Having difficulty with this

I love PTR products, but this liner is difficult for me to use. It seems to just smear, I can't get a fine line. I love the PTR Lashes to Die for Platinum nighttime treatment, but it's sold out! That works best for me for improving the length of my lashes. Please get the Platinum treatment back in stock!

Quick Take: long wearing
This stuff really does work. My lashes are noticably longer. I have not had the problem that other reviewers have mentioned about not going on dark enough. I get the blackest black liner in one easy stroke and it does not budge all day long. I am on my 4th one. I also wanted to note that I do not have to replace this product as frequently as some of the other liners I have bought on this site. I highly recommend this product.

I saw this in the store and figured that despite the higher price I'd give it a go. I am terrible with eyeliner, The very pointed tip of this product is easier for me to apply just above my lashes.
Since I began using this, my daughters have asked if I am using fake eyelashes, so I guess that it lives up to it's promise to "enhance the appearance of lashes"

My review is basically backing up what several others have said.
I'm really pleased that is has the lash growing serum in it, I previously used the general PTR serum (forgot the official name) & it was AMAZING!, but I've seen no results from the eyeliner yet - but I've only had it a month.

The color is weak. I thought maybe I'd picked a bad/dry one, or I wasn't using it correctly, but since looking at the other reviews here it seems the color strength has been an issue for several people. It is definitely a challenge to get a nice thick black line.
Staying power is excellent, this stuff does not budge...if you can ever get it to show up...
All in all, at this point, I would probably not repurchase. This was pretty expensive, I only bought it b/c it was discounted, I haven't seen results like I did with the other product, and the quality does not seem that great. I may go into Sephora and ask one of the MUA if they have any tips before I completely write this eyeliner off.

I was skeptical but this eyeliner stayed on a lot longer than Stila and some of the other brands I tried. I've been using for a couple of weeks and it seems like my lashes are fuller, but that could just be my imagination. Regardless I'm happy with how long this liner stays on.

Maybe it's just me, but I can't seem to get a decent flow of liner to come out of the pen. It doesn't glide on like I was hoping. It does seem to stay on all day, but takes more effort than just a pencil to make it look smooth and definitely doesn't have that liquid liner look. It's too early to tell whether my lashes are benefitting... and I just can't make myself put it on every day. I love every other PTR product I have, but this one isn't working for me.

Long wearing & precise application. I only use this at gigs, I get pretty sweating I have oily skin & this stays on for three hours of singing & dancing! It is the only one I buy after years of trying others...bonus it is actually benificial for lash growth!

I did not see any "enhancements" to my lashes, but it was very easy to apply and lasted for along time. i did rebuy more because of that fact and the color is
(black) great. The only con I found was the cost is really more than I like to pay and if it had not been for my $20 off might have put it off for awhile.

I'm all for dual-purpose make-up but the quality of the ink is so-so and its hard to get a precise line without going over and over it. I'm possibly seeing a benefit but it's not that dramatic after 4 weeks.

I've been using this product for several weeks and haven't really noticed any difference in the length or fullness of my lashes. Just as a liner it is nice and stays put all day. Fairly easy to apply. Probably wouldn't purchase again.

I've used it for a few days. Not only is this one of the worst liquid eyeliner to use (the tip are too fat, so very not percise), and the color is horrible, almost like a water-down black color. I dont know if it will help your lass grow, but it is totally not worth wearing horrible eyeliner for 6 weeks.

Good for a thick line

I love how dark this liner goes on and how long it lasts without fading but it is extremely hard to draw a thin line. The tip of the applicator dries out super fast and its hard to get the liner back into it right away to continue your line If you want a thick line then this liner is great- just use the middle to the end of the applicator brush where there is more liner. Im not sure if it really lengthens or thickens your natural lashes yet because I've only been using it for about two weeks but I'll continue to use it until it's empty or until six weeks is up so I can see if there really is a difference. Also note worthy is that if you make a mistake it's super hard to correct it without just washing your face so I would only recomend this to seasoned liquid eye liner users (which I was not)!

It's only been less than 2 weeks since I purchased this, and I must say: WOW!!! My lash growing longer and thicker in at a visible speed. I noticed the effect after a week's application. Even without the lash-lengthening, I have to say it is an awesome liquid liner pen by itself. The tip is hard, so it's very easy for me to draw an even line when I only have 5 minutes for make up in the morning. I have oily eyelids, so usually liner (like bobbibrown gel one) would crease/smudge at about 4 in the afternoon. But this one doe not even if I don't put primer under it. I am also going to try their mascara.
