I got this brush a few weeks ago, as I was walking through sephora looking for a new bronzer brush. I was in a hurry and I saw this brush, saw that it was portable and a bronzer brush, so I purchased it then left. I love how compact it is. I travel a lot, and this has a nice durable case. However, when I used this with the NARS Laguna bronzer, it barely picked up any product and just grated my pressed powder. I was super disappointed. A few days later I tried using this to blend a liquid foundation, and it worked perfectly. It was very inappropriately named. If you are looking for a brush for powder, try their retractable kabuki brush instead of this "bronze"-buki.

I wanted a brush that didn't shed. found it in this brush.didnt want to spend this much on a brush,but its worth as others I have bought shed after a couple of uses. you get what you pay for.

PERFECT FOR BRONZER, VERY SUBTLE

Quick Take: soft bristles, subtle
This is the perfect brush for bronzer. It has very soft, non-shedding hairs which do not irritate my skin like a lot of other brushes. The hairs are different lengths so it applies the bronzer evenly along the contours of your cheeks, chin, forehead. It doesn't pick up a ton of color so you can layer easily and go darker or just do a dusting to look sun-kissed. I've had it for about a month and it seems to stay very clean/ doesn't have a lot of build up.

It is so cute! I thought it would be a great idea to have a brush with a lid, to avoid dust/germs.
Turns out the brush is too soft and is more like a stipple brush. I used it on my cheeks and it gave a harsh/dramatic look.

i can't believe how much you can do with this brush. You can literally use it to blend your face make-up then your compact powder and then apply the bronzer and blush without cleaning it off. Unbelievable!!

I love retractable brushes. A lot. And this one is great. IToo Faced brushes are always great. The two different textures and thcknesses are what throw me off a little, but I think that's what makes it work so well. It's the difference between this and BE's flawless radiance brush, which I hate and gave only 1 star.The thicker bristles gather more product so the thinner brown bristles at the tip can spread of the perfect amount of bronzer.

IN FACT, CAN BE USED AS A STIPPLING/BUFFING FOUNDATION BRUSH FOR POWDER/LIQUID FOUNDATION/BLUSH. ESPECIALLY EXCELLENT FOR ANY POWDER MAKEUP. PRACTICAL AND BEAUTIFUL PACKAGING. EXCELLENT QUALITY. ONLY BRUSH I'VE EVER USED THAT IS AS SOFT AS YOU KNOW WHAT AND ACTUALLY DOES NOT SHED EVER !!!

I wasn't sure if I'd like this brush or not. It IS teddy bear hair and is soft but it's different than the other brushes by TF. This brush doesn't feel as soft because it isn't as dense as the others. However, that's that whole point of this bronzer brush. I like the look that I can achieve with this brush. I have a heavy hand with bronzer and I found with a loose powder bronzer I would pick up WAY too much product with the powder pouf brush by TF. This brush picks up a tiny bit of bronzer so that I don't look ridiculous. If you tend to overuse your bronzer then buy this. If not, it might not be a brush you want to invest in. The only bad thing about it is I feel like I have to build product slowly and that takes more time AND more product. Yet, I'd rather take my time and not look horrible. Educate yourself about this brush and decide if it's worth your money or not.

I bought this on accident thinking that it was the kabuki brush, but after I found out, I decided to keep it. The design is really cute and I love how portable it is, but the brush itself wasn't really good. It didn't pick up or blend my bronzer well.

Quick Take: soft bristles
This is a great brush! It was my first buki brush and I'm very impressed. Since I was needing a new brush anyway, I decided to go ahead and try it to use with the Bronzed and the Beautiful package I got the same day. Works great and the bristles are super soft! I haven't had any problems so far with shedding either. Plus, as with the other Too Faced products I've bought, the packaging is super cute! Great all around! Definitely recommend it!

Picked it up on a whim on my last run through Sephora. I'd been using one of their other 'bukis for a long time and was happy with it, but this one just struck me as being worth snapping up. And it is a wonderful brush. I wonder if some of the previous posters got bad batches as mine is soft and hasn't shed a bit. I use it primarily for applying Bare Minerals powder and it is fantastic for that purpose. Portable, cute, soft. It's a must have for me.

Quick Take: retractable, fun packaging
I was looking for the perfect brush to apply bronzer. Previous ones have been either too stiff and/or didn't hold the product well. The brush by "Two Faced" is the ideal stiffness and retracts perfectly into its compartment. My favorite Kabuki out there....and I've tried many.
