LOVE
-04.23.13
Quick Take: lightweight, absorbs quickly
I love this moisturizer. I use it daily morning and night and it really hydrates my sensitive skin. It's expensive but a little goes a long way. Keeps my skin from flaking even when I use a strong blemish treatment.

Good solid moisturizer
-04.17.13
My criteria for a good moisturizer is that it was safe for me to use during my pregnancy, helped hydrate my normal/combination skin, and allowed for smooth makeup application. This moisturizer fit the bill. However, now that the summer months are approaching, it may be a little on the heavier side, in which case I'll wear it at night.

Good mosturizer
-03.12.13
Quick Take: light, moisturizing well
Light and moisturizing well, however doesn't have any smell and I didn't notice progress on my fine lines. Will finish the jar and then decide if I want to try something else or stick with this one.

Wish it wasn't so expensive
-03.11.13
Let's start with the negatives-I hate the price: it's way too expensive for a small jar and I dislike the smell. However, once it's in the skin, the smell diminishes so that's fine. Aside from that, I absolutely love the product. I've been using it now for 2 weeks and it's firmed my skin, closed my pores and reduced fine wrinkles, oh and it definitely moisturizes. I use this twice a day (morning and night). I have dry/combination skin and it doesn't bother it at all. I would love to say I'd buy again, but it hurts my wallet too much. I'm hoping to find something comparable to this but way cheaper.

Can the description be any more on point?
-03.10.13
I'll start off by saying it would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't so expensive! A small jar isn't worth that much amount of money. But if it weren't the price this product is a wonderful moisturizer. Goes on kind of thick. But doesn't feel sticky or greasy on my skin. It makes my skin sooooo soft. I definitely feel my skin getting firmer. I've been using it for about two weeks now, once daily (at night). I'm not fond of the smell but it's only as I put it on. Once it's absorbed I don't smell it anymore. Even though I love it I need to find a great substitute because it is too costly for such a little jar

Wonderful!
-03.09.13
When I purchased this, I had red spots all over my face from using Hope In A Jar. I put it on and almost immediately my face calmed down and the red bumped were visibly reduced. After using for a few days they were gone and my skin looked amazing. I am so glad my search for the right moisturizer is over!

Not worth the money
-02.17.13
This product just doesn't seem to go along with my skin...I have oily skin and every time I put on this moisturizer my whole face turns red...completely red!! At first I thought maybe the redness is normal so I continued to use it for a couple days but each time I put it on my skin gets so red that it becomes unbearable because of the hotness...because of this redness it also made my skin very itchy...after a couple sleepless night due to the itching I stopped using it...it was a waste of my money!

Good for sensitive dry skin
-02.13.13
I have a very sensitive skin that tends to get oily but I got this because the harsh NYC winter was drying my skin out. It's great for sensitive skin. I easily break out/get blotchy from products but this moisturizer was gentle enough for my skin. However it was a bit too rich for my skin and made me feel oily. It is not ideal to wear under makeup as it felt a bit greasy and made my BB cream hard to apply evenly. So I use it only at night.

Soft hydrated skin after 1 week
-02.10.13
Quick Take: luxurious, effective
I was previously using Origins and this was a serious upgrade. Thick moisturizer that goes on smoothly and absorbs nicely. My absolute favorite moisturizer. My skin has never been so soft and even my boyfriend said it looked like it was glowing!

Truly Great for Sensitive Skin
-01.15.13
Quick Take: lightweight, absorbs quickly, great for sensitive skin
After years of trying creams both cheap and expensive, I have finally found the one! This cream is well worth the money. I have VERY sensitive skin and moderate acne. Almost anything makes me break out (even the dermatologist's suggestions). I break out in hives at most fragrances—let alone if put a fragrance cream on my face, no matter how “light.” This eye cream is truly fragrance free and safe for sensitive skin. I live in a very dry climate, and I have noticed a significant difference in the consistency of my skin after 3 weeks of using this cream. It is not greasy or oily, absorbs quickly and is good for under my makeup. Now I am looking forward to a Dr. Perricone Hypoallergenic makeup line.

Yes hypoallergenic, Yes nourishing
-01.06.13
Quick Take: highly hydrating
Wow - a name that accurately describes the product! While others my age look for anti-aging ingredients, I find that my sensitive skin can't handle most of those. This is very hydrating and non-irritating.

Expensive but worth it
-12.25.12
Quick Take: moisurizing, rich
Let me start by saying I have young skin, so for me the main concern is moisture. This cream puts all others I have tried to shame, for my skin there just is no other. I highly recommend it.

Very moisturizing, not heavy!
-12.19.12
This is a great moisturizer for sensitive skin. I tried the "face finishing moisturizer" but it made my face tingle and irritated. I was worried that this would be too heavy and clog my pores, but so far it has been excellent! Much better than the REN moisturizer I was using previously (which sat on my skin). This absorbs very well.

Perfect moisturizer for sensitive skin
-12.17.12
Quick Take: healing, nourishing, no fragrance
I love this product! It is very rich and devoid of fragrance. It soothes dry, sensitive skin and produces beautiful results in less than a week. I'm extremely happy with this creme.

The ONLY moisturizer that does not clog pores.
-11.27.12
I have to admit I stopped using moisturizer on my face altogether because every single moisturizer I have ever tried (high end and low end) has clogged my pores and made my skin very oily and hence made me break out.
This is the very first moisturizer I have ever tried that does not clog my pores or leave me greasy and shiny. It's pretty good at hydrating your skin too.
While $75 might seem high, if you are only using it on your face, it will last quite a while. You only need a small amount each time. I've been using it for a month and quite a lot is still left.
I was hesitant to buy it because I would rather buy it in a pump bottle, but it comes with a small spatula that means you don't put your finger in the jar each time. So far, so good.
The only draw back might be that it smells a bit weird, however that isn't a real problem because the smell goes away after a few minutes and I'd rather have it this way than fragrance being added to it.
It absolutely does what it says. No Parabens, no sulfates, no synthetic dyes, etc...are an added plus and probably the reason why it doesn't clog pores, or irritate skin, and actually works at hydrating your skin so well.

-11.15.12
Quick Take: drying
I bought this and 4 other skin care products and used them for a week. My skin looked dry and leathery, and I had lines under my eyes that I had never seen before. I returned all four items.

Skin drier than ever
-11.01.12
Quick Take: drying
Perricone is the most overpriced, and for me, ineffective product I have ever bought. I bought the cleanser, this moisturizer, the peptide complex and the eye cream. What a ripoff. After 5 days of use my skin looked worse than ever. My skin felt dry within minutes of application. I was told it would sink in to the skin, but I didn't expect it to make my skin feel drier than before I started using it.
