Quick Take: volumizing, lengthening, bad brush
I got this full size in the sephora favorites from last winter and finally got around to using it since there were so many in the box! Anyways, I like the formula of this, no flakes, good volume, etc. BUT why is this brush so big. It has no advantages that I see, just makes it harder to apply. I end up not being able to get all the way in the outside corner lashes or poking myself with the brush.

i originally got this as a sample and didn't try it out until i had run out of the mascara i had been using, which I really liked (Tarte Amazonian Clay Mascara). The second i used it i knew i had found the perfect mascara for me. I was a little scared about the very full brush at first (i prefer smaller brushes for my lower lashes) but to my surprise this worked wonderfully. It goes on smoothly, and the brush stays clean with no clumps forming after repeated use. great product!!

Wow! I got a a sample of this mascara an I could not believe how perfect it was. Length and volume in one coat and it does not flake or clump. I really love this product.

If you want to overpay for a mascara...

...that you can get at any drugstore that will do absolutely nothing other than tint your lashes, this is your perfect choice! I have very light colored medium length lashes and generally look for mascara that will build them up, make them look fuller, and longer. This did none of that. What's more, whatever length it did add, would only last for a few minutes after which the tips of my lashes would look like wilted flowers. Could not stand to even finish it.

I purchased this mascara based on a recommendation from the store associate. I was looking for something that would thicken and lengthen my lashes. I purchased this product and used it for approximately 2 weeks. It made my eyes water quite a bit, so I stopped using it. It did a nice job of lengthening, but was only so-so on the thickening part. I will not be purchasing it again because it made my eyes water so much.

I have naturally dark eyelashes that are pretty thick and above average in length. When I use this mascara, my eyelashes curve up beautifully (without a lash curler) and it makes my eye makeup look a lot better. The formula does not clump and looks much more natural than others.

I am a sephora addict and I have tried several different brands of mascara. This is by far my favorite! Stays on all day, doesn't smudge, also doesn't clump and harden your lashes. I have really sensitive lashes and I love that the applicator and brush are very gentle. So worth it and great price!

I've used a lot of different mascaras including Dior, and this is the best. It gives great volume, applies easy, lasts all day, and is easy to remove (unlike a lot of the other mascaras). I wont try another mascara.

Good Buildable, No Smudging!

I decided to try this one after using my favorite Fresh mascara for a while. This one does not smudge like the Fresh one! I have to use a few more coats, and it is a tiny bit flakey but not having smudge marks is very much worth it! It comes off easily with water, and looks beautiful. It also lengthens better than my last mascara.

I am such an eyelash junkie. My perfect mascara is one that curls well, lasts all day, thickens my lashes and is uber dark. Yay for Smashbox Full Exposure Mascara!
The brush is full with soft bristles which I prefer over the brushes that seem to be made with small plastic teeth (like Urban Decay's Big Fatty)
Problems I've had with unsatisfactory mascara have been: flaking, clumping i.e. spider legs, and ones that break my lashes as a result of being diffcult to remove!
This mascara gives me zero of those problems, It comes off so gently and easily, and also allows me to layer and layer as much as my reapplying heart desires and still gives a perfect result! My lashes are separated and coated to perfection. Love love <3

Love this stuff. Beats anything else I've had and I've tried them all. I wear contacts and it makes my lashes look much longer than they are, goes on very well, not globby or thin. Just right.

Quick Take: defining
Okay, So I have extremely thin and short lashes they are also a grey color i have tried so many mascara's and really didn't like any of them. I actually got this as a gift for Christmas and i fell in love with it! it doesn't make my eye lashes clumpy it makes them super black and extremely natural it does give me some length but not a whole lot which i don't mind because they can only get so much "longer" but i would recommend this to anyone who likes a natural look!
