Quick Take: easy, quick, no-mess
These strips are great when you don't want to deal with the mess of heating and applying wax or if you're in a hurry. Another reviewer suggested heating the strips with a hair dryer for a bit instead of warming them between your hands, so I did this on low setting for 15-20 seconds before applying and it worked just fine. I was also able to use each strip about 3 times each. The product is not perfect, I did have to go back over some areas to get hair that wasn't grabbed the first time, but the convenience alone made up for this for me.

Quick Take: horrible, useless, doesn't work
this is the first time i've ever waxed...but i'm pretty sure this isn't good quality at all.
1) i tried this on my legs. the wax was easily melted with my hands. just held it for like 30 sec and it seemed to melt. waxed my legs....took like 2 strands of hair out. AND left pink wax ALL over my legs. i thought this was something that happens when waxing...so i tried to remove it using the waxing strip over and over again......long and behold....it made it worse -_____-;;;
2) tried this on my underarms. FAIL. again...plugged out like 2 hairs and left all this wax all over my underarms. sigh.
overall, if you use the wax for one specific strand of hair...maybe it'll work...if it isn't course.
horrible. please don't buy. the idea of the product is good...but actual product is bad. going to return this junk to sephora asap.

Great when you're in a hurry

Quick Take: tidy, easy to use
I keep a few boxes of these around for when I don't have time to make a waxing appointment. You can do a good enough job on your legs and bikini. It's hard to get every hair, and they didn't work especially well on my underarms, but they are a life saver if you don't want to shave.

This product was useless. half of the strips were dried up when I received them, the ones that weren't didn't work. I tried them on my eyebrows and on my legs and neither came off. Half of the strip stayed stuck to my skin and that was a nightmare to wash off. Worst waxing strips I have ever tried

Tip for use

Quick Take: great!
I have used the Poetic Waxing line for years, and starting using the strips a couple of years ago. One thing that I have found that really helps is to warm up the strips with the heat of a blow dryer versus just using your hands. The hand warming really does not work. If you hold the strip down, and use the blow dryer on low for several seconds, the consistency is much better. I also cut my body strips in half to make them go further. I found it works better in tight areas.

I tried half of the box. I barely managed to remove any hair. I followed the directions exactly. I ripped, pulled my skin taught, but maybe I still wasn't doing it right- I would not recommend, still messy even though in strip form, did not work for me at all.

Of course its going to leave the sticky reside if you don't rip it off fast! You have to rip them off because that is how you wax when you wax you don't pull it off slowly like most people that reviewed this product did. This makes me angry because this great product is 3 stars only because people don't know how to wax. If you are cosidering this product I'd totally reccomend it and recccomend you use it correctly.

These are awesome! I lay the strip on a hand towel & then lay my hand on top and rub it back & forth causing friction, thus warming them up! Super easy to use & works great. Can be cut before you peel apart the strip so that you can use them only as needed! Been waxing for 28 years & this is as good as anything I've ever used!

I usually love Bliss products, but these wax strips were disappointing. No matter how much you rub them between your hands to warm them, they don't stick to the hair. Basically useless. I've tried other strips like this before that were much better.

I have these for the face as well and love them, so decided to try the body strips for my legs. Ok, maybe I'm bigfoot and don't know it, b/c I needed like 8 + of these strips to wax my legs. So you get 30-something per pack, so that would equal maybe 4 uses for me. When you first use the strip it does a fine job, but here's the problem, they don't remain sticky enough to use several times, so they end up being kind of useless. I got maybe 3 good pulls per strip. Plus, I had to do the same area near my ankle several times before any of the hair was removed. These are just not economical enough for me to continue using.

I used to go to the salon to have my upper arms waxed. It was a lengthy process and messy depending on who did it. I was told these wax body strips were really good so I thought I'd try them. All I can say is...WOW!!
They were easy to use, fast and mess free. I strongly suggest you give them a try!!!

Its very hard to heat up the product just using your hands, so most of the product would stick to my skin, and it wouldn't remove all hairs, very frustrating.

Anything but "poetic"!

I was looking forward to soft smooth legs and have never tried waxing before. I figured that this would be a good product to start with. The waxing strips were diffficult to warm up with your hands as directed. The product also failed to take the hair off of my legs, it took it off in patches.... Not the entire strip. Needless to say I will be bringing the remander of the strips back to the store.

Quick Take: amazing., fast, easy, loveable
I love bliss products soooo much, they work amazing. I usually heat up my bliss waxing strips with my straightener. I put the back of the waxing strip when I pull them off onto the plate and it heats perfectly fine and I let it cool off for a few seconds then apply! Some people may not think it's safe, but it works perfectly fine for me! ((I put my straightener on the lowest setting btw;)) Much love! Mwah! (:

Quick Take: a must have, gentle, easy to use, effective, worth the price
I am very particular about my bikini waxing. I only go to Bliss spa to get waxed. I tried so many places, so many other products and Bliss just works! These are GREAT for quick touch ups. If your like me, your hair doesn't grow back 100% uniform so these help me out when I can't get to Bliss. I could see these being good for girls who don't really have that much hair too. These are so easy to use, don't hurt and are effective. LOVE THEM! Just follow the simple directions, and wax! :)
I couldn't wait to review these, because they are so great! I will be bringing these with me on ANY beach vacations :)
