I absolutely love this lipstick!! Creamy & rich and surprisingly long lasting, since its not a long lasting.. Love it, definitely going to buy again & more, they have very nice colors..

I'm not a "red" lipstick girl. But I can rock this color when feeling sazzy. Perfect with less makeup. Good color for all skin types. I def like the matte in a red.

Quick Take: moisturizing
The coverage on this sheer lipstick is beautiful for the rich dark berry color. It gives lips a beautiful moisturized appearance with enough sheer color to be attactractive without being too "lipsticky" looking. I work with a lot of younger men who do not like the look of lipstick on women even though they're not aware most women wear it. So-it is great for work, casual and natural look. It needs to be reapplied every 2-3 hours, but I do that with most lipsticks. I love this. I have two now. Nars never disappoints!

Really pretty lipstick, glides on nicely and good staying power. I went a little bright with the shade - Heat Wave, but I will definitely go back to this line again.

I always love NARS products, it has lots of selections and it's moisturizing. This is my first lipstick from them, the color is great, however, it didn't last long enough. I need to reapply it every other hour or so.

Quick Take: creamy, not long lasting
I find these lipsticks far too creamy and light, with colours like this, I prefer strong pigment and staying power- and I feel these lipsticks are lacking in pigment and staying power.
Also, after maybe 15 minutes of having it on, the colour just creases and look patchy. Wouldn't buy this again, I prefer to stick to the Matte collection of lipsticks from NARS.

very smooth lipstick, and long lasting. Make sure you exfoliate your lips before applying. wish the size was a bit bigger so that I wouldn't feel like I was getting ripped off for purchasing such a small lipstick :)

The lipstick is creamy, although not amazingly smooth. It applies well and is long wearing. Its texture looks and feels semi-matte. The colour is not as bright as in the picture, but looks good nonetheless.

I was looking for a rich dark berry lip color, so I purchased Scarlet Empress. The color came out a little more red than purple. Not the exact shade I was hoping for, but it played up well for a darker red, bold and sexy lip. Smooth application, didn't feel too waxy. Lasted most of the night without smudging, did fade slightly. But I ended up loving this anyway.

I purchased this lipstick in Heatwave after searching for the perfect matte, orangey-red lipstick for what seemed like forever. This was exactly the color I was shopping for. The consistency of the lipstick is perfect, and it's extremely pigmented, which I love. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the lipstick is a little bit drying. I typically exfoliate before using it, then apply a little bit of lip balm. Then, apply one layer of the lipstick, blot, and apply another light layer. It looks great with or without gloss, and can be worn anywhere from somewhat sheer to very bold. I love it! It's also incredibly long-wearing and doesn't need to be touched up much, even after eating/drinking. Overall a great purchase, and a staple in my makeup bag.

I bought "Red Lizard" after running out of my YSL Red Taboo. (my HG of three and a half years until it was discontinued...WAH!) Red Lizard has proved to look almost as lovely and I love the texture of NARS lipsticks, so I have been reaching for this product more and more. Unless someone comes out with a more blue-toned red like my beloved Red Taboo, this might be my new Holy Grail red lipstick.

OMG! the way i got it was awesome! my sister and I went shopping and we did our regular appearance to Sephora, i went straight to NARS since thats the brand i purchase from the most. I was looking at all the colours when I sales associate came up to me. Turns out she is a representative i told her that i was looking for a lipstick that wasnt to bold or to pale. so we started playing with all the colours and swatching them onto my skin. and we pulled out this one. it look awesome on my skin but it looked to dark for an everyday lipstick. She said lets just try it on and see. Obviously she knew it was the one cause it matches my lip colour so perfectly, that i think it was made exactly for me. I LOVE IT SOOOO MUCH lol its a great lipstick

Love the texture of NARS lipstick. I bought It in Niagra which is a beautiful coral pink perfect for summer. I have light/medium skin, brown hair and brown eyes and the color suits me well.

Its so Creamy and the color lasts me about 5/6 hours! Even though its sheer the color lasts long. I have this in MANHUNT and DOLCE VITA. I was scared that manhunt would be too red but I loved the finishing results. Dolce vita is more of like a color in for normal lip color, nothing too extreme compared to manhunt. I don't like the satin collection as it isn't creamy enough compared to the sheer collection. (It doesn't glide on as readily). Application of a little will last you a LONG way!
