Cons:
It doesn't not conceal anything. I have some small acne scars and this doesn't conceal anything at all.
Also it didn't brighten my skin

I would recommend for acne prone skin because it won't cause you to breakout.

Quick Take: smoothing
First the good: your foundation will really hang tight even through very humid weather and it will still look set at the end of the day.
But: it's also a more made-up look, opaque, and I was always conscious that I had make-up on. It didn't feel like I had nothing on.

Quick Take: evens out skintone, lightweight, fast-absorbing
I use this in yellow to cover some redness and it is the best stuff ever! Its just wonderful. My pores are smooth and extra redness is gone. My cheeks are still a little rosy but in a nice way. It feels really smooth, can't really feel it on my skin which is important to me. I use Sunday Riley's tinted primer on top instead of foundation or tinted moisturizer and I love it. With a little MUFE powder and Nars Laguna bronzer my skin is perfect but I only do that when I'm really feeling it.

Usage Tip: on the Koh Gen Do website, there is a video on applying this. Key point is not to rub it in. Swipe in on gently in the areas that you need color correction; blend with a very light touch. Don't spread it out all over, keep it where its needed.
Its very natural looking correction. Not like a tinted correcter that must be covered afterwords by a flesh color. I sometimes wear this without foundation. It works amazingly well with the aqua foundation.

I bought this in the color green for some redness I was experiencing. It did not cancel out any redness (and it is minimal). It did however, make this foundation (Koh Gen Do Aqua) look better which already looks beautiful. Three stars because I didn't see anything, and for the price, I need to see something.

I really like this as a primer. It doesn't feel weird the way silicone primers can feel (Sephora's Ultra-smoothing primer is an example). I use this with the Triple Lighting Foundation Powder and my skin looks like great and glowing!

I use this under my KGD foundation. I use it on my nose and up high on my cheekbones. It helps cover redness and brightens my face. Not heavy and last a long time. I am addicted to this line!!

I've used a lot - and when I say a lot I truly mean a lot - of different primers out there and this one is so unique that it actually makes my skin appear more even toned BEFORE I apply my foundation. I've been using this product for almost 2 weeks now and I've noticed how a little goes a long way. Yes, you just need to use a small minimal amount on your face and wait about 3 minutes to let it settle. Then apply your foundation on top and blend. I bought the "yellow" one and may try the "green" later on (not really sure what difference it will make), but other then that, this is a non-greasy and non-silicone based primer...which is again, unique b/c a lot of the primers out there are silicone-based. I thought it would be impossible for a primer without silicone to work, but I guess I was wrong. I would definitely recommend purchasing this product b/c it actually works very well.

Quick Take: fast-absorbing, evens out skintone
I bought this primer on a whim after seeing this new brand featured here on the website. I use and really love BareMinerals powder foundation so i've been looking for a new primer that will make my foundation look even more natural and cancel out some of the redness on my cheeks and nose from past sun damage. I previously used MUFE green tinted primer which was good but had a strong smell and was tough to blend. Ive also tried Smashbox's green primer which didn't work well under BareMinerals at all. So I went ahead and purchased this along with BareMinerals and TooFaced primers to see which one worked best and this was the clear winner. Its a different shade of green than other primers made to cancel out facial redness...this is a more mint colored green. It absorbs really fast and is easy to blend so you don't have to worry about any green streaks staying on your face. And most importantly it made my foundation look so natural and amazing. Im very happy with this product and plan to repurchase again and again. Just wish the tube was a bit bigger, its not much for the price but its more than worth it. Im excited to try more from this brand, just gotta save up a bit ;)

While I have faithfully used the Hourglass primer for years, I started using Koh Gen Do's in yellow this summer and couldn't be happier. It evens my skin tone, provides a great base for foundation and keeps oil at bay. It isn't the slightest bit chalky and you only need to use a bit. Love the whole line (I use the foundation, spa water and powder as well).
