Quick Take: blends easily, highly pigmented
I purchased this in the shade Ice (frosty light blue) I love cream shadows but this does not have lasting power even with eyeshadow primer, which for me is essential since I have oily lids. Blends easily but with most cream shadows, you must work quickly. I love the color, just fades quicker than what I expected. If cream shadows are your thing, Smashbox's last much longer, just lacks the color selection of Shiseido's.

Quick Take: blends easily
I got this in TIN hoping it would be grey-ish as the picture appears. However it is more of a grey-blue. It is still a very pretty color and on trend. I am more natural in my make-up approach but decided to try this since my eyes are grey. I paired it with sephora waterproof eyeliner in Flashy Black. I find neither of them to be waterproof, even after applying a primer and closing my eyes allowing products to dry. Oh well, I have very oily lids. I'll give 4 stars for the good shade!

For the price, this eye cream is average. Some of the reviewers here must not have truly oily eyelids. An hour after I put it on, parts of it gooped up in small balls on my lid. The color also faded. However, this is true with any other cream shadow I have tried. I think cream shadow is best for those with dry or normal skin, and those of us with oily lids should just stick to powder shadow. The picture here is with the sephora brand waterproof eyeliner that wouldn't stay put either. It is an hour after applying. Terrible!

Quick Take: blends easily, highly pigmented, crease resistant
I was a little skeptical about this cream shadow at first because I've gotten some from other lines in the past and they would either crease or ball up on my eyelid after only a couple of hours. But I've found that this shadow lasts all day and I really enjoy the sheen and shimmer. Despite the rather mild color (Mist), I find it really makes my eyes pop.

The best eye color ever

I have been using mist for my base color everyday for a year now, it's light weight, cover my eyelids like a skin, never feel it on, last long time 10hrs + still good as just put on. Also works on my nose ;-)

This has to be one of my most favorite cream shadows... i got the pale pink...its soft and shimmery and adds a touch of brightness to my eyes... throw on some mascara for a day look or a dramatic black gel lined wing and you can wear it at night... color lasts and lasts... LOVE IT

I have Shisedo Cream Color in 6 different shades. And I use all of them. This Leather color is one of my favorites, and it goes well with my gold/olive skin-tone. Easily blended it as well. I usually use the Techno Gold first, as a base color. And then add a bright color in the mid-section of my eye. And use the brown leather last on the corer of my lids, to soften the look a bit. Great for day or night wear! Easily blends in with other colors. So can definitely make your eyes stand out!

Quick Take: awesome
Eye shadow has been a problem with oilier skin. Actually, only a two hour venture most of the time. This cream shadow stuff really works. I like the shimmer in the pink because it can be blended. Pink frosts usually can be. But I'd like to see some of the other colors in matte.

i bought the Tin one, thinking that it would be a subtle/smokey gray color, but it turned out to be rather blue-ish on my face. had to return it. that being said, the quality is really good, blends super well.

I am never dissappointed with Shiseido products-especially shadows. Their powder shadows are silky smooth and gorgeous. This is my second cream eye color from the brand and I want to buy them all! They go on perfectly, never cakey. Perfection!

These are seriously the best cream shadows I have used. I have three colors, Tin, Caviar and Purple Dawn.
These shadows have a thin formula so they never feel heavy on the eyes, and despite the thin formula they have opaque color in one pass. The formula sets fairly quickly but there is time to blend before they dry and the formula is smooth so they glide effortlessly across the lid.
I do use a primer under them, but that is because I have very oily lids, but these last all day on me with no hint of creasing or fading.

Quick Take: unique long lasting
I couldnt resist this shadow in Tin.It was such an original color.Try layering it over a dark primer like Kat Von D's. It is long lasting and looks great with hazel eyes. Love the color & quality of shadow

Further evidence that you get what you pay for: I bought this in "Leather," based on reviews of its versatile shade of brown. Aside from its gorgeous hue, the formula is creamy, blendable, build-able and crease resistant. I am fair skinned and blue eyed and brown shadows are often too much, too dark. Paler browns disappoint. This is perfect.

I was excited because there are a lot of color options. However, the consistency of this eyeshadow is flimsy to say the least. It's really thin and you need to put on multiple layers to have any color actually show up. Even with multiple layers, it's so thin, it disappears in under an hour. I would never recommend this eyeshadow. There are a lot of better cream eye shadows out there.

At first I loved these eye shadows. The colors were great with the right amount of shimmer.
The problem is that they "move" alot! What was in my crease makes its way to my brow bone. Towards the end of the day, it does crease.

Even though Shseido is very pricey, I was curious about this color. It looked so beautiful online. Well, I got it, and it was even more beautiful than I expected! I have very dark/almost black eyes and this shimmering blue looks so beautiful as a liner or even as a eye shadow. It is creamy and goes on perfectly. There is no clumping on my eyeliner brush, and I've never experienced zero clumping!! I only wish they had more colors. This color goes beautifully with brown, tans, blue, pink, and even purple shadows. Treat yourself with some of their eye cream, it's absolutely the best!!
