Quick Take: blends easily, highly pigmented, crease resistant
I've been looking for an eye shadow like this for a while, a little shimmery with refined glitters, this is it! It's not like urban decay shadow that carries chunky glitters all over your face, especially looks gorgeous at night! Love it!

I got this in a sample bag at a VIB event...been my go to eye shadow since then. I never would have tried it due to the sparkle but when I applied it I was stunned! Just soft shadowing...a hint of sparkle. Love it! Try it!

I use this as a light. I put it on, in the shape of a "C," over my cheekbone up towards the temple. I brightens up my face. I've gotten great compliments on my application of my makeup...but the only difference is the use of this eye color ( and my Nars "Manhunt" lipstick!!)

I love Laura Mercier products but this is the first eye shadow I've tried and was NOT disappointed. This is a fabulous, saturated color that is versatile for any time of the day depending on how you use it. It also works with just about any color palatte and will until you take it off. Brava!!!

I own this in 3 shades but I LOVE the black karat....it is the best, classiest gold shimmer I've ever seen, and I'm a makeup addict, so I've seen lots!

Quick Take: gorgeous color, can use dry or for more impact wet, great as eyeliner, makes your eyes pop, little goes a long way
When I get dressed up this is my No.1 go to shadow. You can use it wet or dry. This picks up flecks of gold in my green eyes. I give it 5 Stars for the color but I'd like to ask Laura Mercier to make more durable containers.. My first container of this broke and I had to hold the top on with a rubber band. But I love the color so much I get a second after I'd used up the first. Hopefully this top won't break but there's always rubber bands! But that shdn't happen with high end product.

Quick Take: highly pigmented, use foam applicator that doesn't come with it, use angled eye makeup brush on lower lid
I reviewed this eye colour as being difficult to apply, I now take that back. I tried applying it with the regular foam patting implement that normally comes with eye makeup and it works, you just pat it on around the upper eye lid. Then, you take the curved eye makeup brush and draw a nice thin line underneath the lashes of the lower lid, and make it go up kitty style. Easy to take off with the Clinique eye makeup remover. I now want to try the violet/indigo colour.

I bought the Sephora Professionnel Angled Liner brush to use with Laura Mercier Baked Eye Color - Wet/Dry, Lagoon; first disappointment, the color Lagoon, thought it looked much bluer than green online, but it is greenish, second, it did not brush on evenly with a dry brush, third, it did not brush on evenly with a wet brush. It laid on choppy, could not make a smooth line. I will send it back and see what else I can find.

i bought this over the holidays, and have worn it all through, and since... while it can be worn full-on GLAMOROUS, it also can be worn sheer and subtle. i've worn it with my nakeds, and it is amazing! i also love that it's got gold, not silver, as the metallic, since that complements my skin tones better. this has been living in my go-to makeup bag, and has been on my eyes almost every day! who says only kids can have fun with their makeup?!

I did not try to return this, as I did not have the receipt. Now I realize the product is listed in my purchases in my Beauty Insider account. Too bad I tossed it out! I bought Ballerina Pink, I loved the color. When I opened the container it broke into messy little pieces. The product got everywhere. I did use the product anyway, it looked nice. However, just the one time!

This is my second time purchasing this eyeshadow. My first one ran out, and I cannot live without it. This color is amazing. Perfect touch of sparkle. Sometimes I layer it over other colors, other times I use just it. I hope they never stop making this color, because if so, it would be a sad day indeed. The only con is that during dry application, the sparkles can end up on your cheeks.

Quick Take: amazing!
I am absolutely in LOVE with this eye shadow. The color is perfect for an every day look with a little glam and lasts all day. Will definitely have to buy more of the Wet/Dry baked shadow.
