Quick Take: full set, good value, nice for travel, nice case is slotted to protect brushes
During the year, I give a lot of presents. I like to give unexpected presents, and obviously, presents for specific occasions. Giving makes me really happy. That's why I try to buy gifts that keep on giving, just like this Perfect Pink Brush Set, which has been released in observance with Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Sephora is donating $1 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation for every purchase made.
The Perfect Pink Brush Set includes a full collection of professional quality Sephora collection brushes packed in an easy to transport case. The case is slotted so the brushes won't slide around and damage the bristles should you choose to travel with this set. There's enough brushes included for almost every makeup application you might desire. The brushes themselves are excellent quality. The bristles are both natural and synthetic, depending on the brush. For ethical reasons I tend to purchase synthetic hair for myself, although have received many natural hair brushes as gifts or as parts of palettes. As a travel set, this is a nice collection, and many may like it for their daily collection, although I'm not a big fan of double ended brushes. I always clean my brushes each time I use them. (Sephora sells many great brush cleansers and shampoos that you might want to consider). Double-ended brushes cannot stand upright to air dry, so I lay them across the top of mug while they're drying which I find slightly inconvenient. However, all in all, this is a really nice set, which is why we're giving a couple of them as gifts.
These make excellent gifts and great stocking stuffers. I love giving these gifts for a variety of reasons, but Sephora's donation to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation makes it an even better reason to purchase these sets.
