Best self tanner EVER
-04.28.13
I've tried them all. This one is the winner because of the application mitt, because of the nice vanilla smell, and because of the instant, gorgeous, non-orange color. If anyone has a problem with color transfer with this product, I recommend you don't use any moisturizer before applying. Also, the mitt doesn't need to be washed after every application. I only wash it once in awhile, and it works just fine.

Best sunless tanner ever!
-04.18.13
Quick Take: gradual, long lasting
Ive used every sunless tanner out there and this is by far the best. The color is a nice natural looking bronze.. Looks like I went to jamiaca. The smell is great!! Never thought I would day that about a sunless tanner

Excellent tanner...not so excellent smell
-04.17.13
First, I have to say that this is the best self tanner I've ever used. It goes on evenly, no streaking, and the color is totally natural. My only issue is the smell - It reminds me of cupcakes, which in itself isn't bad. But it's a strong cupcake smell, and if you're sensitive to strong smells you may find it to be a bit much.

I've used like every high end self tanner and I love this one! I do think its more of a self tanner and less of a "gradual" sort of thing. The formula is so smooth and smells like cupcakes and this mitt is softer and of better quality than the st tropez mitt. **this does transfer to your clothes/sheets** that's the only negative. But, the color is beautiful.

Self bronzing lotion
-03.21.13
I used this self bronzing lotion before my wedding. I was married at the end of October so my summer tan faded and I didn't want to go to a tanning bed. This lotion gave me a very subtle and natural tan and helped to hide any tan lines I had. I loved that it didn't smell funky like so many of the lotions I had tried from drugstores. The mitt made it so easy to apply evenly. I wish it wasn't so expensive or I would want to use it all the time!

dries too quickly
-03.03.13
Quick Take: streaky.
I've tried a bunch of different fake tanning lotions, and this is the most awful one ive ever tried. it dries too quickly for me to be able to spread the bronzer out evenly, so it comes out streaky. this bronzer is proof that expensive is NOT always better. also doesnt give me very much color, i prefer banana boat.. a fraction of the price and much better results.

Self Tanner
-10.17.12
Quick Take: easy to use
Goes on smooth and doesn't leave streaks. Only down side is that you have to use it every couple of days as it washes off easily in the shower

Quick Take: dries quick, smells great
It smells great. Dries quickly. Goes on evenly. I love the fact it doesn't have parabens since that is fairly hard to find, however, when I use it, I rarely see a change in skin tone. It seems most of the people it worked great for a pale, doesn't seem to work quite as well for medium skin.

It's okay...
-10.02.12
Quick Take: shimmery, transferrable, smells nice
I bought it because of the reviews I read online.. I tried it.. the smell is good.. the color.. though you have to really rub hard and really.. really blend the color into your skin with the mitt, but its hard to get a full coverage...it dries really QUICK! I did find that it also transferred to my clothes.. so you have to really make sure you're completely dried before getting dressed.. and unless you have lots of time to get ready.. this isn't always possible.. there is a glitter finish.. which I wasn't totally crazy about.. and if you got water on your skin well before it had a chance to dry well.. it would transfer off.. which I didn't like..however.. if I had a special event.. and I needed the coverage on my legs just to give a nice subtle color.. I would totally recommend using this product.. but if you're looking for long lasting color and coverage.. I wouldn't pick this.. for the price of the product.. its expensive.. I have had better luck going to a tanning salon and paying $30 for a spray tan that lasted me almost a month... its a hit or miss..it may be a great product for some.. but for me it was okay... not great!

Be Careful!
-10.01.12
I used this product for about a week prior to taking my bridal portraits. The day of I applied before work that morning (6am). My pictures were at 630pm. I live in Houston, it's hot and humid here. I sweated slightly, and it rubbed off all on my dress. I took it to have it professionally cleaned but they were not able to get it out. Needless to say if I could give this product a negative rating i would. Not happy at all!!!!!

-09.09.12
This is the best self-tanner I've ever used!! I've tried them all and I thought I found "the one" with st tropez even though it's a bit patchy. This one smells amazing, leaves skin silky soft, and gives a streaky/patchy free colour LOVE LOVE LOVEEE IT!

LOVE this
-09.09.12
Quick Take: gradual
This is by far the best self tanner I've tried. Easy to apply, no streaking, and smells great. As long as you use it every 1- 2 days the color doesn't fade. The only time it rubbed off onto my clothes was when I didn't give it time to dry, and it washed out easily. It's not cheap at $34, but will still save me $ because I'm canceling my tanning salon membership.

Quick Take: instant satisfaction
I am newer to tanners and being pregnant was skeptical of most. The bad smell has always turned me off but I really wanted some color that was safe for me and my baby. This fit that bill, smells great, and gave instant color. I used the mitt which gave great blendability and coverage. It dried quickly and didn't rub off on my clothing. I wonder if the people who said it did put alot on with each coat. I'm very fair, and the color is natural and considerably darker than my normal skin tone. Looks like I spent a week on vacation which is great, since I can build the color more and more, but it's not so light each time that I have to apply many coats to get results. I rinsed the mitt after I used it so it's good to go for next time. Was so easy to use, touch ups will be a breeze. Takes about the same amount of time it would to apply moisturizer and I dressed right away. Even if this wasn't a gradual tanner I'd still use it. Great for instant bronzing!

Must have for instant bronze!!
-08.04.12
Quick Take: creamy, fast absorbing
Let me start by saying that I was initially dissapointed that this product was not as shiny and glittery as the original Tantalizer... but after a few applications I quickly fell in love!! It absorbs faster than the original Tantalizer and creates a really natural instant glow...with the benefits of a gradual self tanner. I also blend it with my mineral sunscreens to create an instant - non white - bronze for the beach!

Amazing
-08.04.12
I actually had gone into Sephora to buy a self-tanner from the Clarins line, since I had heard such wonderful things about it-- including how there was a pleasant smell. I have no idea what those people find "pleasant," but when I smelled the Clarins stuff, my friend and I agreed it smelled like spoiled milk. Long story short, after smelling all the self tanner options in the store, I landed on this one and I'm so glad. It doesn't rub off, dries quickly, and actually smells wonderful! It has a bronzer that lasts all day for instant color. The color takes a while to deepen, but because of the products expense I only apply it 2-3 times a week, so I bet the color would deepen better if I applied it every day.

Awesome tanner with a few flaws
-08.03.12
This tanner along with the applicator mitt work fantastically well together to give an immediate glow. I am normally quite pale, so over the summer it's nice to at least have a little color. I love that this gives an immediate glow, although the gradual self-tanner part isn't quite as noticeable as I had hoped.
The scent of this tanner is nice at first, but I have noticed that it changes a bit as the day goes on and it doesn't smell quite as nice. I also noticed, because I have white sheets, that some of the tanner can rub off on the sheets at night! However I didn't have any issues with it rubbing off on clothing during the day. You might need to be careful with white clothing on days where you might sweat a bit, though.
Overall, I am very happy with this product for the beautiful, natural looking glow it delivers but there are a few things that keep it from being perfect.
