Beautiful fine powder
-05.14.13
Quick Take: sheer coverage
I just bought this because I am OBSESSING over Korres and the Wild Rose products. It is so fine like baby powder. It has little shimmers in it, but I don't think I look glittery. This line of products makes my face look so smooth and does not irritate. I recommend this finishing powder because it really is translucent and doesn't leave a cast.

love the subtle shimmer
-05.13.13
I love the small amount of shimmer that this powder creates. I have a medium skin tone and so I was a little skeptical of "the one-color-for-all" but once you apply it with a brush it blends in perfectly. Great for absorbing oil if you have combination skin.

Amazing ! Repurchase !
-05.10.13
Quick Take: oil-absorbing, reduces shine, sheer coverage, line softening, glow- illuminating
This powder is amazing . It gives you the sublest glow , it is not drying but it does control oil. It had little tiny shimmers in it that reflect light and make your face illuminate . I am on my 4th powder as of now and I will continue to buy it .

Good for finishing my look
-05.06.13
Quick Take: sheer coverage
I was looking for a finishing powder to set daily BB cream and concealer, and I got this as part of a set so tried it out. It does the job just fine. My skin tends to be dry, but I haven't had problems like some others. For the price, I will definitely buy it again.

nice powder, not too opaque
-05.06.13
Quick Take: sheer coverage, reduces shine
What I am looking for in a powder is something to take a little of the shine off and set any concealer I have applied. I don't look to powder for coverage, and I love that this one goes on translucent. The container is the perfect size to fit in my makeup bag, but still last for several months. The dispensing system works well, too. It's a winner!

Great Value
-05.03.13
Quick Take: reduces shine, sheer coverage, luminous
I have used many different setting powders, and had different issues with them. Some come in an impossible container, too much floats around my room, too expensive to name a few. I like this one because it's manageable, easy to use with a brush (don't like the applicator that comes with it), and it does the job without too much "sparkle".

I love this stuff
-05.02.13
Quick Take: oil-absorbing, reduces shine, sheer coverage
This is my favorite setting powder ever. Someone mentioned that it wasn't for dry skin, but I haven't found having dry skin to be a problem. I have combo skin with very dry cheeks and it works great all over. It definitely brightens up my face and makes the the whole look look better. It does have a bit a shimmer to it, but not much, and it just brightens up my face. Some times I'll sweep a bit over my t-zone in the middle of the day, sometimes, and it gets rid of mid-day nose shine.

It was the good but especially the bad reviews that made me know this is what i needed, i've tried everything to control my shine & oily skin from blot powders to the sprays, this is the best even better then Nars, not for dry skin though...PERIOD.

Fixes a bad skin day
-03.30.13
I wasn't sold that this was better than my drugstore setting powder at first for the price. Then one morning after I applied my foundation I thought "ugh this is a bad skin day" my makeup looked horrible. Then I put on this setting powder, and I swear it worked miracles! My face wasn't perfect but it looked SO much better! I would recomend it now.

Complexion brightener
-03.29.13
Quick Take: sheer coverage, illuminating
I am really enjoying using this setting powder. This powder illuminates and leaves my skin with a beautiful glow. I wear this with almost any of my foundations and it makes a huge difference! I get compliments on my skin every time I use this! I bought a second one for my purse for quick afternoon touch ups. So far Korres products haven't disappointed and has become one of the few brands I buy.

Korres Wild Rose Setting Powder
-03.27.13
Quick Take: oil-absorbing, sheer coverage, reduces shine, blurs fine lines
This product was recommended to me by a Sales Associate who noticed my grimace over the price of a certain HD powder. I was nervous about the low price, cheesy container and slight sparkle- but the container is the only negative about it! I love it. Really. It is finely milled, doesn't cake and blurs fine lines and imperfections like a dream. This powder should be suitable for everyone who doesn't have dry skin, as it does a great job absorbing oil. It really brightens the undereye area, and gives a dewy (not oily) glow to the skin. The container really is a pain, it's hard to open, hard to close and hard to get a small amount. I tip it upside down (closed), and then when I open it I use what's in the lid. Overall, an inexpensive powder that surprised even this high-end product snob.;) Give it try!

Quick Take: oil-absorbing, reduces shine, sheer coverage
I wear a tinted mosturizer, and I just need a powder that provides sheer coverage and shine control. If you need foundation type coverage-this is not the powder you want. For me, this powder is perfect. I've noticed that with the shine control powder that comes in a whitish shade, you can look chalky if you have to reapply during the day and/or after blotting. This powder actually does go on sheer, and never looks cakey. It does have little teeny tiny sparkles in it, which actually aren't that noticable, I actually like the luminous look the powder has to it. I think if you have super oily skin, then you should probably use a mattifying primer first. For my combo skin, this powder is great. I assume for dry skin it would work well as a setting powder because it doesn't overdry my dry spots. It does come with a little sponge for application, but I use a powder brush instead :) Just my personal preference.

MOST.AMAZING.PRODUCT.EVER.

Quick Take: oil-absorbing, sheer coverage, reduces shine
i had been using stila's color correction power for a while, and when i ran out, i thought i would try this once since their quercetin and oak line is my holy grail. this product blew my expectations right out of the water and then some. it has in the 2 weeks i have had it, become completely irreplaceable and i will never switch. it goes totally matte while still allowing you no to look too...dry. if that makes sense. it prevents oil, and I have pretty oily skin. and this is the best part, it makes your skin feel like glass!!!!!! like we are talking flat as flat as flat can be. i love it to death, and it is super cheap, so if you dont at least try it, it really is your loss!

I wanted to use this to set my concealer but the finish was unfortunate. It left a matte finish with glitter & made my undereyes look completely dry! Will return

Perfect set
-01.23.13
If I could give this product 10 stars I would! It sets your makeup flawlessly including under eye concealer. The wild rose contributes to healthily brightening your skin over time, and it's a close to natural product (paraben free and preservative free) so its what I love to call skin care/makeup because it's good for your skin! Absolutely obsessed!!

Quick Take: oil-absorbing, reduces shine, sheer coverage
I use a foundation before this powder in the morning for extra coverage; and love the translucent effect it gives my skin. I reapply with my kabuka brush (which I LOVE) after lunch at work and it is just perfect for eliminating undesirable shine!

Amazing Powder
-01.11.13
Quick Take: oil-absorbing, reduces shine, sheer coverage
When purchasing this powder not knowning what to expect but running out of my horrible L'Oreal powder, I gave it a chance. I purchased the Korres Golden Goddess Set. I got it and realized that it had tiny shimmers in it, and I thought it would be horrible. **It is the best powder I have ever used.** I put it on not knowing what to think of the shimmer. It reflects light and makes your skin glow. The next day I walked into class and everyone was saying how tan I looked and how I glowed. This powder is amazing and it is a definate repurchase.

Great setting powder
-01.08.13
Quick Take: oil-absorbing, reduces shine, sheer coverage
While this product does have fine shimmer in it, you can't really see it. At least on my face you can't! It helps finish off my look and feels great on my skin. Also helps reduce shine and brightens my whole face up. A good buy for $18 as this powder will last you a while!
