Worth the price

Quick Take: good value
I honestly love it! Its good but ppl say its more purple which i personally dont think, also the blush colour that it showed when i got it was WAAAAAY different to how it is, its more of a bright pink, i like the bronzer but i wish it didnt have sparkles in it cuz its less natural with it.

great but the 2 purples didnt lookanything like it does in the pic but i dont mind, also ppl said it was more blue which i dont think also pigmented the blush and bronzer is great too!

Not bad, but not what I expected

Quick Take: good value, pigmented
I like this palette in that it has a mirror and the colors are pretty. When I originally had bought this, I thought that the colors would be more of a purple, but it turned out that the colors were blue. I still don't complain because I don't have any blues in my collection. In reviewing the blush & bronzer, I do not really like the blush, but I love to use the bronzer as a blush that is a coral color.

Quick Take: not bad at all
Extremely disappointed. These colors are extremely light when applied, you cannot even tell you have eyeshadow on. I have a light tan skin color and the color just shades away.

My friends and I bought this thinking it was so awesome!! And I found out that it is! The blush is totally gorgeous, along with thebrozer any eyeshadows. I dont like using the instructions for an everyday look though.

Quick Take: good value
This is the best Palette Stila offers. The blush and bronzer in particular are so great, I am very tan in the summer and very fair in the winter and they look great on me at all times. The eye shadows are perfect because you can play them up or down depending on how much color you want. I would recommend to everyone. Don't think I would be happy not using it from this point on.

Quick Take: good value
I like the Stila eye pencil and lip stain that I have tried, so I decided to give this small collection a try. As the price was so reasonable, I figured I couldn't go wrong. The products are fine, but nothing great. I find that I rarely even think of using this versus the other makeup choices I have at home.

Love the colors

When I travel, I like to take all-in-one compacts to avoid packing a ton of makeup. Stila's Striking in South Beach Palette is almost perfect. I like having eyeshadow, blush, and bronzer in my travel palettes. The shades compliment my light olive skin very well. Purple is my go-to shade for everyday wear on my eyelids, and pink blush always makes me look refreshed. The eye colors are also flexible enough to go from day to night. As far as the quality, the eye colors are not very well pigmented at all. I have to layer and layer just for them to be noticeable. On the other hand, the blush is super pigmented. I end up with too much color on my cheeks, and then I have to use powder to tone it down. The bronzer does look like I have a natural tan. It's not too muddy or shiny. It also doubles as a second option for blush. The palette size is just a tad too big for my travel bag. I might still take it when I travel, but it won't be my go-to palette.

More blue than purple. Not great but good.

Quick Take: good value
The actual shadows (except for the black shadow) are more blue than purple, but that's what I wanted. I find the shadows are pretty and wear well with shadow primer. Be sure to tap your shadow brushes well or you'll end up with eyeshadow on your face.
The blush and bronzer go well on my fair skin. I had to use smaller brushes with the rectangular blush 'boxes' but was able to work that out easily.
I bought this for travel and will definitely use it for that. However it didn't turn out to be an everyday 'go to' item because of the way the eyeshadow powders fly everywhere vs. primarily staying on the brush.

Shadows are great hate the blush. Long lasting no crease ( use clinique shadow base). Hate the blush no color and when you do get it doesn't last.

Very good but...........

Quick Take: good value, pigmented, portable
I really preferred the ones with the convertible color. I've been collecting these sets when there are combinations that I like. I like the earlier ones that had the convertible color in it better. The colors in this particular set look great with my mossy green eyes. I love that I can just slip it inside my makeup bag for touch ups. The colors are highly pigmented and blendable. The eyeshadows wear really well with a good primer, not so well without.

Okay palette

I think this is geared towards younger people, because it looked like a toy. I bought this thinking it was purple eye shadows, but it's for a blue look. I'm gonna keep it around, but it was a disappointment. I'm not excited about the blush and bronzer either.

Ok I am only giving this 4 stars because of the price increase. I really believe that Stila could have let these go at a few dollars cheaper. Even $10 like the others because honestly I think they have the same amount of product but the package is a little bigger. I could be wrong about the amount of product but its close. Meanwhile I wouldn't mind having all of these but if you like purple and you can only get one of them, this is the one. Very happy with the color combo and I love these ! I think the major love factor stems from the portability and variety vs the actual product but still, lol. I haven't played with them enough to know if I they have lasting power yet. These are very fun and a great gift item for the fun packaging!

Quick Take: good value
This palette is very wearable and esp. easy to take along for touch ups. It comes in a book that seals shut so that the powders stay intact. I do not always wear purple/blue's but they are pigmented and almost can be worn anytime. I love the very pink blush and a little goes a long way. The bronzer/highlighter is alright I have better ones but would use on the go.

Quick Take: good value
I love these Stila palettes and have several of them. They are perfect to take on a trip or for convenient make up application all in one place. These colors are fun and bright and make my blue eyes pop. Everytime I use these colors, I get multiple compliments. The make up lasts all day, blends well, and you can create many different looks from each palette.

When I saw this compact online, I thought the eye colors looked awesome. I also thought they were purples. They are not purples. They are blues, like blues from the 80's. I don't think I will use them at all.
