not worth it

These crease! possibly more than standard thin hair ties, and they break my hair! I have pretty healthy hair (straighten it 4x a week, only use LUSH's henna hair dye, no split ends, doesn't knot/dread) and these either fall out or rip my hair. Yes, they're cute. And I've heard good things from friends, but they're awful for me.

I love these!! i have lots of fine hair and these are the perfect size for a pony tail or to wrap around a bun-- they may be a little tight on super thick hair. the colors are more subdue in person but very pretty. these also don't kink my hair if i leave it in all day.

They hold very well, look cute, don't tug, but are NOT crease-free. I experimented with different lengths of time and situations (ex. Beach, gym, work, lounging, etc.) and every time a crease was left... Other than that, they're fine.

I love these hair ties!
I find normal elastics really tug at the hair and feel tight, but these feel perfect. It feels like you have nothing in your hair. You don't get pieces of hair pulled when you move around, like tighter elastics do. This is perfect for my fine, thin hair.

Quick Take: cute
I was excited to get these because of the fun colors. Unfortunately they aren't good for people with the same thickness of hair as me. I couldn't wrap it around a pony tail 3 times and 2 times was too loose, it wouldnt stay up once I started moving around.
I have a friend who loves them and her hair is thinner than mine. Perhaps if you hair was SUPER thick it would also work because 2 times around would be enough. Personally I thought they would be stretchier.

I really love these for hair ties. They stay in place and look super cute. My only problem is that they are really tight if you wear them on your wrist, but hopefully it will stretch out.

Quick Take: cute, everyday wear
I have the ones that are a mix of regular and sparkly hair ties and I really like them, especially the sparkly ones. I've been wearing them just about everyday. Someone did ask me why I had a ribbon around my wrist and what I was trying to remember. That was funny since I'm only trying to remember to have a good hair day.

These are pretty good for the # of them you get for the price. One or 2 of them seemed to not stretch as much as the others though. Nice neutral colors. I've since bought some of these at Old Navy that were just as good for half the price.

I purchased a pack of Ribbon Hair Ties in browns. I loved the colors. I thought it was a good idea, until I tried to put it on my thick, curly hair. The ties weren't stretchy enough for my hair.

I bought these today after reading all the reviews on them. I have really thick curly hair and wanted something cute that I can wear to the gym and work. They look stylish and hold my hair up. Love it. But, it's $10 for 8, a bit expensive and hope they will last.

Gentle on my hair

This is a great product. I bought one to try out and I haven't used a regular hair elastic since. They're better than regular elastics because 1. they're gentler and I never find hairs wrapped around them, 2. they don't leave a kink in my hair (really!), 3. they actually hold my hair a little better even though my hair has a silky texture, and 4. they don't stretch out over time. They might seem a little pricey but there's a reason regular elastics come in packs of 100 - because they stretch out and break easily and have to be replaced frequently. These look nicer, hold hair better, are gentler, and are overall a better quality product. I highly recommend!

They do exactly what they say they will do! Pulls hair back (tightly or loose) without worry of breakage! If you are someone looking for a safe way to pull back your hair this is the way to go!! Not to mention theu are adorable on your wrist!!:)

A normal hair tie doesnt hold my heavy hair on a ponytail, i have to use two.

These little hair ties were an impulse buy for me and I'm so glad I have them! They're very cute in the hair and are much more elasticized than I thought they might be. They also have good grip so they stay in the hair well yet they do not leave crease marks. Great little ties. I keep a few on hand in my purse now.

I have been debating getting these for a while and I just walked past them and bought them on impulse. They are fabulous. They fit around my thick hair as well as traditional hair ties and they have not caused creasing. Highly recommend these.
