Quick Take: natural looking, shimmery, for fair skin
While it's not the same color as the sun disk I bought a couple of years ago, this new sun disk shade looks to be right for my fair skin tone - not too orange, not too dark. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm looking forward to it. Also, the fragrance is toned down considerably. I'm not sensitive to it, but it seemed to have been a concern for many buyers...Sephora's definitely reading their comments!

This did not work out for me at all. But I'll give the pros and cons.
PROS: This "compact" is big! Which means a lot of product and a large mirror. I have dropped it a few times, once on a hard surface, and it has not broken.
CONS: The color did not work at all for me. I have light neutral skin but this looked splotchy and ruddy. It made my face look dirty even thuogh I applied it well and didn't use very much at all. It does not blend well. Again, this compact is big! Its a bit awkward to open and handle and would take up a lot of space in my my large bag if I chose to carry it around. I have had it for about a week and a half and used it maybe three times and the mirror is already loose.

My coworker actually asked me where did I go because I looked like I got some sun. She was so surprised that I told her it was the bronzer. It is soft with great color. My new favorite!

Quick Take: natural looking, luminous glow
I love this bronzer. Last year a bought another disk that was much more blendable. it could be used as both blush and bronzer. i was very dissapointed when i found out they had discontinued it. I chose this one in its place and tried it the next day. i was nervous about the shimmer, but it isnt very noticeable. it gives a subtle glow to your skin and the shade is very natural. If i didnt go tanning i probably still would have purchased this chade since it is very buildable and goes on lightly. very happy with my purchase.

Quality & Value: glamour + a slight glimmer

This bronzer is luxe! Enough product used modestly/correctly 2 get through many a.m./p.m. outings. For those who do not tolerate luminosity (shimmer, glimmer or light diffusing blends) this bronzer may put u off. i am 50+ yrs. & i dont need to use a primer (just a hydrating mild ph moisturizer with an ultra sheer neutral tinte - (NO silicone additives)). A decent air brush (the Ambient Lighting airbrush by Hourglass is unbeatable for uniform distribution & blending of most any facial cosmetic foundation powder/bronzer). This product blends very smoothly & color deposit of light diffusing pigments is sheer if u apply correctly. More than a light dusting of this bronzer need b applied for daytime wear. It is heavy-handedness with product application that can spoil "the sheer fine polished look" (commonly referred to as "the glow from within"). Simply radiant & glamorous from a.m. - p.m if u use a setting powder (i do not, unless i expect 2 incur drying conditions/arid heat - then i use a superfine mist of distilled water over my face to give silk HD finish to setting powder) . MOST certainly a worthwhile purchase due 2 the quality & the quantity offered. NOT ORANGE & your skin doesnt have a "dirty" cast to it after applying (note: use a light hand, just a very slight amount of product on brush, tap excess out of brush, blend evenly starting at forehead/temples, VERY lightly buff rest of face to evenly distribute the color. Don't mash the brush down on the skin. Light sweeping/blending motion over entire face. Give 2-3 minutes for bronzer to set. Add & repeat these steps ONLY if desired color intensity is lacking.

I love this bronzer! I think the price is lower than what it is worth. The size is convenient, but a product that I keep at home, It's not travel-size friendly. It has a beautiful gold shimmer and a great scent! Lasts a long time and goes on nicely!

I have fair complexion, and I have been looking for a bronzer that highlights my cheekbones without looking like I rubbed dirt on my face... this is the PERFECT solution. The bronzer looks natural, and I love it. It has enough color to highlight my face in the most flattering manner. I recommend this to all my friends.

Quick Take: very nice color not too much shimmer, you just look glowing sun kissed for less money
First got this bronzer in a summer palette and it was my go to item for contouring, bronzing, a natural looking alternative to some others I have tried. You get so much product for the $ you will be glad you bought this.

Quick Take: bargain, great for pale skin
I got this in Aruba.
It looks dark in the pan but goes on shear and is very build able! It isn't orange at all, a problem I normally have with other bronzers. I use it primarily for contouring but do also use it during the summer as light bronzer since my face tends to stay a shade or 2 lighter than the rest of me.
This does have a bit of shimmer in it but not enough to make your face look glittery. it more contributes to your "glow".
The product is very talcy, this is why I only put 4 stars. I know that talc can cause problems for people with sensitive skin and clog pores. I personally haven't had any of these problems with the product. Because it is talc based, heavy application will leave you looking powdery. I tend to apply this light-medium, buffing with a big kabuki brush into my regular face powder seams to do the trick.

Quick Take: natural looking
Great color, nice bronzer, but... I tried argan oil as a moisturizer a couple months ago, and it broke me out terribly ( I don't usually get much acne). This did the same. On the back it says it has argan oil in it. Wish I had seen that before buying it.

I bought this 2 summers ago when I had a nice tan. It worked great and for the money you certainly get a lot.
Now it has been sitting on my makeup table because last summer, I stayed pale.
If you love shimmery bronzer and use it everyday, this is the product to get.

Love this bronzer especially for the price and how much product it contains. The packaging is huge but it's well worth it! It looks really shimmery but when you apply it with a light hand it looks very natural looking, but you can always definitely built it up i also recommend using a stippling brush for a sheer look! If your a bronzer lover you would love this!!

I am on the fair side, and this color is perfect for me. I've read many of the other comments regarding the shimmer. While the compact looks shimmery, my experience is that it does not look shimmery on the skin, but that's just how it works for me. Love it, and it will last for a long time!

Love this Bronzer!
I have tried many from drugstores to the most expensive and I can't get enough of this Bronzer.
The best part is its streak free and buildable. Great if you want to go for a natural warm look or tan. I use it because I tan in the summer so I use it as a powder over my foundation to match my overall skin color and highlight more on forehead and cheekbones and nose area. Also great to highlight you're cleavage.
Also, not too shimmery like most and great glow! Worth
every penny, and you will love it too!

Quick Take: even great color smooth natural
I love this bronze. It gives me a beautiful color and I just brush it on over a tinted moisturizer and Concealer and everyone comments on my complexion. And I like that it is so big! I use a big brush and it is never patchy or uneven. I have used a lot of different bronzers during the summer and this is my go-to..Bravo!

Quick Take: way too shimmery
Me and my sister used the original sun disk for years and were obsessed, then they introduced a new shimmer version and discontinued the old one.. needless to say we don't buy it anymore. Nothing compared to the original, it was our all time favorite!!
