I was RAVING about these pills to everyone at first. I could tell a difference in my nails and lashes, and I think my hair too. It did make me need to wash my hair more often but I thought if that was the only con, I would be a customer for life!
I have acne prone skin so I am used to getting breakouts and dealing with them. So stupid me did not equate the breakouts to the pills at first. In fact I had already ordered my next bottle online because I didn't want to be without them when I finally read the negative reviews about breakouts. My skin is the worst it's been in a long time and I am so sad to realize it's being caused by the pills that I wanted to love. If you don't have skin issues (I envy you) and these may be perfect for you! Sadly, not for me. Going to return the 2nd bottle I bought.

For the first time in my life I have strong, long, natural nails. They have nothing on them but clear polish. They are tearing, breaking, or stripping. They are long and healthy; I'm just amazed. It says to take 2 a day, but I actually split the 120 count bottle with my mom, so I was taking one a day and I STILL had amazing results. Buy this...buy this now...why are you still reading gorgeous? Go and buy this.

Quick Take: awesome
This product in about 4 weeks has made my eyelashes grow longer than I've ever seen them. If it's doing this to my eyelashes I assume it's doing this to my hair as well. Literally an amazing product and I am SO glad I got it. My nails are also getting stronger as well!!

Okay so lets me start by saying I'm 17 years old and with all the stress of school, home, and work it's done so much to my hair, nails and body! I have every beautiful thick hair and once i started shedding like crazy I started getting scared (which was like a year ago) I always been waiting to take these because of the reviews but never did until a month ago! I started taking them the 13th or 15 of April. Soo far my nails are much stronger and never break, I feel like I have model nails lol. These vitamins make your hair every oily which is a good thing, your natural oils from your hair is what makes it grow, anyways I feel like my hair is growing not really sure though. People tell me it is but I'll really see once I'm done the other 3 months. The only bad thing about this is that I think it's making me breakout, not sure if its because I just got my period but I was breaking out like crazy and it was horrible. Another thing about my hair, the falling out part is so much less then before thank god!!! I highly recommend them!!!!!!

I am down to like 6 pills left in the bottle and I must say that my hair has made a complete turn around. It was heavily processed and I had been attempting to grow it out for two years and it was just so thin and damaged. My naturally wavy hair is now soft and has grown significantly. I have also noticed less shedding. My eye lashes have grown as well which is fabulous. BUT, I have read several reviews saying that this may cause you to break out and unfortunately, I have been subject to that side effect. Drinking EXCESSIVE amounts of water is the only thing that will keep it ALMOST at bay. BUT i figured for two months I would deal with it because my hair looks SO much better now. If you are acne prone. Make sure to drink the full eight glasses/bottles etc of water or you may have some unwanted acne pop up that takes quite some time to go away.

First I think it's way too pricy and I don't like how Phyto at Sephora changed it for one bottle only. it was better when it was just two bottles all together. Like who wants to spend that much? I'm a loyal customer to the brand and found this product really good.

I bought this product because i had really damaged hair above my shoulders and i really wanted it to grow faster and thicker, but i didnt think it made that much of a difference in my hair until i stopped taking them. I realized they were making my hair more healthy and less likely to break. my skin was normal. but my eyelashes grew SO long and so did my nails. I would recommend this product to someone with really damaged hair.

Using in combination, but fabulous results

I started taking these just over two weeks ago. I also started using Caviar Clinical Daily Root & Scalp Stimulator and drinking rooibos tea.
So, while I can not pinpoint how well the supplements are working....my hair looks and feels better than in has in 10 years. I do believe the supplements are a big part it.
I have always had a pretty think head of hair, but in the last 10 years it has been progressively getting worse. When my temples had finally lost so much hair, it looked like male pattern baldness, I decide to bite the bullet and try something.
Now, not only does my hair look and feel better in general, I have new growth the bald areas and all along my hairline.
My husband is the worlds biggest doubter and after showing him the growth he started my program a few days ago, too.
So, while I can not pinpoint how well the supplements are working....my hair looks and feels better than in has in 10 years. I do believe the supplements are a big part it.

This really works . . .

My husband has been taking these pills for almost a year, and they have really helped him grow hair back. He had very sparse growth on the top of his head, and was losing it rapidly until he tried this product. We were skeptical at first, but after a while when the hair started growing back, we were elated. Now it's growing longer, and it's soft and great looking. Our son has started to use it, too, since he has started to lose some hair, and he was the most skeptical of all. We certainly recommend this great product.

I originally purchased this for my daughter who was going through hair loss due to alopecia areata. Within one month of taking the vitamins her hair started to grow back and she no longer sheds the way she used to. I along with her have been taking the supplements for the past 3 months and their is a huge difference in my hair. It does not shed and it has become thick and strong. I rarely ever write reviews but felt that if it can help one person with hair loss it was worth writing about.

I have been using Phyto products for over two months now, and my very damaged, dry hair has made a huge turn around. I have fuller healthier hair and am very happy! The vitamins are also good for overall health inside and out which is a plus.

I had slow growing hair, very dry, brittle & hair loss. Decided to try these, It was an emergency call. The first week I noticed the difference, my eczema cleared up more, my hair became softer, and eyelashes grew like crazy. The pils are very tiny and have a cocoa smell... Love it! CONS: Careful what you take injuction with. I took dietary gnc pills on my second month and Phyto seemed to stop working. Hairloss occured again.

I was thinking about buying these vitamins until I saw the ingresients. One of the ingredients is hydrogenated soybean oil which could possibly be a GMO. I try to stay away from anything that is a GMO. I believe these foods are not healthy for you.

I took these vitamins faithfully for four months and saw little to no change. The only thing that did happen was that the vitamins broke out my skin. I know this has worked for others but didn't for me. I'm really disappointed because these vitamins are kind of pricey.

I was really rooting for this product...I didn't want to give up. I used it for months. It did wonders on my nails but nothing for my hair. I love almost everything I buy from saphora so this was a bit disappointing. I went to my dermatologist and showed her this vitamin asking if it was good. She said it does not have biotin or frolic acid which is important for hair growth. Not bad but not worth the price in my opinion.

This pills are so good. I bought a bottle and gave half to my fiancé and within a week I seen a huge difference. My hair is not falling out and a growing super fast. My fiancé is getting in new hair. He loves them. There a little pricey but worth it.

This has made my hair SO soft in such a short amount of time. I noticed a difference every time I touched my hair. It has also made my skin noticeably softer. However, my main reason for buying this was for my brittle nails, which I feel like haven't had much improvement. They still break easily.
