Great leave in conditioner

Quick Take: doesn't weigh hair down, rich, convenient, great for travel
I love this leave in conditioner! It's great for detangling hair and leaving it nice and shiny but not weighed down. I use it on my hair after a day on the boat or at the beach (super tangly hair) and I even use it on my daughter's hair when her no-tears tangle spray isn't strong enough. It's perfect for travel- packs easily and everyone can use it. Doesn't have much scent either, which is nice!

Quick Take: doesn't weigh hair down
It leaves your hair very soft and shiny without weighing it down. Now I just need something that helps with the humidity in Florida to keep my hair as straight as possible.

the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because you cannot really get a long term effects from using this product; however, after applying it does make your hair nice, soft and frizz free! I really love how it can take your hair from blah to smooth with just one application!

Due to my age, and repeated trips to the hairdresser's to cover my greys, my hair has been a mess. Dry, frizzy, etc...well, this cream really makes my hair feel 20 years younger, despite all the damage and age! Also, my hair is very fine, so I have to be careful as some products like this tend to make it limp and greasy. This absolutely does not do that - I love it!

I have been using the Phytocane and was hoping this leavein would give my hair the moisture it needs. Definitely a light weight conditioner, but just not moisturizing enough for my hair. Maybe the shampoo is too drying.

moisturizing for fine hair

Quick Take: good value, moisturizing, anti-frizz, softening
This is great for my fine, very curly hair. I use moisturizer in the shower, and then I also use a dime-sized amount (more than the pea-sized amount they recommend) and rub it through my hair from scalp to ends, focusing on the ends. I don't wash my hair every day, so the next day, I spritz my hair damp and add a bit more of this cream, and it revives my curls and makes my hair look fresh again.
I find that it has a slight relaxing effect on my curls, but if I want to tighten them up, there are other products to use after the hydrating cream. If I want to relax them more, I use the Phyto Botanical Hair Relaxing Balm after this cream soaks in.
My hair looks shinier and less frizzy when I use this on a regular basis. I'm on my second tube, and the tubes last me almost a year - totally worth the cost.
(Do not mistake this for the Phyto 9, which is for coarse hair.)

Quick Take: lightweight and fresh
I am a new fan of this cream. I have fine blond hair which I highlight and lowlight and the ends tend to appear a bit dry. This product is lightweight and a little goes a long way. I simply put a pea size amount between my palms and run over the top of my hair and on the end- Voila! Pretty looking - no flyways.
It has a subtle light scent & does not feel artificial. This may be kooky but when in a pinch I actually use it as a lip cream as well for hydration. I will use this again and also try more of Phyto's products thanks to my experience with this hair cream.

This is a very thick cream, but once applied to damp hair it is not heavy nor greasy. It helped detangle all my knots after shower. A little goes a long way. It made my hair smell wonderful. The scent lingered all day. My ends are very dry since I heat style my hair regularly, but with this cream, my ends became soft.

Quick Take: lightweight, moisturizing, pricey, non-greasy
The only reason why I'm not giving it five stars is the fact that I wish it were a bit bigger, especially if I'm paying over $20 for a product. Other than that, I LOVE this hair cream. My tips get dry very easily, and it's a great thing to put on during the day to get some extra moisturizer up in the follicles. It's lightweight, not greasy, not heavily (or at all?) scented, and creamy.

Barely a difference

Quick Take: smells good, light
First of all, this tube is really tiny, which you may not realize if you don't buy it in person. Supposedly you only use a pea-sized amount, but I have to use more like a walnut-sized amount to see any increase in softness, shine, or manageability. It smells pleasant (not floral or fruity, kind of like a tropical nut or something). I have fine hair so I thought the Phyto 7 would be more appropriate for me than the Phyto 9, but I guess I was wrong. I will try the heavier formulation, but I wouldn't repurchase this - it didn't really do anything for me.

so i have frizzy wavy hair. its super dry and very frizzy. to tell you how bad it is, i feel like i may need a relaxer treatment and ive never had one in my life.
ive also considered going completly bald to let it grow back (yes its a mess) and when i went to sephora a phyto sales rep was actually there and she made me think that we had the same type of hair. we totally talked for 10 minutes and she convicned me what i already knew, my hair was super dry and in need of moisture.
sadly, this did nothing but make my hair greasy and even more frizzy.
definately not for someone who needs moisture. definately not weightless and for 24 dollars, you barely get enough to last you if you really need it.

I tried a sample of this once and loved it enough to buy the full size. No, there isn't much of it, but you only use a small amount so it still lasts a long time! It adds a lot of softness and shine with a small amount of deffinition as well. This product will not give you defined ringlets, but that's not what I was going for with my curly hair. It will add a little more deffinition if you add a small amount to already dry hair.

Quick Take: strengthening, easy to use
The first application this product left my hair soft and lively. I have curly hair so I always worry about frizz. occassionally I do have to use an additional anti-frizz product with this. Overall it made my hair much healthier looking.

Quick Take: rich
I was looking for something to take care of my dry flyaway hair without weighing hair down and this is just the ticket. I noticed results right away, my hair also looked healthier, I have highlights so the ends tend to be dry.
I definitely recommend this to anyone with fine, dry hair and flyaways.
