Didn't do the job

I was so excited to try this product since I deal with shine and large pores around my t-zone area... It did very little for the price. It has a similar finish to translucent powder but in a cooling gel form. The pump broke shorty after I purchased it so what I was able to get out of the bottle was nothing but a sad disappointment

Did Not Stop Shine

This product did not do what it claimed to do. I tried it with an and without makeup, alone and with primer, but it seemed to just make my t-zone even more shiny. Oil-blotting papers do the trick, and I absolutely love Boscia's green tea blotting linens. Will stick with that.

Quick Take: controls shine
Have only used a couple of weeks but I can see and feel a difference. After application there is a short cool tingling to the pores. You can feel it working! Truly smooths my skin and mattifies it well. Will be wonderful to use for the hot humid summer!!

The Sephora employee suggested this product. I was using another pore refiner but decided to take her suggestion. I like it because it is clear and dries to a nice finish as advertised. It can be used over or under make up but I put it on first. It is even nice without make up. It is now a staple in my make up bag.

Quick Take: useless
This product actually made my T-zone more oily. I recommend Philosophy's Its Matte, it contains bamboo and works magic! Unlike Boscia that uses Silica which masks oil but does not absorb.

I have very oily skin. I've tried oil control lotions that only made my skin worse by clogging up my pores. This helps to keep my pores tight, my face matte, and actually helped my pimples diminish.

Absorbs shine well

Quick Take: oil absorbing, lightweight texture
I needed to find a replacement for the now discontinued Clinique Pore Minimizer T-Zone and came across this. I actually like the way this is formulated better than the Clinique. So far I only need to use this once in morning, but I'll have to wait and see when the summer & humidity kicks in. The price is almost same as what the Clinique was. Clinique was about $16 for 1/2 ounce. The Boscia is $36 for 1 ounce. I just wish they had made in a portable tube making it easy to carry in bag, other than that its great so far!

Amazing for combo skin!

I would be lost without this product! I use it over my Boscia BB Cream, and then apply a bit of Bare Minerals foundation over that. It is very lightweight so adding the extra layer of product in my normal routine hasn't felt any different. It does however take away that oily shine and keeps my makeup looking great all day.
I would say that in conjunction with the other products listed above, the appearance of pores is minimized for sure. However the main reason for using this is to keep shine and oil at bay. I rarely have to touch up with powder or oil-blotting sheets, if ever.
Highly recommended!

Quick Take: effective
I haven't noticed it as a pore minimizer but it definitely controls the oil on my face, it is worst near my nose. At work I'm usually oily half way through the day, with this I don't even need to touch up or use a oil blot sheet.

Quick Take: mattifying
I have tried many things for my EXTREMELY oily skin and this product is amazing! I only touched up once today while on lunch. I work at Sephora and I overheard one of my coworkers talking about this amazing product so I got myself a sample. I put this on after moisturizing and it felt so cooling and refreshing, almost minty. Then I put my foundation on (without primer) and it still felt very cooling. I was really pleased with the way it felt. Hours later, my face was only slightly shiny. I love this product very much. The only thing I do not like about it is the amount of product that you get for the money. However, I do feel like I do not need a primer at all with this product so I would be saving a little money there. I highly recommend this product to my oily skin girls!

I wear this under Boscia's bb cream. Controls excess shine and oil. Doesn't clog my pores or feel like I have a layer of goop on my face. Really nice silky smooth consistency.

Quick Take: hydrating
Loving this product - it does what it says and I am very happy. I appy this after moisturizing but before primer. It really lays everything down nicely. No only do my pores appear smaller - they really seem smaller to me. And I use a big ole magnifiying mirror! Also experiencing less sebum production - a real bonus!
