This stuff really shows a visible difference within days. It smooths, tightens and reduces pores. It is pretty pricey but worth every penny. I use during the day after cleansing and I really see a difference unlike many "anti-aging" products. Keep in mind this is a cosmetic improvement. It does not have enough retenoid ingredients to fix damage but it absolutely improves appearance. I find that moisturizer is needed after application for best hydration.

My "must have" skincare item!

This product lives up to its claims. You will see a difference in days not weeks. It truly does firm up my skin and also prevents breakouts. Sadly, even at my age I still have those. Additionally, my skin is dry and this product doesn't exacerbate the dryness. I hope I can always afford this item!

This product gave me quick results for firmer, renewed skin. You will get a gentle peeling which I don't mind since I know it's working. Not cheap but the benefits are real and visible quickly.

I love this product. I have repurchased this skin treatment four times now. I cannot live without this. Within minutes of applying, you can see the firmness. It totally transforms your skin. Effective for acne

I bought this to help with my fine lines around my eyes and forehead - my wedding is in 6 months and I want glowing skin! Only been using it for 2 weeks, so I can't comment on the wrinkle effects yet (so far nothing), but it has completely cleared the hormonal acne on my chin and neck. Amazing! Also, leaves my skin glowing. I have senstive skin, but I can use this every night with no redness or side effects. A little goes a long way!

I've used this now for many months and re-purchased. Very happy with the results. I sometimes give it a rest as I feel like if your skin gets too used to,products the effects suffer.

Took a risk and...wow!

I'm 36 years old and the smile "brackets" around my mouth are starting to deepen and become more definite. I've been using this for about a week with GREAT results. The line on the left side of my mouth is deeper as my smile is "charmingly lopsided" on the left. After a week, the line on the right side of my mouth is all but gone and the one on the left looks like it did ten years ago. Also, I've spent my adult life running outside in sunny weather which means a lot of squinting, and as a consequence, the lines in the corners of my eyes are more pronounced than I want them to be. I started using anti-aging products in the eye area when I was around 20, so it's not as bad as it could have been. I decided to take a risk and try this product around my eye area-WOW! Amazing effects-after a couple of days of using it nightly around my eyes the lines have rolled back to what they were in my early 20s. Now, I've never really had much sensitivity there, and would most emphatically NOT RECOMMEND trying this if you have sensitive skin, especially if that area is affected more than the rest of your face. Again, DO NOT TRY THIS if your skin is delicate and/or sensitive. But "thick skinned" gals like me might want to give it a try. I'm really glad I did!

Different point of view

I've been using this product for 3 months. I'm a skin care fanatic and use high-end products regularly so my skin was in pretty good condition to begin with (considering my age - I'm 58). I had hoped this would eliminate or diminish a small vertical line running from the edge of my lower lip to my chin (marionette line) and give some firmness or lift to my jaw line. I saw no results with this serum, not even smoothing that other reviews referred to. I don't like giving negative reviews but we do need to be aware that not all products produce the same results for all people. This may be formulated to work on a different kind of skin, or in conjunction with other Murad products.

Quick Take: not able to use
I recently tried this product. Within about 10 seconds the areas where I had applied product were turning extremely red and burning. I tried washing it off but it did not help. Fortunately, I had not applied it to all areas of my face. My face had splotches resembling a "bad" sunburn and continued to burn for about 15 minutes. I have never had a reaction to any products....and have tried many. Will definitely be more cautious now.

Quick Take: effective, expensive
I am on my second bottle of this product. Several weeks ago I began using it with Dior's Capture Total One and the difference in the effectiveness of this product was really noticeable. My complexion is brighter, looks more even and the furrows between my eyes and the smile lines are noticeably diminished. I am a bit of a skincare gadflybut this is one of,the products I am faithful to. Minus one star for the cost and the air pump that gives no warning that you are out (open it up because there is at least 3 days of product inside the bottle).

I got a sample of this and loved it - the full-size was a great purchase for me. This, along with my Clarisonic Mia 2 have done wonders for my skin. I'm 43 and my skin is brighter with fewer lines and less breakouts. I use it after cleaning, before a good moisturizer.I will keep using this forever!

I got this (along with the superb eye reform cream) as a Sephora gift, and I liked it enough to purhcase the full size. I've been using for about a month, which isn't long enough to judge long-term benefits. However, the product is not at all irritating and it seems to help plump up fine lines to the point where they're not visible (a temporary effect, though a welcome one). The only negative is that it leaves my skin somewhat tacky, which isn't a problem since I only use this at night. Overall, though, my skin looks plumper and acts younger since I've been using this, which is more than I can say for other serums out there.

Received it as a free sample. At the end of the week, I ordered more. $60+ is pricey, that's for sure, but the only thing I've ever bought that helps. The dark spots are fading, skin is smoother and my pores are smaller. I put it on my face right after my morning shower and after washing my face at night. Doesn't burn, like other products with "glycol" in title. Firmer skin? No. Better looking skin? YES :)

I was considering juvaderm until this product! Honestly I am so shocked how well it's improved the fine parenthesis lines around my mouth I was starting to see. In addition it's helped improved my acne and skin tone in general. I received a pretty good sized sample and once that was done, went and bought a full sized bottle. It's a bit pricey, but worth it. And you don't need much per application. Some people are using it once a day, I'm applying it both morning and night after toning.
