I will spend a pretty penny on protecting my color. I actually bought the full size bottles of the shampoo & conditioner. I've used about half of each, and I'm really not 100% impressed. I haven't noticed any adverse affects on my hair (no damage, etc). However, I have a very oily scalp, and I've noticed this product leaves a bit of a residue that speeds up the oily-ness. I can typically (using dry shampoo) go every other day w/o washing my hair, but even with dry shampoo, it's too oily after using this. I also am not a fan of the smell. I made the mistake of not smelling it first before I bought it (crazy, right? I don't know what came over me...) and when I first used it I was sad, because the smell of hair care products make me want to use them! It's part of the joy of a shower to styling, right? :)
So, overall, not a bad product, but if I'm going to spend upwards of $20 a bottle, I don't want a residue or interesting smell. :)

Didn't work for me

Quick Take: diasappointing
I really wanted to like this and was encouraged by the positive reviews. I used the shampoo, conditioner and styling cream twice. Both times my fine hair became dry and unmanageable. On the plus side, it did not seem to affect my color adversely. Glad it works for some, but my search goes on.

Try this shampoo

I took a chance on this because I already use the repair shampoo and conditioner from Ojon and love it. This set is just as good and was a great deal. It smells wonderful too. I really like the leave on protector. My hair is more manageable and looks thicker. You only need a little dime size amount for medium lenghth hair too.

Quick Take: good value, great quality.
This is a great set. If you were to buy the products individually you would pay $69, so $39 is a great value. The quality of the product is comparable to Carol's Daughter Monoi Oil which I love too. I love the smell and how my hair feels after washing and conditioning. The protecting cream is also a great product, but use a small amount, otherwise your hair will be oily.

Quick Take: good value
I had my hair dyed to an auburn color with golden blond highlights and my hair is originally dark brown. These products keep my new hair color vibrant, soft and shiny. I love Ojon products.
