This product absolutely performs as promised. The oil-free lightweight fluid absorbs quickly and is the perfect summer moisturizer to prep and protect your skin without leaving any greasy residue. Love, love, love!

Nice mosturizer

I got a sample size of this and it lasted a very long time. After it ran out, I decided to splurge and get the full sized product. I have very oily skin and even though I don't think this controls my oil, it doesn't make it worse either. It doesn't help my acne, but I have noticed a more even and brighter skin tone. I just love the way it feels on my skin--light and silky!

I love this moisturizer a lot! It's quite expensive, but it's really wonderful. Nice smell, all natural, make my skin look better. It really does its job as advertised: perfecting skin, minimize pores, matte, instant brightening. It's like a BB cream but better. It just doesn't do much coverage like foundation or BB cream, but it really helps my skin shine-free, moisturized, less pore-visible, and sheer coverage for dark spots. I would buy it again if I can afford it. I love Caudalie line a lot. It's French brand and all natural.

I received a deluxe sample of this, and I am glad I did! I try to use my DERMAdoctor glycolic acid peel + caudalie perfecting day fluid at night 1-2 times per week, and every time I do I wake up feeling like my dark acne scars are visibly reduced. Now that my acne has resolved I am just trying to even out the rest of my skin tone and even though this is super expensive (considering I got the deluxe sample for free and it lasted me a LONG time), I am purchasing the full size because it is just that good, and I am hoping that it will last me a long time as well.

I have very sensitive skin that breaks out to almost anything. Yes, it is very annoying and I hate having to compromise because I cannot find the perfect one. But this day lotion with spf 15 feels oh soooo good! My skin feels so smooth and plump after applying it. I don't believe in its reducing dark spots claim, but with all the other positives, I'm willing to look that over. That's how great it is for me. If only it wasn't this expensive. Having to spend 72 dollars on one bottle every 2.5 to 3 months is very pricey, and I'll have to find an alternative, but I'll definitely be trying to get my hands on this as well as the night cream as much as I can!

Over the past year or so, I have used a few tubes of this moisturizer. It made my sensitive skin happy so I even got my mom hooked on the line. During the cold winter I added the serum for extra moisturizer and all was good. This summer I switched to a different brand with a high SPF as I was in a high UV danger area. When I went to buy a new Caudalie for fall there was no Caudalie Day Perfecting Fluid with SPF to be found online. Sadness. I purchased a different brand. Now, a few weeks later, the SPF product has returned with a higher price tag and new packaging. I can not justify the higher price tag. I like the product, but feel they have priced themselves out of the range I wish to pay. Since I thought the product was gone for good, I gave my mom different products also. This supply and pricing issue lost the company two customers. I really like the line, but there are many good substitutes at a lower price.

While I do like this moisturizer and it's sheer tint (really matches my pale skin perfectly), I believe it caused my sensitive skin to break out. While it is supposed to be an all natural product, I think it might have some synthetic oils that are sometimes present in Oil-free products that can cause sensitive skin to break out. But I could be wrong and maybe there's just a natural product in the formulation that is causing my skin to feel irritated.
The reason I do not give it a lower rating however, is because it does add radiance to the skin when applied. If you don't have sensitive skin like I do, this could be a great product for you because it does what it says it will do.

Quick Take: lightweight, absorbs quickly, smells nice, medium coverage, like bb cream
Took this with me during my camping trip on the beach. It is light and absorbs quickly while providing coverage. Didn't have to use foundation over this, it worked great on its on; plus I didn't get burned while on the beach! LOVED it, just wish it wasn't so pricey.

For the price of this, I could have gotten something WAY better at Sephora. I bought this after a Sephora worker (who actually was only focused on this line) raved so much about this product, that she convinced me. I have used it for a month and haven't seen any changes.
It's not moisturizing enough, the "pigment" it has is VERY light and sheer, so it won't really cover up any blemishes.
I don't know, didn't work for me. And I feel like the product is so "dry" that I have to put a lot of this product on my skin to actually feel a difference. With this tube being so tiny, I know it won't last me very long. $68? Seriously? Next time I'm getting something else.

Used a trial size on a trip to the Mid-East where it worked wonders keeping the skin on my face safe from the ravages of sun and dryness.
Now using it for summer here. I add an additional layer of sunscreen if I will be outside for hours.

There is absolutely no moisturizing qualities to this product, but it is really amazing stuff used as a light tinted foundation if you're on the go during the weekend, or on top of your foundation during a dressier occasion. There is a slight tint when the product comes out, but it's not a noticeable color once applied, so although I'm fair I don't think it would be an issue for someone with a deeper tone. My only hesitation comes at the price, as I think there are other items that may have similar benefits.

I winced at the price of this the first time I bought it (after trying a sample and liking it). I love the way this goes on the skin. It feels light, moistens without making the skin slick, and I feel that it actually improves the texture of my skin. After using the product for about two months, my middle-aged, dry skin is smoother and more supple. Most days, I just dust a sunscreen powder over this (extra layer of protection) and go.
This product does have a small amount of pigment in it, which helps to diffuse imperfections. Although it works on my fair skin, I don't think it would do for someone with a lot of melanin.
