Quick Take: hydrating, brightening, instant coverage results
I've used several under eye/dark circle products over the years that i've seen little to no difference. Went to The Village Arcade location in Houston, Tx and the lady there swore by this product. I gave it a try and it is absolutely worth the amazing. Has worked remarkably well!!!

Formula needs work, roller ball not good

Quick Take: brightening, absorbs quickly
This does have a very light tint to it, that is why it brightens. The roller ball is a poor design for this product as it is too runny, it would be better in a pump type application. It does reduce the appearance of dark circles, and reduces puffiness better than other things I have tried but pretty pricey for the results. Love the cooling affect of the roller ball. Too bad it delivers WAY too much product. I put it on my finger and apply. A little goes a very long way so maybe it's a good value, still on the fence on this one.

The sales person recommended the product for dark circles under the eyes. After a month, there was no change so I went back to what I used previously and returned the product. There just wasn't a change at all.

I think the whole idea of the cold ball and tinted cream is great, except it doesn't help at all to reduce discoloration or wrinkles around the eye. I will say it feels good going on - almost like any other eye cream -- but have yet to see any effect whatsoever. Oh, and it flakes off under foundation.

what is the point of the rollerball? good product but rollerball applicator is useless!! product must be lightly patted in with fingertips to absorb. rollerball is a waste of timec, not user friendly! in fact, the first one I bought had to be returned, product would not come out properly due to rollerball design.

I gave this product 1 star overall, even though something about the product probably works, however, I was unable to tell for several reasons. First, the roller ball applicator is a nightmare to use. The pump dispenser pumps WAY too much product for you to even be able to use the rollerball as a true applicator. You end up having to pat the remainder (most) of the product in with your fingertips. Second...after application, it seems to clump or flake off. I am not sure if it is due to the mild coverage aspect of this product or if it is due to some of the other skin products (moisturizer/Vit C) that I also apply daily, but either way, it seems to rub or clump off. And obviously you are going to want to use this with the rest of your regimen. So for me, with all of it's issues, I wasn't a faithful enough user to see any results and I flat out did not like the application process.

I ordered this for its collagen, not for dark circles, since I have none. I have developed severe wrinkling on one eye only and have been desperate to find a product that worked. In less than two weeks, my wrinkles were gone. Improbable, but true. And it costs less than the other eye creams I purchased. If you're over 50 and have developed wrinkles under the eye, this is your go-to product. And this is my first review ever.

I have had sever puffiness in my eyes, both above and below the eye due to allergy and health. This is the one and only product that actually firmed and dramatically reduced the puffiness in my eyes. I have been using for about 7 days, and can already see a difference in the dark circles as well. The roller ball does let out a good amount of serum, but I pat it gently from inner to outer eye until it is absorbed and have no issues with usage. This is a permanent addition to my regimen. Love it!!

This does work. The trouble is, it works as well as any brightener for dark-circles with a massaging roller ball. I will use it up, but switch back to a less expensive alternative.

i think this eye serum is really working to brighten the area around my eyes and it feels great when you apply it! My eyes aren't terribly puffy and don't have dark circles but the area below is darker and this has brightened with this product

I got this product as a sample from Test Tube. The first time I used it, I noticed a difference. I have really light skin and it blends in with it. I use it on both the top lid and under eye. It does not cause my eyes to water. It does not have any smell. I just love this stuff. However, the roller ball is dumb. I use the roller ball in my hand then tap it on my eyes. This is probably not the most effective way to apply the product but it works for me.

Wakes up my eyes

Quick Take: easy to use every day
I am not sure if this product actually reduces dark circles or not, but it sure does feel refreshing as it wakes up the area around my eyes every morning. The ball applicator feels gentle and cool as the serum is applied. This is my second purchase and I am happy with the results it has given to my eye area, especially under the eye where I was starting to feel like I was getting a little puffy.

I've been using this product consistently for over 2 weeks now. This product does not blend in just with the cold roller ball. It requires tapping to make it blend it,it still leaves white/tint under the eye and does not sink in well. Concealer and foundation does not sit on it well and looks cakey.

Quick Take: not worth it.
I got a sample and thought I saw some improvement fairly quickly. After using it for a few weeks, it seemed to stop working. That doesn't make any sense but in any case I returned the unopened full size one that I bought.

Helps with puffiness & dark spots

I really like this product. I don't like 'smelly' under eye products, and most tend to make my eye water. Not this one. It reduces puffiness and helps with dark circles. I HATE THE APPLICATOR. Just put it in a pump -- and then I'd buy it again. Probably won't just because of the crazy of the applicator. Dr. Brandt's products I find to usually be worth the $$ - they have all worked for me. I also have sensitive skin and this hasn't not one time made my eyes water. Love it with that one applicator exception.
