Quick Take: easy to use
I have fine hair, medium hair. I color my hair as well. I use this product once every 3 days and it is absolutely fantastic. My hair looks and feels thicker, softer and incredibly manageable - no fizzy hair. GREAT product for thinning or aging hair.

Great Product! Although, I have to use mine twice a week to get full results. Tried a sample of a more expensive brand and this one worked much better :)

This is extremely hydrating for your hair. You only have to leave the masque on for 3 minutes and wash it out, which I love! It makes my hair feel so wonderful!

Made my hair very smooth

Yesterday was the first time I used this product. I have never before used a hair masque. I am of South Asian decent thus my hair is pretty thick. Most of you might not know this, but Asians are known to put oils such as coconut or almond oil in their hair to keep their hair strong, shiny and smooth. I have given up this process since I was 5yrs old. So i would say that my hair is average, the only heat that my hair has seen for the last yr is a blow dry at max three times a week. So I don't use much products on my hair other than shampoo, conditioner and occasional frizz smoothing serums. The result that I noticed in my hair since yesterday is that, my hair has become much smoother and softer to touch. And so far i am loving it. Do not know how long the effects will last.

great color protection. i've used this when i've had blue hair, green hair, and my natural brown hair color. it's very moisturizing without being gunky, etc. it also has an uplifting citrus scent!

I was disapointed after I got ombre highlights not at the color, but at the feeling of my hair. It looked and felt dead at the ends. I used this product once (only on my ends) and after blowdrying my hair it looked good as new! Amazzzzzing product and the best part is that I didnt have to worry about all different types of chemicals cause Alterna does not use them.

I tried this stuff 3 times to make sure I truly hated it, and I did. My hair felt brittle after each use, was extreme staticky, and the opposite of nourished. I felt like it damaged my hair more than it conditioned it. The only plus is the fruity smell. I would never buy this again.

I had been searching for a new hair mask for a while and I'm so glad I purchased. This hydrates very well and leaves my hair soft and shiny. The smell is great and a little goes a long way. I've had this for a few months and have about half of it left. I think the price is right on for this mask. I've purchased $40 products that don't work as well, plus I'm always looking for paraben free and organic products. This is a win for me.

This is the best masque I have ever found! It does the job of hydrating every single strand of hair. I have fine hair and I don't get that heavy, weighed-down feel no matter how much I use or how long I leave it on in the shower. The smell alone will sell you! It's amazing. Whether you are in the sun and water a lot or just need that extra moisture from every-day life, this is a perfect masque you will NOT be sorry you purchased! Love this entire line of projects. Soooo awesome!

I got a free deluxe sample of this a couple of weeks ago, and I like it alot so far. It has a nice, thick consistency, so you don't have to use a whole bunch of it at a time. Afterward, I felt like it did a pretty good job hydrating my hair (I concentrated my use of it on my ends, where my hair is most damaged due to dying it blonde on the tips - I have ombre hair). I am in the process of deciding whether I want to purchase this or not.

My hair is extra-dry/damaged by heat styling & bleach so I NEED monster conditioners. Although the consistency was thick, this product simply did not deep condition my hair at all. It tried it for a few weeks but it left my hair feeling coarse and dry every time. I finally gave up on it. Disappointing because I was told that the ingredients are gentler/healthier for the hair in the long-term.

Just what I needed

Quick Take: easy to use, quick results
I have dark brown, relaxed, color treated [caucasian] hair. It had been semi-curly and dry before I relaxed it, and had become super dry and frail since I relaxed it. I have started using this treatment once a week and have seen a MAJOR improvement. My hair is silkier and feels like it is getting stronger, and the color isn't fading nearly as much. I would totally recommend this product to anyone with dry, color-treated hair.

This product is awesome. It left my heat-damaged, color-treated hair silky smooth without making it greasy like a lot of deep conditioners do. My hair is colored bright red and this really helps lock in the color and keeps the ends from fading.

- Smells good.
- Doesn't take a ton of it to coat my very long, thick hair.
- Works well leaving hair soft, flexible and with fewer tangles.

- Although it is reasonably priced I simply can't justify spending $24 a month on a deep conditioner.
- I really don't understand why companies keep putting beauty products in tubs. They need to put this in a squeeze bottle.
- My local Sephora doesn't carry the product, so if I want it I have to order it on-line.
