Drying and tangling hair

I have glass hair (slightly curly that naturally straighten during the day) and this shampoo just does not work for me. It makes my hair dryer and I can't comb through it even after using a conditioner! :( also can't stand the smell. I tried a sample of Phytojoba hair mask and it worked great for me. But apparently it had a different smell and ingredients.

I purchased this from a sample and was not disappointed.
As a Navy veteran, all i have to say is it reminds me of Europe and marshmallows, which is a good thing! It left my hair feeling the best it has ever felt in literally 40 years. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this product. I have only good recommendations for Phyto.

This is a traditional SLS-based sudsing shampoo that did a good job of cleaning my dense, curly hair without leaving it over dry. It's a shampoo I'd use for a deeper clean when needed, sticking to SLS-free for more regular use. Folks with more fine hair would likely prefer more regular use. It has a very pleasant fragrance that's cocunut-based but sophisticated, it doesn't smell like sunblock.

Quick Take: hydrating, good for daily use, lightly scented
Love this shampoo. It's light and super lathering in the hair, making it easy to get an excellent wash in no time at all. The smell is very subtle (slightly fruity, like bananas and coconuts). Definitely gentle enough for every day use. Makes my hair feel extra soft and yes, hydrated. 4 stars instead of 5 because it appears to contain sulfates, which so many shampoos are formulating without (for good reason) these days.

I received this shampoo as a part of Beauty Insider points gift. The sample was 1 fl. oz which is a pretty good size. I barely had to use a handful and my hair was full of suds. The smell is light but amazing. My hair definitely felt clean but not at all brittle or dry. I am definitely going to purchase this shampoo in the near future.

Quick Take: mostly water, left my hair feeling like straw
I received a sample of this shampoo and I'm so glad I didn't actually pay any money for it. It left my hair feeling extremely dry, coarse, and tangled. I had to use twice as much conditioner as normal to try to return my hair to something I could comb through. Even then, it took another complete wash and condition with a different set of moisturizing products to return my hair to "normal".
I have fine, wavy hair that has suffered some chemical damage.
Not only did this product make my hair feel trashed, but it is the consistency of milk, very runny compared to most shampoos, and I dumped half of the product out into my hand before I realized it. When I looked at the ingredients I noticed it is predominantly water. Again, glad I didn't pay for it. Would never purchase.
It did have a pleasant scent. That's the only nice thing I can say.

I received a sample of this in a 500 point gift. I thought it was super overpriced, until I used it a few times. My hair loves this shampoo! It makes my hair super shiny and it even seems to get oily less quickly! I actually bought the full size when the sample ran out because going back to my old shampoo made my hair instantly suck. I haven't even been using conditioner and my hair looks amazing.

Very impressed with this shampoo! After my first use I felt like I had been to a salon and cut five inches off because my head felt so light (Which is a big deal for me to feel that since I have long hair to the bottom of my chest) My hair had more volume and bounce to it and it felt soft and had less frizz than normal. I felt like I belonged in a hair commercial flipping my hair around. Even my dad randomly told me that my hair looked nice.
Because this is a little expensive I use this only once or twice a week to get that deep clean.

This shampoo smells really lovely with a soft clean scent. The lather also feels rteally luxurious. The problem is that it takes two to three times as much product to clean my hair with this as it does with other great salon brands. Even when I use that much my scalp, which isn't really oily, doesn't feel clean. I also don't notice a huge difference in the softness of my hair after using this shampoo. Overall nice but a little disappointing

I have suffered with itchy scalp due to Seborrheic dermatitis my whole life. some dandruff shampoos have helped to reduce the itch, but most have only helped with the flakiness. I received a sample of this shampoo in a recent order, and the itchiness was reduced so much after one use that I immediately HAD to order it!

This shampoo is great! I usually use seperate shampoo & conditioner because I have dry, fine hair & this shampoo can be use by itself without conditioner! Lathers up wonderfully & rinses well leaving hair smooth & smelling good. I love this stuff!!

I found this to be a perfect shampoo if you have ever had your hair damaged by permanent wave solutions or hair coloring. It really works to bring back lustre and healthy body to your hair. You don't need to use a lot of it, it lathers very well and rinses out easily, what more would you need!
