I bought this item online. I regret not going to Sephora first before buying it. I can't describe what the container is made out of. But it feels cheap. The "blinged out" bow is a overstated. The brushes are alright. But I could do without them. If you're someone who loves Hello Kitty (like me) and/or has the cash---- totally worth the buy. If not, then yeah... I'd recommend keeping your cash and spend it on something else instead.

Quick Take: fun, adorable, soft, easy to clean, durable
You already know that the case is adorable but what you want to know if the brushes are worth it. Well, I love them. They are super soft, durable, & easy to clean. My only drawback and advice is to use the "eyeshadow" brush as more of a blending brush and the "shader" brush for your eye shadow. In my opinion the "eyeshadow" brush is entirely too big to be use precisely.

This is definitely a wonderful collectors item. I haven't used the brushes yet. This looks adorable and classy amongst my various HK splurges. The matte finish gets dirty easily, but wipes clean just as quickly.

Quick Take: just okay
I'm an avid Hello Kitty fan so when this was marked down I ordered it since my local Sephora had been out of stock for a while. There is just nothing spectacular about it. I don't really use the brushes because yes they are super soft, but they really just don't do anything for me. The container is cute and I love to see it in my room but that's about it. If you really need brushes this isn't the item to buy, but if you want a cute Hello Kitty container go for it.

the size of the brushes is nice i love them but im not so happy with the shader brush eye shadow doesnot come of quickly. My favorite is the face brush the powder looks amazing.

i didnt want to spend a lot of money on this, so as soon as it went on sale, i bought it! i love the black hello kitty, it will be much easier to blend in with my bathroom. the brushes are adorable and very soft to my surprise too! i took one star off because of the size of everything, but i am still very happy with this purchase!!

saw this online thought it was cute but when i received it i was dissapointed. it had scratches & is very cheap looking, the only thing nice about this is the bow & the brushes r good for travel. I returned this!!

the case was really small. I love the look of it. The brushes are nice. There smaller in person tho. I cant do wrong. I still would get another good brush set. It doesnt see its for pro make up people. But its cute for looks.

Quick Take: travel size
It's cute. The brushes are okay. The Hello Kitty container is okay i just wish it was bigger. It's small. I saw it online and i thought it would be big, that's why i ordered it. Once i got it, i wasn't really happy. The hello kitty head is loose, i really didn't like that. I thought the head was going to be a screw-on-head but it's not. It's only cute. im going to use it as a piggy bank.

haven't had any trouble with the brushes, I like the brushes. though sometime if I don't close the lid well, some of the bristle will get caught in the opening.

Quick Take: great price when on sale.
I have been wanting these Hello Kitty Brush sets since it first came out but at $50 a pop, there was no way I'm going to get at least one. So as soon as it went on sale, I jumped. I now have the Graffiti (bought at half-off), the Red (was a present from my husband) and this black one. I love them on my vanity dresser and just livens it up. I don't care for the brushes and not planning on using the brushes at all. I have love Hello Kitty since I was 6 years old so having these makes me happy.

When I read the rest of the rating this brush set sounded like a good deal of good quality brushes, however, the bristles from my shader/ blending brush bristles are already falling off and it has not even been more than a month since I bought them. This was a rather disappointing purchase.
