I love the pigmentation and its staying power, but it's just a little too soft for me, no matter how fine a point I sharpen it to- I can't get a defined line, it is always super thick and creates a dramatic look- not for every day. You go through the product very quickly, I won't be buying again.

Quick Take: waterproof, creamy
I'm really disappointed with this eyeliner. I was so excited when I first put it on and I thought it looked great. However, my contacts would start to get blurry and I would constantly have to take them out and clean off the eyeliner residue. Which was hard since it was waterproof. (I've never had this problem with an eye liner before)
If you're not using this on the inside part of the lid against the eyes or you don't wear contacts, then I would defiantly recommend this to people because it did look really nice and was creamy when I applied it.

I'm in love with this eyeliner. It goes on smooth, smudges easily for that smokey look (with the help of the little smudger on the end of the pencil). It also stays put wonderfully, I can wear it all night without it fading off. I can't imagine there being a better eyeliner than this one!

Love this eyeliner! I now have it in 4 colors: Perfect Storm, which is a beautiful green gray; Perfect Espresso; Perfect Black (which came with my Sexy Eyes Pallette) and Perfect Purple. The line goes on so smoothly and the smudger end is the best smudgers I've used (I used to avoid using them because they usually just make a mess)

This is my favorite eye pencil for the lash line and especially the water line. It goes on so smooth and easy and has great staying power. You can smudge it easily, but then it will set and stay put. It's very black and opaque. It doesn't flake or irritate my eyes. I have a hard time sharpening it and there are no instructions about how to do that, so I left off 1 star.

I don't think I've ever used the word 'comfortable' to describe an eyeliner, but that's what this one feels like when I put it on. It's smudgable when first applied, and then it sets and lasts all day - no traveling. It's perfect for doing a thick 60's style line. I would purchase this again.

Bought this on the recommendation of the sales associate. It is ok, for my eyes that water due to allergy season this fades somewhat but not as badly as other eyeliners I have used in the past. Will finish it but still searching for THE ONE.

Im obsessed with mine. It glides on without any problems and I can smudge it to my liking. My only complaint is that it doesn't keep it's point for very long. I can't wait to buy them in every color. The perfect black is in fact the perfect black eyeliner. If you don't have this. You should.

I was skeptical on how well they rated this eyeliner since I've always had problems with my eyeliners running. I decided to wear it during one of my work shifts unloading truck & stocking as a test. It held up phenomenally well & surpassed my expectations. Not a smear, smudge, or run in sight! To sum it up it turned me into a very loyal customer.

This is THE BEST eyeliner ever!!! Yes, it's a little 'mushy', but it doesn't drag,pull and is easy to put on. You can move it around with a brush, or with the attached rubber end. I love it & am so happy to have found it!
