I was a bit skeptical about trying a clear lip liner. I thought it might look chalky on my lips but it goes on so smooth and is completely clear. I love that I can use it with any lip product :)

I really like this product. I constantly rub my lips together, causing my lipstick to wear off fairly quickly, but with this liner my lipstick last so much longer and I really like that I don't have to try and match each of lipstick to a colored liner.

No More Feathering!

What a great product. I had read about it in a magazine and decided to try it since I don't like how my bottom lip feathers in the middle. It works wonderfully. I rated it "good" because I have been having a hard time sharpening it, could be I need a new sharpener though.

thought this would be a universal lip liner since it is transparent. i was wrong, it doesnt help to define the shape of the lip. maybe jus a lip primer... but i dont feel much it did on my lips. so i ended up returning it. i think i wil go back to colored lip liner

For someone who hates having to match liners

So I have never been a lip line kind of gal mostly because I hate having to buy a color to match all shades (I would have like a million pencils) but this is perfect to avoid feathering and serves all colors. It goes quickly but it is a long pencil and I feel it dries my lips out a little bit but it might be the color I am using. Tip: fill in all your lips with this and then apply a matte color; not only will it keep the color long but it will give you a smooth look the whole way round.

I love lipsticks and lip glosses, and am always trying new and brighter colors. However, some of these pretty shades feather quite a lot, which makes the look messy - so you go and buy a lip liner to help, leading to two potential problems; you have to find and buy a new lip liner to match your (sometimes very unique) lip color... and they don't always stop the feathering like they should. So, I had to either stop wearing these cool colors I had bought - or spend lots of money trying to find a liner that worked and matched the color (purple! burgundy! different reds! bright pink!). So when I discovered the clear lip liner made by the highly respectable Makeup For Ever, I snapped it up - and it's PERFECT!
It goes on easy around the outside of your lips, and is completely invisible. I used it with several lipstick colors and glosses (and lipstick with the glosses) it always kept my mouth perfect with no feathering or smearing, even on the - previously - worst offenders in my makeup bag. I only had to ever apply it once in the morning and it lasted through a whole day of work without needing to be re-appplied, and lasted well into the evening - it didn't come off until I made it. It's the best lip liner I've ever used, and I can't see myself using anything else! Works perfect and I only need one for every and any color I have or will have? Definitely the only liner for me!

This performed well, keeping my lipstick from feathering and making it stay on longer. It was also very sheer so it didn't show up on my skin. However, I feel like it doesn't go very far and I didn't really like the waxy texture that came through even with lipstick on top. I didn't have the problems other people talked about with the pencil breaking - just handle it carefully.

This lip liner pencil is not worth the money. The creamy texture of the pencil breaks off during every use and sharpening it is a nightmare. Great idea, poor product.

I found that I have to put this exactly right on the lipline, not outside or inside. When I started getting older, my lips starting fading out and it's like some of the color travelled outside my lipline. Therefore, I have to use concealer all the way around my lips to cover that redness. So if I put the Lip Line Perfector outside my lipline, it makes the concealer get yucky.
But, this really does help to keep your lipstick, gloss, etc. stay inside your lips and not bleed or feather. I think it is definitely worth it.

I don't wear a wide variety of colors, but a peach liner doesn't do well with a rose lipstick; a red liner doesn't do well with a carmel lipstick. I needed one that would just do the job. This is perfect. Lipstick (any brand I've used) goes on over it, no lines, no bleeds. Word of caution: sharpen gently. The tip will break because it is a creamy pencil.

For some reason, I cannot seem to keep my lipgloss on my lips...until NOW! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this lip liner perfector!!! I've been using this product for 2 weeks, and I've put on the wetest, slickest lip gloss I could find and it actually stays put - where it should - on my lips!! I will NEVER be without this product!
