Good Overall Product for a First Time User

Purchased this product recently to try the BB craze wagon. I ave historically had very good luck with Clinique products so I decided to purchase my first BB cream from them. The product is a little thicker than I had expected. The product does go on smoothly and provides excellent coverage. Overall, not a bad first BB cream purchase. I am not sure yet if this is something I may try again, only time will tell.

This is a great BB cream for the price; it's the third bb crem I've tried. looking forward to choosing from additional shades. Because I live in a tropical climate the consistency of the product is perfect and it does give decent coverage.

Quick Take: natural looking, spf 30
I have always had good luck with Clinique and my skin, and this product is no exception. I was looking to switch foundations as my age and skin have changed. I first tried the hydrating foundation and was ok with it, but not thrilled. The colors weren't quite right for me either. But this is a different story. It goes on smooth, although with a slightly different texture than most foundations, has little to no smell, and covers well without looking cakey. It feels great on the skin and blends in very well. I love that it has SPF 30 and antioxidants. I do wish maybe it had some additional BB benefits, but I'm happy with it as is. Good product. Leaves my skin feeling smooth and natural, good coverage without being heavy and fake looking, and love the BB benefits. Looks great too.

Quick Take: smooth, good coverage, easy to apply
I used to use Clinique for their skin care line but went away from it when it was no longer effective but when it came to their makeup I usually liked it. Now I've been curious about BB creams for awhile and decided to give this one a try. I have become very fair skinned due to my lack of being outside in the last couple years so I was concerned I would not be able to wear this but their light shade 1 suited me well. It blends easily and is matte enough for my skin type that is a combination. I think one should try this in the store though before buying and wear it for a few hours. I've gotten compliments for wearing this and if you need to warm up your skin tone use a bronzer. Other than that this is a great product that is very buildable.

I generally love Clinique skin care products, and have had mixed results with foundation: this one is a miss. The color is a sort of grey-ish on my medium to fair skin, and it feels very pasty and heavy as I smooth it on.

This BB Cream is a favorite. The coverage is good, and it doesn't dry my face like some other creams. I would give it 5 stars if it came in more color options. Overall very pleased!

I really don't like wearing foundation or powder because they make my face oily and I have acne prone skin. I was looking for a tinted moisturizer and I found this one. It really looks natural and not cakey. It so smooth to apply. However, after using it for a year, I haven't really noticed too much of the benefits that BB creams are suppose to have (like evening skin tone). Regardless, I'll continue to use it until the next big thing comes up.

I have very sensitive acne prone skin.. This product lived upto my expectations of not messing my skin thereby giving me spot free appearance and adequate protection from sun .. Although I have to apply a pea size moisturising cream before putting on this one to enable smooth blending .. Definitely on my repeat list

I like this BB - it goes on smoothly, provides sheer coverage for a no-makeup sort of look, and never feels heavy on the face. No breakouts on my combination skin. Wish it had Vitamin C and/or other antiagers that would help improve my skin over time.

This is a great BB cream overall. The coverage is great, even, and smooth. I found that the colors offered are a great variety and my shade matched my skin tone perfectly. The only negative is that i felt it was a little thick and therefore hard to spread evenly on the face. However, when it is finally spread and blended, the coverage is very even

Cons: Very thick and hard to blend, drying, has a tendency to look cakey.
I think this one is for gals with oilier skin types. I was using it over a moisturizer and it still felt thick, goopy and hard to blend. Was also fairly drying. You can kinda get around the blending issue if you use a VERY tiny amount, but then you get almost no SPF benefits. It's too bad because this was one of the rare BB creams that could match my Casper-like winter skin tone. I still use it sometimes, but only as an oil control primer just on my chin.

I've been a Clinique fan for awhile, and this product is no exception. It looks natural, covers really well without looking cakey, and provides all the BB benefits. I'm really happy with it, and I've been using it for about a month now. No irritation of my sensitive excema skin either!

I've been somewhat cautious trying all the hyped up "BB creams" out there and Clinique is probably the last one I would think to try. I'm very impressed with the formulation of this, it's a little thicker than most and provides a good amount of coverage, it can be used under foundation to prime or alone and looks awesome either way. I purchased shade 2 and it has a lovely natural look that lasts through an entire workday. I also really love the fact that it doesn't set to a dewy shine.

Quick Take: light, pink-toned, sheer, buildable coverage
Every single BB cream I've tried until now has had the exact same issue - they are all orange or tan. Urban Decay, Dr. Jart, Garnier - every single one was too orange for my rosacea tinged pale irish face. Then I got a sample of this stuff in the lightest shade - zomg! It's a very sheer coverage - not enough to cover my rosacea, but enough to cover normal flaws, and protect me from the Evil, Evil Sun. It's also a great foundation under powder - it's not too greasy so I can throw powder right on top.

I love that this is SPF, I find it moisturizing and the FAIR color might be a little too dark for me but i have been told it looks natural. The problem is, it is too heavy and to apply it I need to stretch my skin which I hate.

I love the way this applies and looks nice on but the chemical sunscreen octinoxate causes my skin to breakout. I wish they would use a physical sunscreen in this. If you don't have trouble with chemical sunscreens, this may just work for you.

This is hands-down the one beauty product I cannot live without. This BB cream offers great coverage, but is still sheer enough to look completely natural. It's very hydrating, and yet doesn't leave my skin with an oily finish. My skin looks instantly dewy and healthy after every application. I highly recommend this for those looking for great everyday coverage, without the caked-on makeup look. The SPF and antioxidants are great add-ons too!
