I've been using this product for more than a year now. I like it and I still coldn't find a better product than this one. My eye bags are reduced, rich texture but absorb quickly. Overall, I think this is a good product - might not be the great product in my opinion.

I didn't purchase this eye cream from Sephora, but directly through L'Occitane. Didn't even know Sephora carried any L'Occitane products. If only I knew, I would have returned this immediately. I needed an eye cream that provides radiance, helps with my dark circles and fine lines. This didn't do the trick. $74(?) down the drain. Sigh.

Not my favorite eye serum, but it's very light and I love the smell. Not sure if I would purchase this again, but I would never turn it down if someone offered it to me.

I just received this product less than a week ago in a little set that was well worth the price since I've seen a rave about it on YouTube and wanted to try it out for myself. I've been using it day and night ever since. While brushing my teeth earlier, I realized there was something different with my face that I had to examine my face wayyy close to the mirror. My dark circles have honestly lightened and I haven't even dabbed a bit of this cream before brushing since I always follow up my skin care routine after I brush my teeth. My dark circles is hereditary and also being a mother or a highly active toddler that I get about six hours of sleep a day. I will be repurchasing this cream again! It doesn't make me have puffy under eye bags like other eye cream tends to do to me. The scent isn't something to die loving. But it's not really bad either, it'll go away and should be something you can sacrifice for the initial reason/intent of purchasing this item in the first place. Grab a little sample and see for yourself. I will no longer be using the origins ginkgo eye cream since it did nothing but brighten by means of reflecting the light, not even addressing the main issue. Try it for yourself.

I've been using this product for about 2 months. It's an excellent hydrating eye cream, also noticed quite an improvement in dark circles. Unfortunately does nothing for puffiness. Good product overall.

I have only been using this product for a little under 2 weeks, and haven't really seen any immediate results. However, my skin has been very dry lately, and this helped out a ton around my eye area. I love the smell of it. It is a bit pricey, so I may try something else once it runs out.

i have very sensitive skin and all the eye creams i try burn and tingle after application. i tired this and it is very soothing and my skin drinks it in very quickly. i just started using and will decide at the end of the bottle if it is worth the high price. 4 stars not 5 because of price.

I just ordered my second bottle of this. My results mirror the satisfaction results cited in the product description. I apply the cream in the morning and before bed. I use it under my facial moisturizers, but I'm not sure if it should go on before or after those.
My favorite result and the reason I will continue to use this is because it really did lighten the areas under my eyes. I've tried products in the past that claim to do so but never have. This really did the job! The under-eye areas closest to my nose used to be dark, depressed shadows, but now are lighter, fuller and more youthful looking. Really. It's pretty amazing :)
Also, this cream does not make my eyes look puffy or like I'm having an allergic reaction when I wake up in the morning. I'm not sure if that is typical for other people, but a lot of eye creams cause that reaction for me. This is a great cream! I would recommend it for everyone.
One other comment: because the bottle is a pump, I was concerned about getting all of the product out of the bottle when it was almost empty. I've solved this problem by just unscrewing the pump and using a Q-tip to scoop up the amount I need. The treatment is very thick and creamy, so it clings to the sides instead of gathering in the base like a thinner lotion would do. I just bend the Q-tip "stem" to swab the sides.

I liked this eye cream and fell in love with the beautiful yellow bottle but as you use it, it gets harder and harder to get to the product. I probally have 1/4 bottle left and I'm not sure how I will get the product out.

This is a nice eye cream, and it's noticeably better than my previous eye cream with regards to making my crows feet less apparent. That being said, there was a product in the samples that came with my purchase that I like even better, so for the cost, I'm not sure I'll purchase again.

This is the BEST eye treatment I've ever use! it genuinely removed my dark circles and puffiness around my eye area. I've tried multiple eye treatment products in the past and none has come close to this in terms of its effectivity. It is costly, however, you do get what you pay for and this is worth every penny. Love, love, love this!
