Most reviews were right, It smells really good but other than that it doesnt do much. I guess it might add abit of sparkles but its really not that noticable.I still use it, I like it but Its not worth the price

I guess I should have listened to the reviews that said the glitter doesn't show up, because it doesn't. Unless I literally spray my hair in the same spot six or more times, you can't see any difference at all. Such a disappointment, because there looks as though there's tons of glitter in the bottle. I returned it.

Quick Take: worthless
I bought this product because I know Alterna usually works well on hair like mine (coarse, curly, kind of kinky, and frizzy) and the bottle says it's supposed to be like a "bronzer" to your hair and make it look silkier. Honestly it literally did nothing, the name of the product is 100% more appealing than its overall result.

Quick Take: hair perfume
I could not see any sparkles in the hair. Perhaps my blonde hair is too light to notice it in? I can't say for humidity and flyaways, but if anything i think my hair was more dull when i used it. It does smell good, almost like pink starburst. Otherwise, i would not pay the $20 for this product again.

This stuff was awesome the first couple of times I used it--moisturized my hair a little, defined my curls and gave it a shimmering bronze finish (I have dark brown hair with natural FL sun gold and red lowlights). I thought I found the miracle product to revitalize my summer-worn, baby-fine waves but then for some reason the more I used it the more it seemed to dry out my hair. After about 7-10 uses my hair looked just completely fried like I'd tried to bleach blonde it (which I haven't) without the blonde. I thought I might have to cut my hair off. Needless to say, I've stopped using the product--I've been doing extensive moisture and protein treatments and thank God MOST of my hair is starting to come back to life! Still, my hair is definitely super fine and sensitive so it may just be me, if it works for you the way it worked for me at first it would be awesome--so if you have pretty strong hair it may be worth a try.

Smells good, but adds ZERO sparkles on my brown hair, and made my hair look dull and lifeless... Returning for my $20 back... Heck, I'd even donate the $20 for them to improve this product because it does smell nice!

You can definitely notice the sparkles in the bottle itself; however, I didn't notice much sparkle/shimmer when I sprayed it on my hair which isn't necessarily a bad thing. It smells really pretty, and I did notice and increase softness to my hair after using this product. I only used it once, but I already plan on making it a staple in my hair care.

This adds such a gorgeous shimmer to my red hair. I imagine it will look amazing on any hair color. The shimmer is noticeable but not at all garish. It's been humid for days, & this does help with frizziness. I highly recommend this !

I love this stuff. I have fine hair, and this adds beautiful sparkle, shine, and manageability without extra weight or oiliness. Plus it smells divine and protects against the sun, all without icky ingredients. A few sprays on dry or damp hair are all you need. My wonder product!

I feel like I get a little shine from the spray, but it makes my hair smell great! Very tropical and perfect for a summer vacation. I recently colored/highlighted my hair, so I like that it protects it from fading. This bottle will likely last me a long time, but I'd probably buy again at some point for the smell alone!

I have dark brown hair, so this shows up really well in my hair. LOVE the sparkle & shine it adds. I used this along with the Ocean Waves on my Hawaiian Cruise last year & got lots of compliments on my "beachy" hair styles. Hair care was never so easy for two weeks!

I have light brown hair and I used this product all summer. It smells amazing and and I found it very addictive! It gives a subtle shimmer- your hair still looks beachy and natural...like a california girl! I used it as well with Alterna Beach Waves and found the two together worked well with my hair. Love Alterna.

It only takes a little, but with such shine and fabulous smell, it is hard not to go overboard. It is perfect on my blonde hair for dry days. I also use it as a "special treat" for my three year old daughter and she loves it. It is the perfect detangler.
