilla Grapefruit set includes The Healthy Deodorant, the Fragrance, and the Body Butter. All are excellent. They fragrance is so light and happy and just perfect.
I can't address how The Healthy Deodorant would work for anyone who perspires heavily as I don't have a perspiration issue. I was brought up to wear deodorant however, and wouldn't think of leaving the house without it. I previously used the Coconut Vanilla, and wanted to try the Vanilla Grapefruit, too. I'm glad it was in the I love Lavanila Vanilla Grapefruit set. For the record, the Coconut Vanilla has lasted for a very long time. I've put it in my travel case, and will use the Vanilla Grapefruit everyday at home. Neither go on sticky. Both have a great scent. Neither clash with any fragrances I might have on, when I'm using some other fragrance. I've been exceptionally pleased with both. The set includes a full size deodorant which retails for $18.
The Fragrance is one ounce and is full-sized. Just applying it makes me happy. It's such an uplifting feel-good scent. I love how the notes of grapefruit and vanilla, coupled with the other citrus smell so awesome. It's not heavy and not offensive, and never a fragrance that would annoy others because it smells delightful. It doesn't cling. Some many people have asked what I've had on, when I've used it. One ounce of this fragrance retails for $39. It's travel-friendly and meets current TSA regulations for carry-on liquids although I prefer to travel with my Rollerballs..
I'm really pleased with Lavanila's Vanilla Grapefruit Body Butter. It's rich and smells so good. The grapefruit smells slightly more prominent to me in the Body Butter than it does in the Fragrance, although it's easy to smell the vanilla and the touch of lime and the orange. It smells great. It's great to layer under the (liquid) fragrance. It's rich and hydrating. The neat thing is that the Body Butter is filled with lots of things that are good for our skin, including 30 minerals and vitamins to help keep skin in great condition. It's much better than body butters which cost quite a bit more. The travel size is included in this set, and retails for $10.
I'm so pleased with this set. The three products are excellent. This grapefruit scented fragrance coupled with vanilla is the perfect way to start my day.

Quick Take: good value, great scent
I've wanted to try the deodorant for quite some time so when I saw this kit I pounced. I already know I like the perfume and body butter, so buying this kit is like getting the deodorant for free. Truth be told I wish there was a Vanilla Coconut set because that's my favorite of the perfumes but Vanilla Grapefruit is a close second.
I love the perfume, but it is a very sweet, food-like scent so it's not for everyone. It does need to be re-applied mid-day because it fades rather quickly (probably due to the lack of chemical preservatives) . I also recommend protecting the bottle from temperature fluctuations and bright light, because the scent will change in the bottle.
The body butter is great, particularly on those rough areas like ankles, knees and elbows.
Now the deodorant- I LOVE it, but I can only wear it in cooler weather. It's just not strong enough for me during summer weather. If I worked in an office or somewhere climate controlled it would be perfect year round, because I think it's more effective, longer lasting and smells better than the typical natural deodorant. It is not an antiperspirant but I never expected a natural product to be. Where I work is VERY hot and humid in the summer and I haven't found ANY natural deo that could keep me comfortable all day in the summer. I always revert back to my naughty, chemical-filled deo in the summer, but LaVanila made it the longest. I can't wait for the fall so I can start wearing the deo again.

I have no idea how anyone can say this smells cheap. All the products I have tried smell amazing and natural. If you are looking for a chemical smell however, you will be disappointed, perhaps that was the case below. Deodorant is amazing, and actually works! :)

I like the concept behind the brand. Theoretically, having an all natural line is very appealing to so many people, but for me the vanilla grapefruit set was less than stellar. The underarm deodorant is OK (does not prevent perspiration but does not contain aluminum or parabens), the fragrance smells cheap and the lotion smells downright offensive! The lotion smells like something a ten year old girl concocted. This could be a case of personal preference but I seriously could not imagine anyone loving the "cheapness" of these scents!!
Get the deodorant if you must, but $18 is a bit overpriced when you can get a natural deodorant in any health food store for $4.

All I can say is YUMMMMM!!! This is THE best stuff in the world....Super rich moisturizing body butter and the Vanilla-grapefruit fragrance is Super Yummy....Everyone loves it!

I love this aroma, so I bought the kit. The deodorant is useless, and does nothing for my will-become-smelly-during-the-day-pits.
The perfume and body butter are AWESOME though. The smell stays with me all day and really works well with my body chemistry.

Another lovely scent from Lavanilla. My favorites are Pure Vanilla, Vanilla Blossom and Passion Fruit, but the Grapefruit offers something a little spicier, it's different and I like it! The deoderant is awesome!

Quick Take: travel-friendly
I'm allergic to a lot of fragrances and was excited to find that these products don't send me achoo-ing! Since it's mostly natural, I don't feel bad about absorbing any of the "bad" stuff, either. The scent is lovely and this trio is great for layering and trying all three products at the same time. The deodorant isn't an antiperspirant, but I'm ok with that. The body butter is thick and a little goes a long way. The perfume seems to last only a few hours and I find myself spritzing during the day. Overall a wonderful combo and worth a try!!

Quick Take: good value, smells wonderful, healthy ingredients
I introduced myself to the Lavanila line by buying myself this set. I am switching everything over to natural products now that I have become more aware of what chemicals and toxins are put into our everyday beauty products and we are putting that on our skin for our bodies to absorb and try to fight those chemicals. So I gave all my perfumes away and am now using Lavanila. This fragrance smells so good! It is refreshing with the nice clean scent of grapefruit, but also has a nice "sweet" smell to it due to the natural vanilla in it. The body butter is so thick and rich, a little goes a long way...this small tube will last me for about 3+ months. It is also very moisturizing. The deodorant has also been working well for me. I no longer use my store bought deodorant that has chemicals and aluminum in it. This deodorant does smell more like grapefruit though, I don't really smell any vanilla in it. When I do alot of activity, I do have to reapply it, it doesn't last as long as my old deodorant...but it's worth it. I would much rather use something that I put on more frequently than put chemicals on my body. Great set, great value, wonderful scent! Highly recommended! :)
