Smells great!
-03.17.13
Quick Take: fragrant, light, protects
Not only does this product smell GREAT, it's really light and has an SPF of 50+. Clarins makes great products overall and I'm truly satisfied that this one is another powerful arsenal to my skincare regimen.

Nice But Perfume-y
-03.02.13
Quick Take: blends in easily
Feels great on but the fragrance is very strong. Not a bad fragrance but if you're sensitive and allergic to most perfumes, try it out first before you buy it online.

Great

Very moisturizing, doesn't get in my eyes.
It's a bit weird that I am getting tan with a 50+, but I am not burning which is a good thing.

smells awesome

goes on great
smells great
on the oily side
FYI: the FDA can only measure SPF up to 50 so anything above that is off the scale and doesn't really mean anything but 50+

Too oily / heavy
-06.15.12
Quick Take: blends in easily, moisturizing, goes smooth under make-up
I like how this sunscreen feels on my skin but, in the summer my skin gets very oily and this product was way too heavy so I had to return :(

Great SPF!
-06.08.12
For a long time I used L'occitaine's immortelle spf, but once I finished the pot, I wanted to try something new just for kicks. I wanted to use a French brand and stumbled upon this particular one in Sephora. How pleasantly surprised I was by it's quality!! I've been using it for about a month so far and not only has it made my skin smoother and luminescent, but I've had no break outs as a result (I have combination skin)! It goes on well and once it dries, it prevents shine and keeps my skin feeling great! I don't use any face makeup besides blush, so I don't know how well it works underneath foundations (etc.), but for me it has been a wonderful purchase and I highly recommend it for those looking for a reasonably priced high-quality sunscreen/daily moisturizer!

Fragrance is overbearing
-06.03.12
I really want to like this product. However, the fragrance is overpowering. I also find this product to leave a film on my face.
I really want to like this, but it would have to be fragrance free and absorb a little better.
I am not normally sensitive to fragrance.

non-greasy & does not sting eyes
-03.28.12
I've been in search for a sunscreen that does not sting my eyes. I play a lot of outdoor sports and perspire a lot. I had problems in the past with sweat going into my eyes and stinging. It took me a while to figure out that the sunscreen was the culprit. This is my 3rd tube and my eyes do not sting. I am sold on this product and will continue to purchase. I am in my early 50's so the face wrinkle control cream is a bonus. It is non-greasy and applies "clear" -- it does not turn my face "white" like most sunscreens. Absolutely love it and will continue to recommend this product.

Too oily for me
-01.17.12
High SPF, great smell and nice consistency. The only problem is that it leaves my skin seriously shiny and a while after applying it, my nose gets really oily. In other words, is too oily for me. Otherwise, I would have like this a lot.

Okay
-10.11.11
This sunscreen no doubt works amazingly on keeping my skin moisturized and protected from the sun all day. One thing I do not like about this product is the grease it leaves on my skin, making it feel oily and shiny. Other than that this sunscreen works wonders.

good protection

Applies easily and smoothly. However, doesn't absorb as much as I would like. Leaves skin shiny, which is a drawback.

Really great for dry skin
-07.10.11
Quick Take: moisturizing, light-weight (eventually)
I bought a tube of Clarins 50+ SPF Sunscreen For Face Wrinkle Control Cream after having tried a sample and having been impressed. Although it does feel a bit greasy going on, after a few minutes, the creme absorbs into the skin. I have very dry skin, so this creme was a nice addition to my daily skin care routine.

Not Bad
-06.11.11
I'm working as a lifeguard this summer so I was looking for a good quality sunscreen with a high SPF. Since this product had no reviews on Sephora when I purchased it, I sort of took a leap since this is pretty expensive.
First the good: I have never once gotten burned while wearing this sunscreen. It provides excellent protection against the sun. While I know that I'm supposed to re-apply sunscreen every few hours, I have forgotten to do so occasionally. Even if I apply it in the morning just before work, after a nine-hour day and never re-applying, I haven't gotten burned. And I burn pretty easily, so that's saying something.
Now the bad: I have normal to slightly oily skin and after applying this sunscreen, it does leave my skin pretty shiny. My face will still be shiny even after letting it soak in for about 10 minutes. I still go on to apply a tinted moisturizer and then a loose translucent powder (which makes the shine go away). I wish it had a dryer formula that made my skin more matte.
But that's my only complaint. It hasn't made me break out and it doesn't smell like sunscreen (I don't really notice any sort of scent at all to be honest). But I will probably still try a few other products before repurchasing to see if I like something better.

overall a great product
-06.06.11
I have vitiligo so I quite literally have no natural sun protection in my skin, and this moisturizer/sunblock really keeps me from getting burnt. My doctor told me to look for the specific active ingredients in this because they block more of the cancer rays from the sun than zinc oxide and titanium dioxide do. It also doesn't smell like "sunblock" at all either, it really has a soft lovely scent.
