hard to say just yet - 03.19.10

Quick Take: ok

the first week face broke out when i took the recommended 2 each morning. i have now been taking one in the Am and one at noon, so far so good. Not sure yet how my hair will make out...maybe after the 2nd bottle will know more.

Totally effective - 03.17.10

Been using these on and off for about 3 years, they are very good but there is a downside (hence the 4 star rating) - when you take them, you see a real change in both hair and nails, maybe more in the former, but as soon as you run out the effect is not long lasting.

you have to be PATIENT!!! - 03.17.10

Quick Take: great for your nails, didn't see much with any hair improvement

I read all the reviews before making my first purchase a year and a half ago. I know with supplements it takes longer than two weeks or four months, and sometimes as long as a year to REALLY notice the difference. After three months I began to notice that my usually fragile nails were stronger, my hair felt softer, and I was very happy. I stopped taking the pills after almost a year because I got a little lazy. and noticed a marked difference. My nails started chipping easily, i got hangnails and dry cuticles a lot quicker. I didn't notice too much with my hair getting THICKER, but it appears to be stronger. I just say you have to be really patient, but the results are worth it. I now take these pills religiously every morning right after eating breakfast.

I have fine, thin hair that recently appeared thinner to me so decided to give these a try after reading reviews. Took for 6 months and the only results i saw were my eyelashes appeared to be slightly thicker. I am trying Nioxin pills next as they are cheaper.

Already seeing a difference - 03.17.10

Quick Take: surprisingly amazing

Wow. I've only been using this for about 2 weeks and I can't believe I'm already seeing results. I don't think I've ever felt my hair this soft. Sounds dorky, but I can't stop touching my hair! It definitely looks healthier and I've noticed less hair loss, too. Hope this continues and gets even better..we'll see after a couple months!

I'VE BEEN TAKING THESE FOR ABOUT A LITTLE OVER A MONTH. I HAVE TO SAY THAT I DO SEE THAT MY LASHES HAVE GOTTEN LONGER AND FULLER. MY HAIR HAS STARTED GROWING IN CERTAIN SPOTS AND SEEMS HEALTHIER LOOKING. MY NAILS ARE STRONGER AS WELL. MY BREAKOUTS HAVE EASED UP A BIT. I WILL CONTINUE THESE TO SEE IF IT THEY HELP MY HAIR GROW MORE.I'M SOO DESPERATE TO SAVE MY HAIR! I tried this product after reading good reviews. Unfortunatley I returned it after using it. I did not notice any difference in my nails or hair and it was way too expensive. Instead I am now taking a multivitamen which is cheaper and seems to be working better.

Quick Take: worth the money

it took 3 bottles beffore i started to notice a difference. My hair was thinning and breaking off horribly but now its strong and healthy. i would definitely recommend this product. You just have to be patient waiting for results.

My hair was thinning and breaking off so after reading the reviews i decided to try this product. i didnt notice a big difference in my hair until i finished my third bottle My hair is thicker and stronger. My nails and eyelashes improved immediatley though. Im definietely going to continue using these.

Nausea - 03.09.10

I just started taking the supplements on Saturday, and now it's Tuesday, so not much time has passed. But since I've started, I've been constantly nauseous :-( I have not changed my diet but, I have stopped taking my "normal" everyday, women's vitamin.

I usually have a strong stomach, but there is something in these supplements that is getting to me :-\ It's been horrible!

Also, I believe it is too early to tell if these supplements have been working for my hair and nails. I will still try to take them and maybe have ginger ale or something to ease the nausea. I'll write again soon!

Quick Take: really works

So I already reviewed this, and after about 5 months of use, I have to stop using it, because my hair everywhere is growing too fast. Probably has something to do with warm weather also where I live at. So now I'm using 1 capsule a day until the bottle runs out, and won't be needing it again.

I have only had this product for about 2 weeks now, and have seen some results in my nails, but as far as my hair goes..not so much! BUT to give credit to the product, it says that it recommends a 4 month treatment..so two bottles...so i suppose i'll see! :)

I am almost through with my first bottle and plan on repurchasing. I bought these specifically for my hair, which is fine and thinning. I have seen great improvement, new growth, feels softer & looks healthier overall. In addition, I had almost immediate results with my nails. They are even stronger and harder than they normally are. Started Taking These - 03.07.10

Started taking these pills in January and I'm currently on my second bottle and I can honestly say that I have noticed a tremendous difference with my toe nails, they look much healthier than they did 5 months ago. I've also noticed that my finger nails are getting stronger but still lack the firmness that I desire. As for my hair, (which was the main reason why I purchased this product) I haven't noticed any difference. My hair is still shedding just as it did before I bought the product. However, I’ve committed myself to taking these pills for a full year before I will say whether or not it actually did my hair any good. I will say that one of the negative effects of taking these supplements is breakouts. I’ve noticed that I’m finding myself applying more blemish spot control on my face then normal. I contribute this to the supplements.
